The Hide in Fife

We were a family of 8, who were at the lodge to celebrate a birthday. We had the most wonderful time, everything you needed was at your fingertips. The lodge was beautiful and had everything you needed and more. The hot tub was a hit with everyone. We had a fantastic walk with the dogs and the equestrian facilities were very impressive. We experienced the Hide, where we enjoyed a Prosseco and bbq’ ing and it was such a lovely experience with everyone. The hide had everything you needed from glasses to serviettes. The hosts Anna and Mr B could not have been more accommodating. We will be back for sure and thankyou for a fantastic birthday weekend. From the Carling’s x

My fiancé and I had an unforgettable experience at the Hide. The setting itself is incredible with beautiful views over the River Tay and beyond. The food was delicious and it’s definitely the best bbq food and bbq experience we’ve had. Every last detail has been considered to make this the perfect experience. From the Land Rover escort, to the Bluetooth speaker in the cosy cabin. It’s truly a unique and special experience. We can’t recommend enough!

A day to remember! A really exclusive spot surrounded by stunning views, wooden cabin with fireplace/grill inside and the option to have a fully catered menu with wine pairing makes this venue so special and relaxing suitable for any type of occasion. I would highly recommend this wonderful place as well as the warm and welcoming staff and owners of the farm who genuinely want you to have a memorable day.

We all had a wonderful time at The Hide at the weekend (28th -31st) 🍾🥳🙌🏻 It was the best place to celebrate my Mum’s 60th birthday. The Hide, and the journey up Lindores hill was an amazing experience. It was made even better by the lovely staff, Anna and Mr B who were extremely warm and welcoming. The food was fabulous too! We had a delicious selection of food from the pick and mix menu, including; Seafood platters - the lobster was incredible Cheese platter Beef bourguignon and bread. I honestly cannot recommend The Hide enough. It was what we all needed, a relaxing and charming weekend away with the girls. Thank you all very much ❤️

The Hide is a magical and unique venue, situated high up in the hills of Fife, with breathtaking views across the River Tay and beautiful Scottish countryside. I booked this to celebrate a very special birthday lunch with friends and couldn’t have been more delighted with our experience. I was looking for something a bit different and this really didn’t disappoint. Every detail was considered, and Anna and Richard really couldn’t have been more accommodating. With the help of our hosts, our chef devised a stunning 3-course meal for the 5 of us to enjoy at our leisure. Everything was already prepared so there was nothing for me to do other than focus on having a good time with my guests! We ate our starter outside, taking in the wonderful scenery and then moved indoors for our main course and dessert, where the roaring fire kept us cosy and content all afternoon. The Hide was spacious and comfortable, with everything you might need. I really cannot recommend The Hide highly enough. My friends and I have talked non-stop about our afternoon together and we cannot wait to book again and create more memories!

Such a unique set up, chauffeured up the hill in a classic Land Rover to your private chef in a wee hoose akin to bilbo baggins shire. Stunning setting making a long overdue catch up with friends an extra special memory we’ll all treasure for a long time. Can’t wait to find an excuse to go back!

Anna and Richard couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish, they even booked amazing sunshine so that we could take in the stunning views of the River Tay while eating alfresco - Scotland at its best!

We spent an afternoon at The Hide to celebrate a birthday whilst staying at Lindores. This place is just WOW on every level and such an experience. Anna and her team are amazing and everything you could possibly ever need and more has already been thought of. The experience started with the landrover ride to the top of the hill, then the stunning views when you arrive which just catch your breath. You can bring along your own drinks but glasses, ice, water & hot drinks all provided for you. Now onto the showcase of the day - the food!! We opted for menu A and what excellent value this was. I can honestly say it was so much food we struggled to finish but the produce, quality and presentation was second to none, probably some of the best food I’ve tasted and cooked to perfection. We were looked after by our chef which I would say definitely adds to the whole experience. After lunch there was still some chill time to enjoy the warmth & cosiness of the hut indoors made even more magical with its mood lighting and Bluetooth speaker before it was time for our landrover ride back down. An experience which has left us all so many wonderful memories. A very special place and would highly recommend a visit for any occasion.

We had a fantastic evening at The Hide celebrating a birthday. The cosy cabin is so well equipped. Plenty of room for 8 of us to sit around the fire and eat dinner there. The location is stunning and you can see for miles in all directions! The owners have thought of everything and the eco-toilet on site is very cute and tastefully decorated too! Would highly recommend a visit to The Hide for any occasion 😀

We had a fantastic time up at the Hide. The views are absolutely stunning and the hut itself is just beautiful. A great social space. The food made by the chef was delicious and there was plenty of it. It was great to be able to sit inside around the fire but also be outside at the picnic bench. A very special place.

We celebrated a friend's birthday at this most unique location! We had food pre cooked by their chef and watched the sun setting over the river Tay while dinner warmed on the fire. They have thought of everything you might need and the facilities were great. Thanks again for a wonderful time.
