Delivery service gave my order to somebody else

Great food one of the best in Ballymena

Awful service. Food slower than slow despite promises. Told 15mins, then a couple more, then 15, then a couple of minutes…. You get the idea but over an hour late and it wasn’t busy. Get this meat wasn’t cooked

Took over an hour for collection. Ordered for two people. Was standing waiting to collect for over half an hour !!!!! Nearly 40 quid and couldn’t even eat the curry as there was a layer about 2cm thick of oil on top. Won’t be ordering from here ever ever again really needs improvement

Tonights order was absolutely pathetic. Never had such an oily wet biryani in my life. Onion bhajis were soaking with grease. Chicken pakora was half burnt And mango chutney tasted like watery jam. Only thing eatable was the vegetable curry and the poppadoms. Very very poor

Very disappointed placed order tonight it arrived with salad drinks sauces and dip missing! Rang shop to be told it was because they were busy and nothing they could do about it! Took about 20 minutes for the driver to bring rest of the order 😏

Terrible service, don't take information down correctly and you will almost always be waiting at least hour for your food no matter where you are.

Whilst ordering food for delivery at 6.15, we rang initially to ensure that it would be delivered within a timeframe. This outfit mentioned 45 minutes. I rang at approximately 7.18, and it was out for delivery. It still took 20 minutes, and I live within Ballymena town. Relatively questionable that a single driver is doing multiple deliveries throughout a town the size of Ballymena, certainly the food would be cold. This food arrived, with the peshwari naan, stone cold at 7.40. Considering that takeaways aren't the cheapest - and using the excuse of 'only one delivery driver' (on the 28th December???) and having the time only to apologise rather than even refunding a portion of my meal (the £2.50 delivery fee would have sufficed) this would be a different story. Reluctantly accepting it was the only option, and in the hopes of axtually getting dinner at some stage. Last penny of business you will get from us. I would NEVER advise anyone to get the food home delivered as the entire meal arrived cold. Advising them of this upon arrival was still only sufficient to an apology in their eyes. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, and it has taught me that this outfit clearly have little regard for loyal customers. You have lost a very loyal customer.

Bit of a mix up with just eat and delivery charges but can honestly say I've never experienced customer service like what I received tonight. Went above and beyond what was needed, food was warm, and really good quality.

Very friendly staff and the portion size was more than one person can consume in one sitting or maybe I'm just a small eater. The food was as I like it. As an Asian we have a slightly different palate so they were happy to spice the dishes accordingly. Well done.

Absolute corker of an Indian restaurant. Best in ballymena an im a man who's a 15th dan black belt in eating takeaways!!!!!

Vegetable pakora kebabs have jumped up to £8.50 each!!! It is tasty but way overpriced. Such a rip off for a piece of nan bread , 4 pakoras ,shredded lettuce ,onion and a tub of sauce. Been buying from here for years but I won't be back.

Really tasty food and not skimpy with the portion sizes. Got the Chicken Puri for starter and the Chicken Punjabi Masala with rice. Really really lovely. The Puri is nearly a meal in itself so good. Haven't had a bad meal from here ever.

Food is nice but 1 month ago a Jalfrazi went from £7.50 to £11. Its in Ballymena not London. Wont be back.

Just finished a beautiful Donner king kebab with garlic nann and chips and chilli sauce was to die for can't wait to go back good luck to Ali and all the staff keep up the good work. Great food Great service Great value

Complete waste of money! Placed a order at half 7 and it arrives at 9.15 with cold chips the packaging absolutely covered in grease and a hair in my house sauce! Will never be back!

Probably the best kebabs in town. Their Indian meals are not bad either.

Pure shite service ring for a delivery nearly 2 hrs later n u get wot u didn't order n they won't event answer their phone when u ring them this is twice this has happened never again answer ur phone n maybe I won't have to go public
