Cobans Kitchen in Greenwich

Usually this is great and most of it was. However the vegetable moussaka I had was clearly from frozen and ice cold in places. While I reheated some for tea and that was OK, I felt the waiter should not have charged me the full amount on the bill. Mistakes happen but next time I will definitely send the dish back if it happens again! It's always been great before.

We are staying in an area of London we didn’t know so picking somewhere to eat is a but if hit and miss, especially as a wheelchair user. Firstly by including a video of the interior of the restaurant that ended facing the front door I could see that it was accessible for me. This is a rare service and very much appreciated even if the benefits for wheelchair users was not realised. Good accessibility is based in good customer service and this was evident throughout our meal. Friendly staff, attentive without being over bearing and good at what they all do. The food was excellent. Really well cooked, tasty and portions that were good. The vegetarian options were good (we let them off the fish being marked as vegetarian) nowhere’s perfect. They have a really good range of drinks for all tastes and pretty reasonable for a London restaurant. Finally, despite none being found, they called a number of taxi companies trying to find a wheelchair accessible taxi for us. These not being available was not for want of them trying. As we were stuffed the walk/wheel home actually prove helpful anyway. If we are this way again we will definitely eat here again.

As ever, service and food were delicious. Some places, the service drops standard if it is quiet, this restaurant the service is always brilliant and staff so attentive and friendly whether they are busy or it is quiet. First trip for my friends who loved it.

It was my wife's 60th birthday celebrations with our family and friends. First of all my guest were greeted and seated nicely and politely while await for us the birthday couple to arrive, and our main servicing attendant Maria was outstanding and professional. She also helped me choose some good food options for my guests and answered all their questions about the dishes on the menu. All in all, it was a great evening and the service throughout was outstanding. I thoroughly recommend everyone to visit Cubans Kitchen.
