Good beer, good service need to try the food

Was really loud (great if you ate not trying to have a conversation). Was busy and vibrant.

Grabbed food from the market and washed it down with a beer, brilliant pub xxxx

Classic old pub, but sympathetically refurbished without throwing out the old style tiles on the walls and other period features from a hundred years back. Think they do good food (from what I saw handed out), but didn't eat there myself.

Great Pub in Enfield town Centre.

A beautiful local establishment at the heart of Enfield Town. A fantastic choice of classic and premium beers on tap at a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service and the pub has great entertainment during the evening. Would recommend.

Lovely pub that hosts lots of events in the community and staff are very friendly to boot The pub isn’t that big but the dining room is spacious and well decorated plus there is an upstairs function room. The food is also quite tasty too and much better than I was expecting.

Food was wonderful. Brisket bagel was tender, juicy and very tasty! Recommend this place for a morning brunch or evening pub dinner.

Recently Hosted my partners baby shower here, process was smooth and simple and staff were amazing, props to the barmaid also (didn’t catch her name) she was brilliant

Stopped by to watch a football match. Staff were nice and quick service.

Really quite a surprise. This used to be a haunt of the 17yo and old men, but now seems to have ridden itself of this and a welcoming place to visit!

Absolutely exceptional roast lamb dinner here on a random Sunday after working my own carvery. 100% recommend you get to the Kings Head and see how service is done. Well done folks 👍🏻

Decent, historic place, attractive layout, friendly staff and good food at a good price. The only thing which puts me off is the cheap bleachy smell, presumably due to budget cleaning products. The smell reminds me of those rough, wet led pubs of yesteryear.

Was told I had to leave over the Covid period because it was two pints per customer, however the local gentleman were still being served pints and they informed me that they didn’t want to serve me because of my Irish accent, felt absolutely humiliated and disgusted by the staffs actions , really liked this pub before but will never go back again !!!

If you've ever wanted to spend your day challenging for the throne then a chicken burger at this place is all it'll take. Whilst a delish and tasty meal my next day was a constant battle between trying to gain a grip of the outer rim or leaving my rear guard exposed. Needless to say the volleys of onslaught that ensued meant the decisions were often made for me as I rotated my focus whenever there was a sudden need to drop off supplies. The battles were intense, heated, and left me feeling very drained. Without the help of my partner and cancelling my other priorities I would not have succeeded. Most likely, I would had to of sought out emergency measures. Never fear as the throne was secured! Only, 48hrs later the battles have stopped although the damage is mighty after all the fallout, we will rebuild! Thank you to The Kings Head for the experience.

Great food, great beverages, great atmosphere, great location, great heritage, great owners, great staff, great place, great surroundings, great decor, great service.

Was pleasantly surprised… Good food, value for money, friendly staff… what more can you ask for? The chef & menu are new. We had a roast lunch: deeelicious yourkshire pudding, so delicious I ordered another Yorkshire; lashings of gravy; tasty roast beef & lamb. The veg were unusual in that we had red cabbage & sautéed white cabbage which is a welcome change to carrots & sprouts. Relaxing ambience, even when they turned on the football in the front lounge (we were in the dining area). Welcoming to families. I had the cheesecake for desert, tasted great. The chef made it. Will certainly come again.

Good atmosphere and i like coming here for a few pints on the weekends as theres live music and its open later than most pubs in the area. However last night i was there i decided to swich from pints and get a brandy coke which was 18 quid which is double a normal pub. I didnt ask for any fancy brandy just a double brandy and coke. I even double checked with the bar man and asked if hed accidently put 2 drinks on the till but he said no thats how much they charge for 1 drink. So yeah good pub but stick to the pints if you go.

I don't understand how the staff doesn't know the prices.i took double shot Baileys 3 times and the put me the same shot different prices once I paid 7.50 once 3.75 and once 4 and it was the same shot

Lovely pub... I used to drink there when I was a kid. And it is still great.

Nice chill out place. Tucked away but still busy. Good that the weather held out abd we enjoyed the outdoors. Staff had been excellent and very proactive in providing the table service

First time here and really enjoyed my roast beef dinner as did the others with me. Good service. Would definitely return. Pictures don't really do the food justice!

Great night out staff leaving do. Pity people who know staff happy to tell you they get served because they hold note over the till when theyre arrived after you. That aside very good atmosphere

Guys please never again mix flat beer that is left from excessive beer foaming with beer from the tap it's still stays flat and taste is disgusting. I have eyes and saw you done that. When I said beer is flat and warm barmaid responded it's cooler problem and they can't replace. This is my favourite place for the years and I am very disappointed for the first time.

1st pub I have ever been to in Enfield and wow so good , we sat outside in the shade (and a rain shower) with the guy playing the guitar 🎸 .people where singing along and asking for songs to be played, beer was spot on, food was so nice too well done 👏

Excellent food provided in the function room

Great selection of gin based cocktails served in a traditional pub. Lovely location, set within the market square and a great spot to people watch on a warm day. Delicious, non-greasy, fish and chips served quickly. Have visited here a few times over the last couple of years however just noticed a sign on the door which says “Regular customers only”, which weren’t not. Despite this, we were served without any issues.

Decent steak, quiet in the afternoon and cocktail menu available. Hits the spot this one you are looking at around 25pp but for a nice lunch after a little Market run it's the best place to be. Staff were really friendly and nice plus there's outside seating area too.

Lovely town pub always nice to sit outside and have a drink with family once & while.

Always a pleasure to be having a drink in this establishment. Long time establishment that is well run and comfortable for all. Staff are excellent and when it's 1.30am and they ask you to leave it's because they work hard all day and want to go bed, so go home and come back another day 😂👍🏻👏🏻

It was a Saturday night, had live music. But top end of pub was quiet. Pub was very lively.

As always The Kings Head is a great pub with a good selection of beers, friendly bar staff and a fantastic atmosphere on game days. Have recommended to friends and they've enjoyed it as much as i do.

We had Sunday roast here. The quality was great and reasonably priced. The staff were nice too. Will come back and try other dishes next time.

Midweek lunch. Dining area very quiet. Order food at bar. Food was good, staff friendly and helpful. We sat with coffee for an hour or so with no hints to leave! Busy times it might be very different

Korean souce Burger..... Every one should try. Amazing food and great service with superb atmosphere. Did i mention the great choice of drinks. I was asked by the chef to try the Korean souce burger, and i was blown by how good it tasted. Now it is my number one choice food at The Kings Head. Thank you chef for introducing me to this new burger.

Excellent Lunch for 2 old boys, plus 2 pints of Ghost Ship each, how better can you spend mid day. Pub clean and tidy, pleasant bar staff, good couple of hours. Recommended.

Used to be 4* but they don't do polish food any more - not a fan of the pizza, at all.

Pricey, but much better service compared to other pubs in town. The bar ladies even come to the table and ask if you want more drinks. I love that kind of service!

Poor service. 40 mins for a round of drinks. Unacceptable behaviour from management when questioned on timings.

We booked the upstairs room for a birthday Professional and friendly staff from the initial booking right through to the evening. Plenty of food for everyone well cooked and piping hot Venue was great. Highly recommend Well done all
