Really sweet people here. Great if you want a different cultural experience. Sells South African groceries as well.

Lovely Sunday lunch. We ordered bunny chow and boerewors and samp and it was excellent. Ideal place to relax if you miss South Africa or Zimbabwe.

Nos reunimos con amigos hoy y fuimos a la choza de Indaba para el almuerzo. La comida siempre es excelente y tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. El personal es siempre amable y hay un ambiente encantador. Sin duda volveremos.

Unexpected find, very friendly family vibe, very quick service, excellent authentic tasty lunch. Has UK food too, but the South African is good... Great sausage, try it!

Really good meal, personal service and bought some food favorites to take home (ouma biscuits and cherry fizz pops). Was great to indulge in some favorites from "home"

Lovely afternoon spent in the Coffee shop. We had a walk down "memory lane" sampling the excellent South African fare, which we can definately recommend. I would say the only down side at present is, the Menu is limited. There is a good selection of English meals on the Menu aswell. The Owners were friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would say it's well worth a visit to catch up and make friends.

A lovely family run cafe with a home-cooked style standard menu and South African treats and specials. Good food, decent portions and great value for money. Two big thumbs up.

This was one of the best meals I've had this year! I had the gore gore beef, which is traditionally served undercooked. The flavours were delicious and the injera with the spicy sauce and powdered paired so well. The hostess was so lovely. She treated me to a shot of Ethiopian alcohol on the house, which she told me to pour into the sauce if it is too spicy! My friend had the Y'Beg Wot, which was the slow cooked beef in incredible berber stew. I will definitely be coming back here when I am around Nottingham and I strongly recommend a visit!

My husband bought me the okra soup with 4 meats and pounded yam as takeaway. It's the worst okra soup I have eaten. It was green okra with some red tomato soup poured on tip. The tomato sauce was tastless, no seasoning. Tasted like warned up canned tomatoes just poured on the okra. The meat was tastless- absolutely no seasoning! This is a fraud for £13. Only the pounded yam was ok. Very disappointed 😞
