The Indian BBQ in Solihull

Attended last week Thursday for the lifeless quiz. 6:45pm ordered a wrap and loaded fries. Food arrived at 7:25pm after making a complaint directly. Received no apology. One worker remained silent. One worker said it’s busy. And yet, many others received their food prior to mine even when they arrived and ordered after me. And in typical fashion, the food was poor, just like the service (lack of). Their standard is low, and unfortunately for me, I had to experience this. There’s no hope for The Indian BBQ.

Lovely food and excellent service, both from management (VJ) and the staff. The chicken rice bowl was delicious. Beautifully cooked chicken spiced to your liking, paired with perfectly cooked rice. Do not miss out on the rest of the food options taste collective offers tough..Pizzas and burgers are just as great, and you can always take it next door after for a coctail or two at Greens😜! 100% recommend for fresh food and and the most friendly service in the heart of Solihull.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the chicken tikka pilau rice bowl at the Indian BBQ. It was a delicious and satisfying experience that left me wanting more! 💯 recommend!!

It's fresh and healthy. I'm glad the brand has returned to Taste Collective. There are more options to choose from and an amazing experience. The staff is lovely, and there is a good chef to interact with at Indian BBQ.

The food here is always fresh and delicious. Our go-to is the paneer bowl!! The paneer is cooked and seasoned perfectly. Amazing every time

Had the Mixed Grill BBQ box - meat cooked really well & spiced perfectly. Corinader Sauce was perfect to go with it. Service was quick. A really good value lunch whilst out shopping today

The food was phenomenal and the service impeccable. I am vegetarian and my partner is not, I often find that places are good for one or the other, but The Indian BBQ is amazing for both. My partner had the Seekh Kebab salad and has not stopped singing its praises since. I had the Paneer Tikka, it was the stuff dreams are made of. We then shared some masala chips and they changed my life. A taste sensation, I would rather have a break up than have to share them again, they are simply too good to share! I cannot wait to go back!

Went for the first time at Taste Collective. Indian BBQ was great, had the lamb seekh kebab salad and was not disappointed, the salad was really impressive - great attention to detail, really flavoursome stuff. "Shared" the paneer tikka and the massala fries with my girlfriend (until she threatened to break up with me if I ate any more). Absolutely gorgeous- and the fries were great too. Great vibe, 5/5 will definitely be back.

Delicious tikka bowl with a great atmosphere. Been twice now and both times it has been excellent! Definitely recommend.

Been here a few times food always amazing and friendly staff. Try the chicken bbq bowl or the fish both tasty. My wife is vegetarian and says the paneer is good also
