Starbucks in Ballymena

drink had spilt in bag and desserts were soggy,delivery instructions weren’t followed at all had to go looking for him and he had went to wrong house which is private area!

ordered a caramel frappuccino with coffee, it’s missing the coffee shot. Cinnamon swirl was stale, a bit annoyed considering it’s over £3 for a stale bun, obviously no quality control in place

The staff here are exemplary, especially the young boy who looks after cleaning the tables he is so lovely and works super hard! Other stores in fairhill would benefit from training from him on customer service! 🫶🙌

Coffee is great. But anything in Starbucks is expensive especially the food if you sit in. Friendly staff and very clean

2 hours late, kept changing time. I wanted my coffee at 3 not 5. very disappointed

If you don’t like Starbucks, this won’t change your mind, but it’s the first Starbucks I’ve been in that is spotless. Generally, there’s usually trays and cups lying around with sticky floors. This one is actually clean and the staff are very nice.

Very relaxed. You can sit and chill out.

Always like Starbucks, you can't go far wrong

I'd usually go to Starbucks when in the town but this time I got a delivery as I wasn't well enough to head out (not long after surgery). Everything was fantastic! The food was hot. The pastries were fresh. The drink was filled to the rim and perfectly made! I will definitely get a delivery again!

Cafe dirty and manager unhelpful and rude to customers, and also witnessed her rudeness towards a member of staff.

I ordered a cookies and Cream frappucino with extra caramel drizzle and the store delivered! The drink looked and tastes fantastic! I do enjoy how each store writes out my name and get a good laugh out of it each time! Today i was: "PhoebW"

Ordered a drink off the website over and hour before closing and fair hill is now closed so I assume I won’t be getting my order and I also can’t refund it (:

A warm cozy experience appealing to the senses but there is now lots of competition on the high street..

Not impressed with the covid hygiene at the Ballymena shop, dirty tables and too many people entering without masks and not being challenged by staff, until this is sorted I will not be coming here again.

Wasnt impressed with the coffee or cleanliness of the shop, dirty tables etc, won't rush back

I'm biased, I'm afraid. I just don't like their coffee. If you do then you'll find them fine and their service is always first class

Love Starbucks as ever but had a really rude server. Would mention it in store if had her again.

Bad coffee, bad desert, dirty. Starbucks is also too political and has terriblemorals....just sell coffee maybe.

Standard Starbucks experience. Quick service, nice selection of cold/hot drinks and a varied sandwich selection with a sweet option also. Staff extremely friendly and helpful however a more regular cleaning schedule could be implemented.

Was told by management that I couldn't have hot water to warm my son's bottle because of health and safety reasons. Was then handed a mug of boiling hot coffee.

Cold, weak cappuccino and no chocolate or cinnamon offered. Terrible, left half of it .

Coffee is rotten and don't support our troops so why should we support them.

A typical Starbucks within Fairhill shopping centre. Good for a quick stop - the drinks are their main seller but the food isn't too bad either!

nice muffin had here. coffee is star bucks no change the world over . clean and tidy
