I was pleasantly surprised how nice it is inside and how warm and inviting the staff are. The food is insane and all fresh! I’m looking forward to returning.

We went in to buy plain bagels to take away to eat a home, the waitress cut me off min sentence to say that she wouldn’t be serving me as they were short on bagels. The cabinet looked fully stocked and we had bought just the bagels before so feel if this isn’t a service you can sustain then don’t provide it. The waitress was rude when saying this and because she cut me off I didn’t go on to order what I was going to as well drinks and cakes as feel that they didn’t really want my custom. It’s a shame as we do go here a lot for the breakfast bagels and other things but we won’t be going back now due to the rudeness.

I visited for the first time today to meet a friend, but it won’t be the last. The place itself has an inviting and spotless decor, the staff are lovely and the coffee first class. My cookie was the biggest one I have ever seen and delicious. Thank you.

Uber also tried to contact and couldn’t get through so cancelled and refunded the order for us. Waste of time, don’t bother with this place!

I went back to exchange it, but the owner, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional, told me it was supposed to be like that and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. He even told me not to come back. I’ve never received such poor service for my money. I will never return to this awful place and do not recommend it to anyone.
