Just been tonight for the buffet meal, the food is amazing, every dish was cooked to perfection and the lamb karahi was to die for. Keep up the great work 👌,will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely restaurant the food was great main course dishes plentiful cooked to perfection. The only small downside the pickle tray dishes are far to small !!!

Food was dry, chips were hard and popadoms were all broken into little bits. Only nice part was the rice.

Was ready as soon as I arrived, and I arrived early! The food was amazing, friendly staff and they added a few items onto our order as a sorry for forgetting a few items on our order last time. Amazing food!

I've been here multiple times for food and it's by far the best I've had. The staff can't do enough for you and are all extremely friendly, we came for the NYE party and I can definitely say it was the best night I've had. The entertainment was out of this world and the staff were on top form as usual. Can't thank them enough for the NYE party... I'll be back again on the 13th for my birthday 🙂

Told them I was coming for a date first time ever going all staff was lovely food was lovely gave us two complimentary drinks was really nice I’d advise anyone to go here 10/10

Probably the best Indian restaurant experience we've had in years. Very welcoming staff, swift service, excellent surroundings and of course delicious food in large portions. Great value for money and we shall very returning (already booked for next month).

Order was late and they missed an item on the order. When I tried to call they ignored me multiple times and the food was cold when arrived. Really disappointed

Our visit last night with 8 of us was faultless. Food was excellent as always and well worth travelling from Rawmarsh. Staff so good and atmosphere really nice. Consistently 10 out of 10.

very disappointed with the order only half of it arrived. my wife enjoyed what came but after several non answered phone calls to the restaurant to try and resolve it I ended up having to go out to get a kebab. Issue for what was missing requested via just eat.

Delicious meal with excellent service. It was lovely to see such a varied Vegan menu, the Dahl was delicious, will definitely be back again soon to try some of the other options.

You can’t fault this place the food the service and value for money . It’s the only place to go if you want a goid food , in spotless surroundings and the staff are exceptional .

We were a party of 28 on Saturday night. It was really busy and our table was ready, everything was beautiful and pristine clean. The staff were amazing, professional, couldn’t do enough for us and super efficient all night. We ordered off menu and the food came in good time, all together, all piping hot and absolutely first rate. We were given all the time we wanted and when we moved to the bar area after our meal we were given seating and told to stay as long as we wanted to. We had children in our party and all the staff were fantastic with them I can honestly say the experience was perfect from start to finish. The whole team were incredible and were an absolute credit to the place. Amazing value for money and the quality was fantastic. Can not recommend highly enough!

If there was an option for 6 stars then that’s what it would have been! Beautiful Food, Amazing service and lovely staff! A lady called Leonie greeted us when we arrived! She was very professional and friendly and made us feel welcome straight away! Ryan took our orders and he was again very professional. This was my very first visit to this restaurant and I’ll definitely be visiting again!!

I was recommended to try indus as it is wheelchair friendly we are really glad we did . Me and the wife were very impressed with the food and also the staff were really well manerd even getting the doors for us. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends. what a great Indian thanks again will be returning soon

Went with 15 other people for the buffet night , we sat down at 20:00 , the starters were already on the table , you then Helped yourself to a range of Indian food. There was a good selection but it was Luke warm , not one dish was hot and as we were the last sitting the dessert table was to say the least very poor and only remnants of three cakes , they were the scraps left from the previous diners , very poor . The staff were not really interested and when she collected the plates we were asked to pass them down the table ! We all put in £20 the meal being £18.90 and left the balance as a tip , on hind site , we actually served ourselves.

took two hours. The bahjis were dry yet greasy. The passanda was greasy and did not taste at all like a passanda. It all went in the bin.

The main courses featured desi lamb and chicken, both cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully, Pilau rice was amazing. The garlic naans were a standout, adding a unique twist that everyone loved. And of course, the fresh rotis paired perfectly with the dishes. The service was exceptional, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that everything went smoothly for our celebration. Top place, never had a bad meal .. 👌

On this occasion, the chicken was slightly overcooked and the butter chicken was extremely spicy. The rest of the food was good.

So i'll start with whats really poor about it ...... the food. I started with the Chicken Nambali; fine. Not impressed with the tesco brown sauce criss crossing it. But it is what it is. Next had the Chicken Curry with mushroom rice for main. I got a bowl of rice with a pile of Mushrooms ontop!!, you couldn't mix it up ?. The Curry. I love Indian food, everywhere I go I look for an Indian restaurant. The Curry was crap, the worst i've ever tasted. Not worth paying for. Cheap is what comes to mind, and if the restaurant owner is reading this he knows it. Nothing green on or in it. It looked bad. Never again. On the plus side then. The building is beautiful both inside and out, beautiful; v.good car parking. The Staff. Outstanding. Really welcoming and attentive. His staff were easily amongst the best i'd experienced anywhere. I'm only writing this because the food was THAT bad and I feel i've been robbed. I'll never darken this door again.

Ate here last night and I cannot fault it. The food is absolutely off the chart, and the portions are so generous we walked had to bring some home. Loads of food, loads of drinks and less than £75 for 2 of us. Best Indian Restaurant in South Yorkshire by miles. Can't wait to go back 👍🏻

As the previous time, it was early, why do I bother asking for a time? within 5-10 minutes is acceptable either way, but 30 minutes is inconvenient

Ordered for asap (wasn't open at the time) and came 10 mins before opening, not bad just surprising lol. Food as always, piping hot, tasted great, my only neg would be my butter chicken curry was a little on the thin and watery side and somehow spicy? the whole reason I get butter curry is because I can't have spicy food - also always at least 1 poppadom is stale, the other 3 are fine.

Good value for money, went for the buffet to try different dishes and it was fairly good. Wouldnt do that again though - would probably have a full meal to feel getting most value. First time we had been so would have been nice to have been informed on what to do/what the buffet rules were. Some items seemed to run out quickly and not get restocked. Staff were nice and friendly, though.

We recently visited The Indus restaurant at Conisbrough, it is the first time we had been which was through an invite for our friends Paul and Tracy's Birthday celebrations, I must say the food and service is excellent and would highly recommend to anyone, we had a buffet and the choice of foods were marvellous, me and my wife both said we would definitely visit again without any doubt.

Went for a friends birthday. We were upstairs as it was a party for around 80. The buffet style food was delicious great opportunity to try different types of food. There was different curries to try, samosas , rice, chips, nanny bread etc. The food just kept coming. The staff were lovely making sure we were looked after. Great place great food definitely going back

Fantastic restaurant with great food and good prices. The food was amazing, definitely the best Indian I have had in a long time. The atmosphere was not great however as they had packed lots of people into the small space so it was very loud. Someone in our group has ADHD and left early as the restaurant was too crowded and packed and was making them overstimulated and anxious. So while the food is great I do not recommend eating in for anyone who has anxiety in busy spaces, they do offer takeaway though

The all you can eat buffet costs about £20 and the quality is very well made. The waitresses are very attentive.

We went on Saturday and there were two large groups . One group of young males were very loud and thuggish and spoilt the atmosphere and it became noisy and unpleasant. The other large group were fine but I think they move the venue from a stylish restaurant to more of a Christmas party feel . It's a shame as the food was very good . No Cobra beer ( not sure why) and tepid bottles of Estrella lager meant no ice cold drinks which is really important with Indian cuisine. They were apologetic about the large group ,but our small ( family) evening was not a comfortable one . Shame as the food was excellent.

Amazing place for good food and a great night out. The whole thing from start to finish was fabulous. Having had many takeaways from here all which were fantastic decided to get the full experience and eat in, the staff were friendly and very attentive and the selection of drinks at the bar was just as good as the dining menu. The food was really tasty. Had lamb karahi, chicken jalfrezi, chicken tikka masala and allo saag.

We were excited to try the new menu and wow it was delicious! For starter myself and partner shared the seek kebab with mozzarella it was tasty, fresh and plentiful, for mains I had the haddi ghost (lamb on the bone in curried sauce) it was succulent and cooked to perfection five star dish for me , and the house special again with lamb and mince and potato, a taste sensation with spices and just the right level of heat. We were welcomed into the restaurant by Aff and Leoni and looked after by Yasmin, Izzy and Charlotte what a dream team, perfect food with fabulous service and so well priced thank you team indus 💗

This was the first time we have been to this venue, I can honestly say, it will not be the last..I have got to say we were treated like royalty from the very start.. the food was absolutely amazing and the staff could not do enough for you...I have been to many of Indian restaurants across Doncaster, and I've got to say this is far the best.. well done Naz..👍

7 of us visited Indus for the first time last night and were very impressed with the whole experience. Parking was plentiful, free and right next to the restaurant, upon arrival we were shown promptly to our table in the very tastefully designed dining area, there are long tables for larger groups and lovely little booths for smaller parties, all looked very stylish and the restaurant was extremely clean. We were given a drinks menu and there were plenty of options to choose from, including alcohol free for the drivers, we thought £16 for a bottle of wine was great value, they also brought us a jug of free iced water for the table with lemon and limes which was a nice touch. Our food was genuinely the most tasty and varied flavours we have had from an Indian restaurant in a long time, we love Indian food but have really struggled to find any restaurants outside of London, Manchester and Glasgow that can compete, but Indus really is outstanding. I can highly recommend the lamb chops for starters and the naga was delicious. Some Indians seem to be be afraid to add much heat to a curry but this really packed a punch, lots of depth of flavour as with all the curries we had, the 5 adults all shared our different dishes, they were all unique. We had two children with us who didn't want Indian food but that was no problem, there were options to choose from and the staff even happily knocked up a cheese and mushroom omelette for my daughter which she really enjoyed. The staff couldn't do enough for us, it was our first time at Indus but definitely won't be the last, it could be our new favourite place. We'll done Indus, keep up the great work.

It was my first time in Doncaster and first time at Indus. It was a fantastic restaurant, will definetly be making the trip again, worth the 1.5 hours journey! Amazing customer service and delicious food! The owner was very welcoming and took time out to speak to us and very accommodating staff overall. Definetly recommend to all.

Excellent food and service. Staff friendly and helpful. Great surroundings, decor Excellent. Not over crowded so feels like you get extra attention. Got end of night commentary drink nice touch. Would highly recommend and will defo be going back.

Visited tonight with 3 friends who love a good curry. The staff were first class and very knowledgeable. Our food was absolutely 1st class. The best I have had in a while. I had the lamb pathia and it was so tender and tasty. Superb all round. Our young waitress recommended the stuffed paratha naan. Again 1st class. Well done everyone and thank you.

Beautiful food , highly recommend

We booked a table for two this evening for 6pm (28th April) as it was our wedding anniversary but when we arrived the Restaurant was all locked up, a staff member who also was waiting to work explained that their had been a family wedding and they were delayed, what a shame that they didn't call us to explain what had happened to save us a journey. Didn't want to give a poor rating as we don't know what experience we would have had.

Lovely experience. We originally booked a table for 20 people and unfortunately had last minute cancellations on the day, the staff were very understanding and accommodating. Great food, and outstanding service from the staff.

Given a time for collection then message saying it would be late.Then another message 5 minutes later to say it was ready. Collected and set off home to receive a phone call that they had forgotten to put the raita in. I explained that we lived quite a distance away and it wasn’t worth turning round to pick it up. The girl on the phone said ok next time you order we’ll get a free one? It wouldn’t be free would it,I’d already paid for it! Anyway this was a few weeks ago and they’ve obviously been paid for something I didn’t receive and I have no idea when we’ll be back because in all fairness,the food was just mediocre,nothing special at all.

Had a take out and half our meal was missing was promised what was missing would be here within 10 mins and it turned up 40 mins later needless to say the meals that come first was cold tried ring and it just rung off the hook very disappointed
