My wife stayed here. The room and bed were really nice. She stayed in Premier Plus room which was absolutely worth it. Nespresso coffee maker with pods provided plus a couple of bars of nice chocolate. What was not worth it, but was truly disappointing was the meal in the attached Beefeater. Her chicken burger was undercooked and had to be sent back. She noticed that many people left for on their plates. She thought it was unexciting, as did another guest she talked to. Premier Inn need to axe their relationship with Beefeater (at least in Ware) and give it someone else.

I have happily visited this hotel many times previously. Unfortunately, this time the shortage of menu items within the restaurant was appalling. Approx 75% of the menu items were not available. I am disappointed with the poor performance of the Pemier Inn purchasing department and their supply chains. In addition, cooked meals delivered to the table were warm and not hot. I did not see any staff use a temperature probe on food left under a heat lamp.

You can tell this is a busy place and used regularly. The room was faultless. Staff were confused with booking and what we added as extra but manged to sort this. The beefeater attached let's it down, lack of staff on busy nights meaning waiting times are long. Food being hurried when dropping off at table and not being able to grab staff when you need cutlery or drinks.

Overnight stay. Good location for our golf trip and excellent proximity as it is a short walk for Ware Town.

Bed lumpy . Rubbish store which we had to walk by every day to leave hotel stank. Very unhygienic.

Breakfast staff lovely young lady with brown ponytail couldn't have been more helpful, that's the only positive to our weeks stay. Grey haired old woman in the restaurant very rude, ignored us for 5 moms but kept looking as us, not even a smile or acknowledgement. When she did come over and we said we had not booked she huffed went to speak to a bloke that shouted a cross the restaurant go stand over there by the main doors. Then told us there was no tables when there clearly was 4-5 empty, but we could have bar food. We went elsewhere. 3 says into the stay I asked for our room to be cleaned, bed wasn't changed and 1 large towel with 2 large rips in and a hand towel was left. I had to ask again for the bed to be changed and 2 large towels and 2 hand towels to be left in the room for us. Only 2 rolls of single toilet paper for 7 days! We ended up buying our own. disgraceful level of service and standard. Never will I stay at a premier Inn again.

The room was fine although the aircon was noisy. I booked full English breakfast which was not available so I was downgraded to continental breakfast. That is a mis description. Basically beverages, various cereals and toast with a small choice of fruit and one yogurt. Oh and I forget the tired looking pain chocolate. No meats, no cheese, no rolls, just sliced bread. If Premier can't do better than this they should rename it breakfast light and remove any reference to continental. I stayed here 18 months ago and had the same and vowed not to bother in future and opted for the full but was foisted off with the 'continental' again.

Absolutely awful! Went with my family for Boxing Day dinner as I have done for the last few years, booked for 3pm, still waiting for our starter at 3.45pm, no one came to see how we are and it wasn’t even busy. Felt worse when the people near us which were there when we walked in were eating there starter then had finished there dinner and was asked by there waitress whether they’d like there dessert while we were still waiting with no food. Absolutely poor service, totally spoilt our special day

Since being taken over, it's shocking. No longer any food. Bar staff are rude. Like they are being put out for pouring your drink. This pub is now for cheap booze, Friday, Saturday nights. No longer a family pub. Shame
