This is an absolute gem of a place. So well run by Phil and Karen. So friendly and knowledgable, Such a comfortable place to spend a few hours sampling many craft ales

Lovely little bottle shop and tap room which is an asset to the village. Good range of beer styles in bottles/cans and on draft.

Great choice of beers, and if there is anything you would like to order that they don’t have in stock, or need any recommendations, Phil is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend this shop to any beer lovers out there!

Amazing selection of beers from around the world. Incredibly helpful and knowledgable staff and competitive prices for the products available. Great selection on the tasting menu too. Staff are highly helpful which isn’t the case in some other craft beer shops. Highly recommended!

Nice taster lagers for sale on draught, tad expensive but I guess you get what you pay for and won’t find them in your local Wetherspoons. Knowledgable owner but was quite rude when asked if we could open purchased bottles to drink in the shop. Be a pub or be a shop. Make your mind up. Don’t think we’ll go in again on that basis.

Cracking little tap room with a great selection of bottled beers from Modern craft breweries and well established European brewers. One of the better selection of Belgian beers I've seen and there's also a good selection of German beers (something that is generally harder to find without resorting to online shopping). The staff member we spoke to was friendly and keen to offer suggestions, without being pushy. He obviously has a passion for beer and was keen for us to be happy with our purchases. The parking is fairly decent nearby, and free on Sundays. Well worth a visit.

Really lovely caring staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. An excellent breakfast which was both tasty and value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you, Paul

Loved this little bar for quite a while now however it's appeal seems to be dropping. This is a very versatile venue; all are welcome which is great; it's one of its assets however the barman is the most miserable in the whole town. Maybe this could be an attraction for the venue but, to us that come here regularly, he's hard work and hard to feel glad to have come in here rather than the other places on offer.
