Bad hygiene and game me food poisoning twice. Avoid!!

AVOID! Saw a mouse running around while waiting for our food. Requested a refund, which became a dispute due to the time (it was midnight). Eventually, got money back in cash, as we paid by card. Food hygiene standards don't seem to be a priority at this place. AVOID!

The food is good but the portion size is ridiculous! Ordered meat and chips and only got a few pieces of meat for £9.50 with some chips

Service was very quick, food tasted great, kebab was fully loaded and all for a very fair price of £7.50 Would recommend 👍

Had a Deliveroo delivery, food tasty but ordered a large mixed kebab and only got shish chicken and lamb and kofte. Advertised as with doner meat too. Called restaurant and they said I was wrong doesn’t come with doner meat. £32.69 for not a lot of food at all and terrible customer service. Change the order sheet if not coming with it

Ordered a takeaway. Food was over an hour late and the shop wouldn't answer the phone. When the food finally arrived the 'kebabs' were a mess, thrown together, soggy and cold, barely any meat, covered in sauce (specifically ordered none as have an allergy). The milkshakes were delivered upside down, half empty and the banana one was sour and vile. Avoid like your health depends on it - because it probably does.

very disappointed the potion per each package was tiny, the food delivered did not represent the picture of what i was ordering the chips where reheated chips not fresh and all the corners. bad tasted of oil

I once came in here drunk out of my mind with a close friend I shall, for the purpose of this review, call Peter Ellis (this is not his real name. I am hiding his real name because this person might or might not be wanted in Guatemala for a horrible robbery gone very wrong in 1988). The food was prepared as quickly as we were salivating. What followed was an experience that can only be described as akin to stealing a cow in Guatemala in 1988 (not that we would know): bliss and without retribution. Thank you, TKS, for giving me pleasure. And sorry for destroying your bathrooms.

Don't bother ordering it if it's BOGOF on a delivery app. They send you about 2 mouthful in each one. May as well something at full price

Smallest kebab I've ever eaten in my life hardly any meat the wrap was so tiny and thin. Wost kebab I've eaten and cost me £7.

Delicious donar wrap and the frozen mocktails are flavorful and cheap.

I absolutely love ordering from here, they have among the fastest deliveries in and around its location. The garlic sauce and chilli sauces they serve are all house made and super delicious!

I scraped to the bottom of my 7 pound doner and chips to find exactly 19 chips (small) under a pile of 6 slivers of meat… Surley for this price I would get a drink ?! NO he denied me for drink with this crazy price of a meal. Very upset ruined the euros for me England coming home ❤️

Had a delicious chicken shawarma wrap after going to the pub. It was good and not too heavy or greasy.

The combination of flavors in that mixed donner sandwich was simply outstanding – each bite bursting with deliciousness really enjoyed it. If you in the area it’s a really quick to get before jumping on the train

Portions at this place are scams never order! They show one item, and give you something else. Probably live off these scams and food quality is low!

I come here a few times a week for lunch, as I did today at 2:15pm. I have had the chicken doner with Peri Peri rice and garlic and chilli sauce. It’s always prompt service and the meal is always on point. I will try the Peri Peri grilled chicken tomorrow for lunch as suggested by the yes helpful friendly staff. Thank you The Kebab Shop!

DO NOT ORDER!!! From these people this is the second time i ordered their (buy one get one free) offer on donor meat and chips and the second time the portion (both portions) was about 5 chips and 2 strands of meat if you put both portions in one box it’s still less than one small portion of donor meat and chips they are scamming I actually sent the picture to Uber eats who almost didn’t believe me because there was literally nothing in both boxes and both times they have refunded me ,such a shame and I don’t know how they are getting away with this they did this 5 months ago the first time I ordered and I gave them the benefit of the doubt today as they was closest to my house and we was hungry ,we had to order again from another restaurant also the burger I ordered was so undercooked it was cold in the middle a food hazard!! The owner will surely comment underneath saying it’s all lies and if you would like to see for yourself then order and you will see exactly what I’m talking about,it’s 3 star food rating and they are serving raw undercooked food and extremely measly portions

Delicious food Got the Peri Peri Burger and meat with salad for lunch which was full of amazing taste, the meat was massive! Then got a Vanilla Milkshake which was incredibly delicious! Definitely the best milkshake i’ve had in my life. staff were fantastic, service was really fast. Price was such a good price which we didn’t expect considering we’re currently going through inflation, additionally that it is central London. 100% recommendations to come here.

Honnestly it’s not the best in the world, but it’s really good and I really want them to get at least a 4 because they deserve it and less than 4 is kind of sad.

Ordered via Uber eats ... nearly two hours later it's a no show ... no online help, guy in the shop didn't care.

the doner sandwich was good but DO NOT get it as a meal as you only get about 15 fries which tasted stale and refried not worth the price you pay for a meal. I regret not reading the reviews before hand

Had to edit this review as I went back again and was very disappointed I think it was the owner who actually bagged my chips and then emptied it back out to put a small amount in!! Could not belive it and will not go back again.

Food was amazing and the staff were fantastic. The food was that good even my son finished a whole meal and that's not like him at all. He said it was his favourite place to eat. Can't wait to visit again.

There are two angels working there. Last night we went due had a booking made for accommodation in a hostel close this shop. The owner of this hostel doesn't gave us any instructions or indications to get in and it was at 2am in the night. We tried to have any info about this hostel in that shop (because there are wall by wall and we supposed that probably the knew eachother). The shop workers helped us calling for us to customers service and taking care about us and our little boy (6 years old). Finally, they achieved our pinpad code. Always grateful to them. ❤️

1 out of 5. Portion sizes are appalling, they fill only half the boxes with meat and chips. The fact they then charge circa £10 for a kebab is embarrassing. AVOID and go else where for better kebab and MUCH better value for money.

went to look for an emergency place to eat as had a long journey via train and was fed with the two McDonald’s in front of the station. Discovered this place and had the tastiest lamb shish with a side salad and couldn’t eat it quick enough very delicious. Be back again soon.

The food was OK but they got and order wrong and blamed me for asking for the wrong thing rather than put it right.

For Muslims customer. You should boycott that place who serves beer 🍻 and probably pork for english breakfast .

The meat and chips portion is unacceptable, the buy 1 get one fee offer is a rip off. Even both put together is not even one portion. Please rectify this.

I give them 5 stars and I definitely became their costumer. The place and the food looks good. I enjoyed staying there thanks to the nice waitress. She is very polite, kind and is paying attention to the demands. I recommend the chicken shawarma wrap very succulent and tasty.

I do have dinner on the kebab shop with my family sometime and staff is nice, they know already my order and they straight away prepare for us. Really recomand this place 🥰

Honestly.. the best thing was the strawberry milkshake.. but the beef doner meat and fries were terrible, both of them. Cold, small portions (buy one get one), fries are soggy but still dry inside (either double fried old fries or undercooked, I'm a chef myself so..) the sauce was good tho on the doner.. Very disappointed.. please don't advertise something that you can't do or don't want to. On ubereats the portion is way bigger, the fries look thinner and more crispier. But you get 2 starts, just only because the milkshake was bangin'. Good supplier for that or a high five for the chef who prepped it.

Well priced kebabs and great service. We ate there twice for a cheap yet satisfying meal.

I have ordered chicken salad and chicken chips and experienced a great food with same as Indian taste. I surely recommend this place for all specially for Indians and they offer a very cheap price than other Indian restraurent. I think everyone should visit once and enjoy.

Ordered on Uber eats, delivery was quick that’s about the only good thing. The portion size was tiny but it was still enough to give me food poisoning. Uber eats gave me a full refund. Do not order from this place unless you want to be on the toilet for the next few days feeling horrible.

This shop is a guilty pleasure. I know I should be on salads but I can't help but order the burgers and chicken. One of the best meals I've ever had. The bbq wings are my favourite. The staff are friendly and efficient. If in the area definitely pass through

Probably the worst doner I've ever had. Salty and chewy, didn't taste fresh at all. Will definitely be avoiding. Portion wasn't regular, was small. Just glad I paid for an uber deal and not full price.

Ordered off Uber Eats waited 1hour in total on a Thursday- Chips were stale and cold. Peri Peri Chicken was actually decent. The Kebab greasy smelt funny and not the best quality for the buy one get one free offer just threw it in the bin.

Where do I start, From the minute I stepped into the kebab shop I was amazed with how clean the restaurant is. Wether it’s a quick meal or a night out with the old dear , you can guarantee a fantastic meal. The staff are professional and are quick to serve you. A great selection of meals to choose from.

I placed an order 3 hours ago through Uber eats and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. I already paid for it and no one answers the phone. It is a serious lack of respect. I will not be ordering here ever again!

ordered food online, they did let me wait 15 minutes than cancel the order as seems their closing time is really up to the staff. if they dont want to work they will simply cancel your order after holding it for 15 mins. well done shop manager, nice team management

Staff are rather incompetent, called my order number out without giving me a receipt for my order - had to explain to them. Had the kebab wrap and portion was tiny for the price. You can get much better value and service close by. There was about 10 people waiting and no new orders and staff were still standing around and taking ages. Food quality is normal but low for the price and wait.

Had a takeaway @ 7pm on today Friday. Service was really bad. The person who severed me was very unprofessional and rude. I had regular meal from there but never had this experience. A chicken and kebab shop doesn’t have mayonnaise which is unbelievable. I ordered a meal and he never asked me how do I like means with rice or chips. Within 2/3 minutes when I asked how he gonna give me he said with chips. I asked can I have it with rice and he refused very bad way trying to made me guilty for not asking in the first point where I think he should asked customer how they want their meal . When I asked for mayonnaise he said finish and he gone. no apology nothing. He should understand customer paying for food not getting it free. I won’t say I m not recommending but management should look at his service performance. A big let down

Horrible customer service. I ordered food here with a friend, I ordered a meal and a small portion of fries which I paid for. The woman taking my order wasn’t listening to what I was saying but took the order I stated and read it back. When my meal came, there was a small portion of rice for my friend when I specifically said FRIES. I told the lady that I ordered fries not rice, and she was challenging me stating that I said rice when I ordered fries as I didn’t know they even had rice. Then the other staff started to get confrontational regarding it, as the lady looked like she couldn’t own up to a mistake. Then she later accused me of not paying for it when I completely did, but it was just a desperate move as she couldn’t own up to the mistake, furthermore she even tried accusing me of not paying for it? The other staff kept asking me that if I do not want the rice, when I stated I never ordered it in the first place. I was later given fries for it when I paid for peri fries but I couldn’t be bothered for the hassle. It’s not like the order was wrong, the staff gave me the wrong order and decided to get confrontational for such a silly thing. Not coming back here again as it was appalling customer service.
