Attended last week Thursday for the lifeless quiz. 6:45pm ordered a wrap and loaded fries. Food arrived at 7:25pm after making a complaint directly. Received no apology. One worker remained silent. One worker said it’s busy. And yet, many others received their food prior to mine even when they arrived and ordered after me. And in typical fashion, the food was poor, just like the service (lack of). Their standard is low, and unfortunately for me, I had to experience this. There’s no hope for The Indian BBQ.

We have booked this restaurant for our baby shower event and all the foods were delicious and we got so many good reviews in the function . Each food had unique South Indian flavours with good aroma which was our expectation and success behind the beautiful event is mainly food which was well satisfied and we would definitely recommend their service for big events. Thank you so much for all the support and on-time delivery.

Such an incredible cafe. Unbelievably kind and accommodating staff who seem to work their socks off. Food is amazing and portions so generous. If you’re in Knowle you have to pop in. But a warning, don’t leave without an almond croissant, they are to die for.

Oh dear. Not good. Before you even get in the place, parking is a lottery. But once you do, there is a pleasant enough greeting. The manager is especially jovial, but one or two of the floor staff do have faces like smacked babies arses! The big disappointment though, was the main event; the food. Papadums, dips, and naan bread were all standard fayre, with no real complaints. Even the shammy kebab was good, just a tad dry and anaemic. But my main of chicken tandoori balti was simply poor. For a start, it wasn't an authentic balti, being served in a presentation stainless steel balti bowl only. The 'tandoori' chicken was no such thing, being stringy and awful. The curry sauce was generic and reminiscent of a cheap supermarket curry. Infact I'm quite convinced I was served a Tesco tinned balti. The mushroom fried rice was OK, but it couldn't save that sad excuse for a curry. I left most of it uneaten. A very rare occurrence. Sorry guys.
