No food, but we were welcome to order food in, which we did. Very friendly barmaid who served us well. Doom Bar fairly well kept, if a fraction warm.

Pop in the King William Pub for drink Sunday, early October. Not very busy, there are two bars, side and front. There are few large TVs, I assume for sport, in the pub and the courtyard. The Lady behind the bar was very welcoming and friendly, we had a little chat. The locals were friendly too. There is only one real ale, Boombar but kept very well and tasted lovely, would highly recommend. There is no parking, just on the street and not much there but worth finding a spot. There were lots of flowers in pots and hanging basket, which still look nice but must have been beautiful full summer. If passing worth a visit.

You know the score, you visit for years and no problem, but you dont review. You walk in today and your pint smells of S**t, like the lines haven't been cleaned...ever. Horrible pint, expensive. C'est la Vie

Great pub with a country feel. Great for sport but also for a drink or 2 on a not so busy day. 2 bars off the large L shaped bar makes the pub look bigger than it actually is. Nice range of drinks here and a pub garden to the rear. Situated in a quiet little village street.

Wonderful country setting for this resteraunt. Sunday lamb roast with starter of Whitebait with home made bread. Unfortunately the butter and herb butter served with it came out frozen and remained so through everyones starter, which was a shame considering it ca,e with home made bread. A minor disappointment as the whitebait was very good and plentiful. The roast came out all fancy dan with the ingrediants all built up on top of each other. A roast is comfort food for me and i want to see it all open on my plate. Again, the quality was good. A fairly priced meal in a wonderful old pub, service was very good and other than the butter which i should have sent back (although i assume when it came out the staff should be aware themselves!), an enjoyable treat. Would visit again.

We went to the College Arms for a Sunday roast and we were a big table - 18 of us!! From the start it was easy to sort the pre-order, and when we arrived the staff were friendly and quick to take drink orders. The kitchen were brilliant at bringing out the GF dinner first, which gave us confidence in their ability to manage allergens. The food was hot and delicious, and we stayed for 3 hours, ordering additional desserts and coffees. The bill was easy to sort, and everyone agreed that it was great value for money. We will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone!!
