RUDE! LAZY! Sat at speaker for touching 5 mins no answer moved to window to be looked at 3x then knocked on window for the drive thru lady to come and say go back to the speak….i refused so she took my order code. Explained about the guy looking at me no answers! Checked order it was totally wrong so went inside again said excuse me to a different lady for her to look and carry on packing an order! Drive thru woman returns explains my order was wrong she snaps at me telling me she didn’t pack it? Did I say she did? She shouted the woman that did who said well I put the boneless meal in….she didn’t and I had 4 pieces of chicken that I didn’t order all with bones in so she clearly got it wrong. It was changed over and I left. I decided to ring the manager who well let’s just say she’s not going far in life…..rude and arrogant she is. When I explained about the lad looking at me she says “he’s not trained in driver thru” I understand that but to open a window and ask me to wait a moment is more than enough….wait for it HES NOT TRAINED TO OPEN A WINDOW!!! Howling I was…not trained to open a window must be in next pay scale then young man hurry and get up there. She asked what I wanted her to do? Clearly as useless as the team she leads! The chicken when I got home was as dry as Gandhis Flip Flop well dehydrated because they were all chatting and not working that’s why! What a complete joke of a place. Never been in a place with so many rude people serving customers! (04.02.2024 @ 20.20 order #8125- this is so that when the area manager looks he can see what shower of a team was supposed to be working)

After having a fun day at Elland Road Stadium and Ice Skating I thought I’d take my son down to one of my old haunts. As a teen I used to frequent this particular Burger King and had warm fuzzy feeling of nostalgia for the place. Well with in 30 seconds all that was ruined and I could see why it was empty (Apart from some obnoxious Delivery Guys). Tables were filled with Rubbish, staff were more concerned with Drive Through and Online Orders than actually serving people who visit, the food was cold and poorly assembled, chips were soggy we couldn’t finish it, asked to speak to a manager who never appeared, took my complaint to their customer service. I can’t believe that a company like Burger King willing hires and promotes staff with such a high level of incompetence and complete lack of manners! Yet to hear back from Burger King Customer Service, but fond memories have been replaced by this experience, and if the place gets shut down by environmental health, I wouldn’t be surprised! AVOID THIS BRANCH LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
