Absolutely unreal! We only got food from here for the first time recently, but we've ordered twice since, it was that good. The food is lush, and has the same comforting feeling of good homemade food, which is rare for a takeaway. All of our orders have been delivered in really good time, and with no issues. Our favourites have been the burritos, the chicken burger, and now the loaded fried which we've had tonight and were unreal! Defo one of our new fav takeaways. Thanks!

Ordered Chicken Burrito with Hot Peri Peri, 12 Hot Wings &. Hot n Spicy Smash Burger, First time ordering Smash Burger and really enjoyed it will def order again. Wings are excellent, lovely char on them and very tasty. Burrito is one of my goto’s and always will be, delivered bang on time - delivery lad was spot on ….. next order will be soon ❤️

The burger and chips are amazing , wrap was very nice as well. Chcken could be more crispy however taste still amazing highly recommend. I will defo order again

Food has really gone downhill since our last visit. Barely any fries per portion, small amount of chicken in sandwich.

I normally love hot rooster but it didn’t taste the same, chicken was nice however very few chips which I paid extra for, no cheese & sauce was bland & not much of it, hopefully it returns soon to usual standards

Not one for giving bad reviews, but after the 4th time In a couple of months of things missing on orders, I won't be placing anymore. Foods decent but due to not receiving what I paid for, I can't bothered chasing it every time

Usually love this place and order from it regular, but today the chicken was so burnt it wasn’t edible and the peri peri I ordered had been spilt all over the bag, it was also way smaller of a peri peri portion than I usually get, I’m sure it was just a one off but still very disappointed dinner

delivery/manager driver wouldnt bring my food order upto my flat, only to the main door of a block of over 55s.. and wasn't nice at all. cheers, and it's the second time he's done this.

As always the quality of the food is great 10/10 the taste is delicious the staff always very friendly from kitchen to delivery staff. Highly recommended

Ordered the HR Burger with skin on fries, also Steak Burrito with Spicy Rice and Cheese, not ordered from The Rooster for a while, (for the life of me I don’t know why) food was phenomenal, piping hot on delivery, great flavours - delivery lad was spot on as well…. Next order coming very soon ❤️

It was 2 hrs 35 mins late. Two fries were missing from the order, the rest of the order was cold and the dessert was frozen with how to microwave written on tray! Absolutely shocking will never order again.

Ordered 17:20 & food came at 19:10, missing items. Rang back straight away for someone to say we packed it which you didn’t. Finally agreed to resend the items. It’s 20:30 and still waiting. Shame because the burger was really nice but wouldn’t order again.

Good quality food very tasty wasnt very hot added 10 minutes onto delivery time and was still another 15 minutes late. I ordered a classic bacon cheese burger which i didnt get i would of gave 5 stars if I recevied my full order and the food was hot

Smallest half chicken I’ve ever seen. The chips looked like they been in that box for days. And the pork was dry and chewy

Nice food but never got my crispy chicken tender extra

Order initially due around 21:25. Arrived 30-35 mins after. Had to check with restaurant as it said it was delivered and then the delivery time was changed. Food was very nice although possibly a bit more thrown together than normal.

Incorrect order, sent extra burger instead of chicken breast! Burgers aren’t worth the what they charge. First and last time I will be ordering

Food allways is great from here , burgers made with fresh mince , proper home made chips , the sauces are definitely home made ... proper restraunt food in takeaway convineiance

What I had was nice I got only one chicken tender instead of 2 like I got last time but overall was good

food arrived stone cold and was over 30 minutes late (40 minutes after the latest expected delivery ) we ordered a full lemon chicken which comes flat a spatchcock this unfortunately was barely enough chicken for 2 and didn't have any flavour, this must of been an extra small chicken as there was barely any breast meat , more meat on the leg n wings. rice n coleslaw was in a tiny tub, the skin on fries were cold and soggy. the halloumi was like rubber over cooked and cold. Very disappointed.

Delicious! Chicken wings were perfect, the skin was crispy. Fresh coleslaw, spicy rice texture was perfect and the burger too was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Order late, person that took my call told me it was 2 mins away. 15mins later order still hadn’t arrived. Called again, told it was 5mins away. Order didn’t arrive, called again, told that it was on its way, that they were really busy, driver had had an accident ?!?! chap then telling me it was literally minutes away. Received order 45 minutes after initial call, the order was for 4 people, it was all cold and inedible. Called again & was offered new meals, too late - won’t use again

Ordered Ribs with 2 Sides and 6 Hot Chicken Wings with Slaw and Spicy Rice….. Food delivered bang on time & piping hot. Ribs were exceptional along with the hot peri peri wings, absolutely great flavours on both. Hot Rooster comes highly recommended from me 👍

Chicken breast was rubbery and chips were dry, hard and tasteless, not what i expected as it’s normally unbelievable

I was told to write in the notes to replace the nachos from the previous order, I did and it was ignored. I usually love this place but it wasn't good today, chips were dry and the 3 little pieces of belly pork were inedible, burnt to a crisp.

Great ribs loads of meat, glad they are back on the menu. The pork belly was lovely too. There was a glitch on the app when ordering and the shop called and rectified the issue immediately thank you. The delivery girl was very polite, thank you.

My wrap came as a burrito and not the chargrill with halloumi as ordered, contacted the shop and a lovely apology and my correct order delivered within 20mins and was very tasty and also some free pop! Things happen and mistakes can be made but beautiful food, great service 10-10 I will be a regular customer! Thanks again guys, you’re amazing!

Food arrived stone cold and dry. We ordered 2 burgers and request one to be plain both came with everything on. The chips had be heated up in the air fryer. The food was slightly late but I wasn’t too upset about that, more the quality of what we got versus the price we paid.

Appalling service. Ordered food at 19:20 Phoned at 21:00 to see where my food was and it still wasn’t prepared or dispatched. They said they would sort it now. I spoke to manager to said he didn’t know who I was with regards to my order. Don’t waste your time ordering here. Unprofessional cowboys

I was recommended to try this place out , I wasn't impressed one bit to be fair . chips were cold , pattie was more or less cold aswell same goes with the Sweet chilli wrap .... Flavours were nice ,that's about it . I Won't be back again . Thank you

Food was really nice, but this is the 4th time Iv ordered and every time there is food missing….this is the end of the world when it’s the kids food that doesn’t turn up, they have always sorted it out but it isn’t nice when your eating 30 mins apart.
