Quick coffee refuel after a trip to the local cinema (I'll stick with Costa next time) ordered a black coffee extra shot.... Nothing special, confusing or difficult in my opinion but how much did I over estimate my order!? Hate using screens to order, plenty of bodies at the counter but no one wants to even make eye contact let alone speak to you so order placed on a sticky screen (with HUGE images so again how did they get it wrong?) stood around for 10ish minutes Paid for my order placing way too faith in the competence of my server Driving away I thought I'd open my coffee to cool before drinking and it's white? Milk? Who knows! Tasted and not only was it cold it literally was disgusting.... Will not return if something as simple as a black coffee can't be completed without screwing up how badly could they mess up food orders?!

Just had a coffee which was lovely. The female staff member noticed I had a stick when I was ordering electronically, and when it was ready she brought it to where I was sitting. It was so kind of her. Lovely staff 🥰

Very poor service over 15 minutes waiting for coffee , with 4 staff members that I can see working. Never had bad service like this from any other Tim Hortons I think the manager should do a rethink on its staff and training because they don't seem fit to work as a team. Just decided give this place another go made my order 2 members staff continue for about 10 minutes to chat, then another 2 come in from a smoke break so now after ordering Rin for 10 minutes people decide to see what it to prepare a simple nacho burger meal with coffee , received order went on to work 3 minutes away max. Open up lattice fries black over cooked rock hard and cold , no dip as ordered, burger cold like it was cooked and hour ago. This place is a mess with no one caring about fresh prepared food or customer satisfaction. Tim Hortons do yourself a favour close this branch down !!!

i dont normally write reviews but my experience was horrible... the food was disgusting and greasy... i ordered a ham and cheese melt and the grease was running off the cheese into a puddle on the paper below. my friend ordered a hamburger and she said the patty didnt even taste like real meat. this is the 2nd time we have come and the first time was good so im not sure what went wrong. i also ordered a strawberry milkshake and it tasted like straight up sugar without a hint of strawberry. there were multiple flies around and one even landed on my food.. the food was also much too expensive for what i got and the chips were burnt to the point it hurt to bite them. the tables were dirty and the floors were too. the employess looked like they had no clue what they were doing and service was atrocious. this whole restraunt is a disgrace and needs to be shut down. there were brown stains on the wall behind where i sat and it took 5 minutes for my order to be taken while the place was empty. horrible place and if youre thinking about going, i strongly advise against it.

clean spacious coffee house..... 1,Cappuccino cold 1, Latte, which wasn't a Latte......cold.... very disappointed. too many staff on a one time and stood around not doing much.... First time visit......very much doubt I'll be back.

I've been here several times, as have many of my family members and we all agree this is the worst place for food or coffee in Ballymena. Every single time I go, something is missing, made incorrectly, the staff seemingly have no idea what they're doing and there's rubbish all over the counters because the bin is stuffed full and hasn't been changed. Today I ordered an iced vanilla latte, I was handed a hot coffee in an iced drink cup, I asked for ice and got 3 cubes, decided I would take it home and add my own ice as it was still warm, where I then found there's been no vanilla syrup added. I was the only customer they served while I was in there. Why was this such a disaster of an order??? I could write another page and a half about how awful the food is but this has been long enough. I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt several times but I really cannot fathom what is going on at this place, that is ALWAYS empty yet the service is so shocking you'd forgive it if it was constantly busy - but it isn't. Anyone giving this place more than 2 stars, you need to get out more. It is the worst branch I've been to.

Been here several times and today is the last the bins are overflowing the seats and floor are filthy and staff stood behind the counter talking one with her hands in her pockets the area manager should be ashamed of themselves to be responsible for this filthy hole and lazy staff who need some leadership

Always enjoy coming here, and it’s probably my favourite cafe now. The staff are very pleasant, and the coffee is pretty good. Any of the food I’ve ordered has been decent. Generally it’s quite fast, but occasionally it can be a little slow.

Order was never delivered, I was never called, security never saw delivery driver

Uber eats driver let company down, uber eats app states you can change address if made mistake, to contact driver i did this and he said not my fault you picked wrong address, no i wont deliver, the address was still local and 10mins down road from company

It's not a shadow of the original Canadian stores. Just another burger joint. Its a shame really.

I was in for food tonight I want two bacon double cheese burgers and chicken burgers and it was 15.60 pounds and when I got home I just had one bacon burger and chicken burger and it was freezing and I just live three min from it and they have solen a burger off me I hope not be back near it the dog would not even eat the food out off it

One thing though is they should accept cash, it is wrong to pay only by card. I'm totally against that payment method.

I ordered a grilled cheese with double cheese, the cheese was still solid and nowhere near melted pissing grease everywhere, shameful. Grilled cheese? More like grilled grease. I was left sad after, good hash browns tho

I always find Tim's a nice place to be, there's always plenty of parking outside, the staff are always pleasant and know what they are doing .

Great value venue for lunch, great coffee, and doughnuts

We arrived mid morning and found the place empty and dirty. The food and coffee were expensive but good, the service quick and pleasant. The place was on first appearance clean but as I chose a table I began to see abandoned stir sticks, used salt sachets and bits of food on the floor and tables. I sat at a table and immediately realised my shoes had become sticky. On closer examination I had stood on spilt & dried up hot chocolate. (See photos). I know it's the holiday season but given the place was empty you would have thought cleaning would have been a priority. I will return but would hope for a cleaner and fresher environment.

Place was dirty, not even lunchtime and it was a mess. Dirty floor, dirty tables. Toilets were bocked n smelly. Food was lukewarm.

Place is empty, noone going in. At the price im not surprised. Ordered 4 donuts and drinks. All 4 donuts came on 1 plate. Went up and asked for more plates, guy reluctantly handed me one. I said weve got 4 people eating one each can we have a plate each. Apparently they had no more plates! He offered the paper that goes on the trays! At the money id expect a plate

I ordered pancakes and requested no whipped cream. I opened the box and there was honestly more whipped cream than pancake and it was a complete mess. The burger was cold in the middle and the lattice fries were cold. £13 spent and I barely ate any of it. The only good thing was the cherry and apple cooler; the one thing that came from a machine and not a worker. Will not be coming back.

Bought the Lattice fry’s as online they looked great but was disappointed they were cool and felt like they’d been sitting there days,leathery in texture.staff were good.

Very nice cafe. There is no full cream milk which is a pity so I wouldn't buy a white coffee here. The coffee is good though; I go for an Americano with full cream! Overpriced average food. Will never order a meal again the waffle fries were as hard as bricks. The Burger was quite good. Not a coffee person so for me it's just a pricey doughnut shop.

Staff were very proficient. Food does not add up as its chewy and below standard, a bit cardboardy and not what you would expect. Ive been here twice and both times the same even though I chose different things. Left me feeling as if I had just eaten something unfulfilling. It would be so easy to get this right. I would recommend the restaurant for cleanliness and staff proficiency but not the food.

Stopped in for a quick bite on our way to our next stop and was very pleasantly surprised but the seating and atmosphere inside this Timmies. Also...they have burgers at Tim Hortons in Ireland!!! They don't have that in Canada, and they were actually pretty decent. All around a good place to stop and refresh!

The place seems to struggle to get customers in as its always quiet and yet they always run out of something. I've been 3 times and once no tea, once no porridge and this time no maple syrup. Very unprofessional service to have everytime I go there.
