Had a lovely tapas lunch. Menu had lots of good options. We sat in their courtyard since the weather was nice and enjoyed some cocktails. It's a hidden gem off the tourist track. Would recommend.

Asked for a quiet corner table and got a nice spot. Service was friendly and efficient. Shared a whitebait starter which was a little on the small side. I had Pork knuckle which was very good, my partner had Prawn linguine which we both thought was over salty. Didn't have desserts, so can't comment on that.

Really lovely evening at the Hill overall. Great food and very friendly service. One thing I can’t understand though is the lighting- it’s far too bright. Just buy some dimmer light bulbs and put some candles on the table, it would make all the difference! However we will be back nonetheless.

Delightful neighbourhood restaurant. Bright colourful decor (South American textiles, paintings), mix of couples and families, friendly, efficient service, menu offers good and varied choices for both food and wine. It doesn't disappoint.

The best restaurant in South East London by far, great decor, tables with plenty space (don’t you hate it when you have nowhere to put your arms because they prefer to put lots of tiny tables rather than fewer larger ones? Not the case here!) all staff are really lovely and prompt with bringing the orders and most importantly, the food is absolutely fabulous. Fresh ingredients, authentic and full flavour. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you love a good dining experience, you love The Hill!

Went on Valentines Day so was quite busy. Still the service was very good and food arrived quickly. Food was delicious, I had a mix of seafood. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

My first visit (my son lives locally and recommended it). It was everything a good tapas venue should be and enjoyed it very much indeed. I must try to adjust to contemporary drinks prices in London 2024! When you can still buy a decent supermarket Merlot for £4.95 (Sainsburys today), the bottle of house Merlot (whilst very nice) had a substantial mark up over what must have been the supplier price. This is not so much a gripe about The Hill! It is an observation about restaurants in general. In all, I liked it very much and will return!

We loved our dinner at the Hill. Its warm, cozy interior was the perfect setting to catch up with a visiting friend. Dinner for four. The Christmas dinner choices were excellent and the service impeccable. We were greeted with champagne, seated at a nice roomy table, and promptly tended to. Staff was very friendly and checked on us periodically if we needed anything. The food was delicious and plenty. Cost was a bargain compared to other eateries available for Christmas dinners. Love the location and how cozy this restaurant is. The decor is fantastic, done by family members, rich in Ecuadorian culture.

Had tapas dishes with a party of five. Everyone enjoyed the meal. All the dishes were good and a couple were exquisite. The bill was far lower than I was expecting so for me was excellent value for money. Staff were also very good.

The food was not as good as usual and the service was terrible. 45 minutes to get a basket of bread that required no preparation and almost an hour for the drinks to arrive. The restaurant was almost empty except for a large table at the back ans another table with 4 people. This did not justify the delay. I would recommend the restaurant for the food because it is good and different but suggest they walk out if the drinks take more than 5 minutes to appear!

A decent restaurant in the Greenwich area though personally I find it very average for London despite others’ exceptional reviews. I came with my sister and we ordered the paella and 3 tapas (the grilled octopus, the garlic mushrooms, and the calamari). The paella had a lot of toppings and the mussels were especially fat and juicy. But overall there was nothing standout. Food was good but not amazing. I’d consider coming again but only if I was out of options or ideas.

I found this place on open table, and I was looking for a place to celebrate our anniversary with my partner. It is half an hour walk for us from Isle of Dogs. It is located in a very quiet and nice neighbourhood in Greenwich. The restaurant is spacious, we didn’t see the outdoor area because it is cold and dark. It is quite spacious indoor. We were seated in the back of the restaurant. we arrived quite early around 6:30pm. It was quite empty when we arrived, so we were worried that if we made a good choice coming here. There are many dishes from the menu, and they all look pretty good. Between two of us, we ordered three Tapas, calamari, chorizo, and bruschetta. I was craving for steak so I picked the 400g Argentin steak, with Chimichurri sauce, grilled vegetable and chips. I ordered medium rare and it came perfectly. I can taste the burned fat with charcoal taste on the outside. It was tender and soft on the inside. A glass of Spanish house wine was perfect with the steak. My partner ordered a Peruvian beef rice it somehow tastes a bit like Asian food, gingery. At the end of the meal, we ordered an Argentine time style dessert called Alfajores. It is like two cookies with caramel in between like a sandwich. Yum! The serving staff were very attentive and nice. Good service in general and we’ve got two desert wine at the end of the meal for free. Menu could be found easily on their website and it is up today. We’ve got very stuffed and we were paying around £100 for two.

A beautiful hidden gem, located away in the side streets of Greenwich, the variety of foods, the live music, and ambience makes this a wonderful place to visit if you love Spanish/South American foods, I've been here twice now and will definitely return when I'm next in Greenwich.
