As a restaurant aside to the hotel the place is fantastic, deffo one to remember. Personally I had the best curry in my life

We had a lovely meal there this evening, thank you. The Indian food is good value and you can tell it’s fresh and home cooked. Thanks to Zac who looked after us so well, all the team were very welcoming.

Lovely food, nice decor, polite friendly staff. altogether a great experience. The food was just amazing. My son had the Heath chicken burger and I had Tawa Chicken from their Indian menu. Both were very tasty. I very much recommend eating there

The Heath Inn does excellent, authentic Indian food. We had a delicious meal this afternoon. The menu has an excellent choice of vegetarian, meat and fish dishes. Great portion sizes as well. A real discovery. Highly recommended!

Best Indian food in the area!! Love it in here. The menu has a British and Indian section. The Indian food is amazing, better than any other Indian restaurant Ive been to in a long time. Give it a go, you wont be disappointed!

My husband and i stayed at the lovely Heath Inn for 4 nights and used the restaurant every breakfast and evening meal as the food made by Chef Dev was absolutely amazing . Chef Dev went out of his way to present me with the most delicious vegan meals that were not even on the menu. He came out to speak to me and asked me what my likes and dislikes are . Based on that I had the most delicious Indian cuisine I have ever had . Everyone was most kind and helpful . The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming . They are very dog friendly too . 10/10 and I am hard to please .

Another great meal at this hidden gem of a restaurant. It recently introduced Indian dishes to the menu, and you won’t get any better on the area. Really worth trying👍

We booked rooms for overnight as we were going to a party. Very pleased with all the rooms, even made sure my elderly mother had a room on the ground floor. Each room was clean and nicely decorated (each one was different).

My wife and I came out for dinner as a Friday treat. Beautiful aromatic chicken Kadia and jeera rice. Followed by a festive Christmas sundae. Great food and friendly, professional service

Driving home from Milton Keynes to Leighton Buzzard on Saturday, we stopped at many eateries en route.All were full and we were sent on our way. When we stopped at The Heath the building was not inspiring, plastic flowers and tired paint. It was depressing and empty. This did not bode well when everywhere else was so busy. How wrong could I be!! I felt a little reassured as at least staff were really friendly and attentive. The menu was small but offered a good choice. We ordered a sirloin steak each. OMG it was delicious. The accompanying sauces were not from a sachet. I had ordered garlic butter to avoid this, but my friend's peppercorn sauce was also made in house. I can thoroughly recommend this as a secret eatery. Yes the restaurant began to fill up later and I will definitely return. How welcome we were made and how lovely the food.

Booked two rooms as we were travelling with friends and were made very welcome as soon as we arrived and booked in. Clean rooms with with en-suite. We booked two nights in the restaurant thinking we could cancel the second if the first night was iffy. Excellent meal in very nice surroundings. We ate there for the second night and the chef adjusted the meal for our vegan friend. Excellent breakfast and also catered for vegan. 10-15 minutes from Bletchley Park couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks to Trevor and all the staff

The food here is simply stunning, ive eaten here many times and it really is much better than anything in the area. Ditch the menu and go straight to the specials board is my advice, the beef madras and spicy goat are exceptional and my daughter loved the bolognaise! Compliments to David the head chef who creates this excellent food! Just go, you won’t be disappointed!

Such lovely people in a village pub.bar staff work like a great team and very efficient. Lydia and Louisa were full of positivity and kind always. David is a great french chef.

I have eaten from The Heath Inn approximately 5 times in the last year. I normally visit on Saturday evenings and I never have a problem getting a table. The food is always amazing and reasonably priced, the menu is small, but the specials are always changing and are always lovely.

Reasonably priced evening meal, very well prepared and presented. A couple of pints at a cosy table and all was well. Breakfast was outstanding. Full English was cooked to order and was worth the wait. With a choice of fruit juices and filter coffee, it all made for a great start to my Sunday.

The pub had alot of character. The gentleman who showed us to the table was full of chrisma, polite and very attentive. He was continously on the go which was more to be said for one his colleagues. My friend had made the comment about not layering up, when I'd only have to take all the layers off once we got to the table. When we got to the table, it was quite drafty, especially when people left the doors open... I know the restaurant can't really be held accountable for that. My friend ended shutting the door. One of the positives for me was that the rugby was on and we were in prime seats to watch it. The restaurant wasn't particularly full but it seemed ages to get our food- I don't know whether that was particularly because we were hungry and cold. We decided to wash our hands before the food came out, after our walk and the bathroom/hallway to the bathroom was freezing. The water was ice cold. Not really a pleasant experience. When the food came out, my friend ordered the vegan burger which she said was really nice. I ordered the pie which had a very impressive light, flakey lid. Unfortunately, the very top of the lid had come off but they still put it back on, which was nice. I found the gravy a little too salty which might be because I barely ever use salt with my cooking and the taste was only really noticeable towards the end. Easy mistake- at first when my pie came out I thought they had done something fancy with my mash potato (like hiding it in the pie), it turns out they just forgot to add it lol. We mentioned this to the other colleague and she came over and relayed the comment back to the guy who was doing various other bits. Apoligised and then sat back down at the bar... in her defense, it looked like she was heading home as she had her coat on the bar. So the guy went out to the kitchen and within a couple of minutes, they brought me out some mash. We were getting quite cold, so decided to pick pudding up on the way home instead and eating it somewhere warm. From what we could see they had a good selection of pudding. We asked for the bill which the guy said to us that he would just take some other people's plates out, which he did, along with some other bits. But then his other colleagues couldn't find any prosecco, he then went down to the seller and found some whilst his colleagues waited. I think the price was good to average for the area that we were in. I personally felt that they had one person running the pub with a chef. Whilst we were there, there was a guy who im guessing was staying in one of the rooms, who came down to complain who had waited an 1hr and 30 (apparently), since he ordered his food. For such a highly rated place, i had higher expectations than this. I feel that my rating should be 2.5/5- I personally wouldn't be in any kind of hurry to head back.

Celebrated my birthday last Friday. Had an absolutely fantastic dinner & an equally good bottle of wine. Chef David is a super cook. Tracy and then ensured I had an excellent evening.

We were staying at the Inn for two nights. Breakfasts were fabulous, and the provenance of the ingredients - fresh and local. We had a delicious three-course dinner on both evenings. Good choices on the menu and all prepared expertly. Highly recommend the specials and the profiteroles!

Another wonderful Sunday Roast at the Heath Inn. Food, wine and service were, as always, excellent. Tracy’s staff team is great and Davide in the kitchen and Rob on the Bar and front of house ensure a really delicious meal and very enjoyable visit - both are real assets. Thank you.

Rang and secured a table at very short notice, despite a very full car park. Both dishes were freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. Great pasta dish and the Beef and Ale pie was the best my husband has ever tasted he says! Bar staff were friendly and attentive. Had not visited since pre-covid and delighted that chef Davide is still there and that the Heath Inn is still excellent. Thank you.

On 22.7 I enjoyed a reunion meal with my grand daughter and her partner at the Heath Inn. I enjoyed a Spanish style prawn starter and then the (again) Spanish beef stew and rounded off the meal with home made profiteroles. The food was of excellent quality and on a par with any I have experienced in Barcelona. My grand daughter and her partner are both vegetarian and equally enjoyed their baked Camembert starter and Halloumi burgers. The table service and wine were outstanding and all at very reasonable prices. No hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

The chef made a lovely vegetable soup, my kids had haloumi burger and fish and chips and all were presented really well, great portions, good prices, piping hot and delicious.

My friend - her little boy and I visited the Heath Inn and restaurant for a weekend away - it was wonderful- the team were warm and welcoming - but the star of the show was the halibut pave - I cannot recommend this enough - my friend loved it so much she had it both evenings we stayed - Thankyou ❤️

The menu undersells the restaurant as the "pub classics" are all freshly made on the premises by David the French chef, and there are specials in addition, including fresh fish. Portion sizes are good, and the prices are reasonable. I had a pasta dish and my wife had hake which were both delicious. The full English breakfast is amazing, and we could only manage it once during our stay.

If you're looking for somewhere to have a meal you won't do better than The Heath Resturant. The service was excellent,the food was sublime, all the ingredients are freshly prepared, it is a long time since we have had such an amazing meal. Chef David and his team are fantastic, every attention to detail was taken , David was very friendly and took time to talk to us. The Heath inn are very lucky to have such a talented Chef as David. At breakfast Esther was very polite and professional and helpful.

We stayed for weekend what can I say the food was exceptional the secret French chef David his food is top class we couldn’t fault any of it nothing was too much trouble and David was so friendly I would highly recommend this place again at breakfast every little detail was taken care of and Ester our waitress was friendly and professional thank you so much team David and The Heath Inn

We stayed here with a baby and a dog and the staff made us feel so welcome.The food was lovely. Great quality and fantastic portion sizes. I ate with two friends who work in manual jobs and they were extremely happy with the portions.I had two starters as a main, the pil pil prawns and loaded potato skins. The prawns were fresh cooked and not reheated precooked prawns, so they were juicy and succulent. The potatoes skins stuffed with mushrooms were a great accompaniment.

we stayed for 2 nights at the heath inn and had 2 breakfasts and 1 eveneing meal. the owner of the restaurant is a delightful and welcoming gentleman. breakfast was cooked to order or there is a choice of continental style breakfast. i had a full english breakfast, the bacon was well cooked and the fried eggs were perfect. extra toast and drinks were freely offered. the menu for the evening meal catered for every taste. all this was achieved by 1 chef, working alone with only a little part time help, which was an amazing achievement. when we are next in the area we will certainly re-visit.

Staying overnight we had the pleasure of enjoying a superbly cooked and presented evening meal and a quality full English breakfast in the morning to set us up for the day. A menu with French and Spanish inspired dishes was difficult to choose from.Don't pass it by if you're in the area.

Me and my family had been to rushmere forest with dogs in tow and found this dog friendly restaurant, very welcoming and family friendly also with my loud dogs and kids! :)Food was lovely with a nice variety of choice, with also good value! Covid friendly with sanitizer available in many spots and a one way system for toilet use! Would definitely recommend and woukd also love to return in the near future! :)

This is my son's 'man cave', but he kindly invited us to join him for dinner. Glad he did! He's friendly with the chef, so a request for frog's legs was no problem!! The whole meal was way, way above what you would normally expect in a pub. I hope this whole Covid thing doesn't impact long term, and for one, I will certainly be back.

We stayed in the hotel and ate in the restaurant that night. The food was exceptional and very well priced, the service that night was brilliant and we got to speak to the chef in the morning at breakfast who was great fun and our kids loved. Great respect of new COVID rules and a fun time for all of us!

Just held my Dad's surprise 90th birthday party here and have to say that it was the perfect venue for it! We had 29 people in total, sat at socially distanced tables & had a buffet platter of food for each table, served when we requested it too. The staff were all amicable and Head Chef David was very friendly & helpful. We had lunch there with my son & partner and all 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal, couldn't fault it & will definitely return! We were then able to take our time to decorate the venue room ready for the evening. Would not hesitate to recommend The Heath Inn for an event and for the food

Great meal. Prawns and tomato starter a must. We also stayed overnight and the room was ideal. Great stopover place for weary travellers.

The Heath Inn is an unassuming little pub which hosts some of the best food around. I have been here to eat twice recently and both times I was blown away by the amazing food served here. The hosts are always friendly and the price is reasonable. The menu has a nice range of dishes and each one comes well presented and tastes like it was made with a passion for cooking.

Stopped at the Heath Inn for a spot of lunch with the wife we had the Heath burger which was very tasty and the service was very good.Would recommended this place to friends.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights, we had a full English breakfast both mornings which was delicious and freshly cooked for us when we came down, the French chef David was brilliant he came out from the kitchen and chatted with us answering any questions we had about his recipes and was very accommodating to any needs or wants we might have concerning food, we had 1 evening meal and it was delicious! Very comftable atmosphere and fantastic kitchen staff, the food we had really was amazing and we would definitely recommend eating here.

Lovely atmosphere staff were helpful in every possible way.Food was great , good spread, were okay about us using own DJ. Would definitely recommend. Drinks were reasonably priced.We had all ages and were looked after.Only thing could of had more bar staff on.

Fantastic birthday lunch for 30+. Everything we asked for was done and all our friends said it was excellent - nothing was too much trouble. The quality, cooking and presentation of the food we chose was superb - as was the service. The selection of wine, albeit small, was also very good. Would urge all those locals who haven’t tried ‘The Heath Inn’ over recent times to do so. A great experience. Thank you.

Had a really good meal in here. We had 2 off the kids menu and a couple of burgers. All were really nice; the burgers were homemade and great. With a couple of drinks each the bill was £50 which we thought was very reasonable. Staff very friendly and the peroni is excellent. We’ve been a few times and it’s always been good.

We held our Mothers 80th birthday at the venue. The room was ideal and the staff really obliging. We had an afternoon tea and it was excellent, there was plenty for everybody and the small cakes absolutely delicious. Thank you for making the day even more special

The quality and taste of the food is far beyond the normal pub standard.This is a really good place to dine and wine!Try the less standard dishes and you will be surpised.I found it extraordinary good, for an very, very reasonable price.

Great food, with a hint of gastrpub but traditional mixture of pub/ French cuisine. Good choice and value for money too. Pleasent country pub with easy parking and excellent food choice for kids. Recommend the pork belly, good specials board too.

We stopped for lunch on our way to Rushmere Country Park, we were greeted with a warm welcome & we sat in the garden until our food was ready. The four of us all enjoyed our meals, which were delicious & very good value. We look forward to visiting again.

Excellent food, well presented and vegetables cooked to perfection. Good atmosphere and value, we will be visiting again very soon.

Food is very good value. The steak pie was delicious. Friendly staff and well kept beer. TV screen showing football in the main lounge on a Saturday night, but not too intrusive. We intend to return.

Attended a wedding Lunch there, and as I know how difficult it can be to serve hot fresh food to a large number of people at the same time, I have to say how very impressed I was. The food was hot, fresh, had obviously not been kept warm, roast potatoes fresh, crispy and quite delicious. Meat was really tender and tasty and there was so much of it. Fresh vegetables cooked to perfection. Well done to the Chef's and the waiting staff. You were professional, friendly and there was nothing at all that can be faulted. Would thoroughly recommend your restaurant .

Came here today to have a wedding meal with 50 other people. The food was amazing, plentiful, hot, all came out so we ate together and staff were so nice and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Wow! What a fabulous Sunday Roast! Just popped in on the off chance hoping to eat! Staff were friendly and helpful, made sure we were happy. Good choice of Roast Dinners, we chose Beef, melt in the mouth, veg varied and cooked to perfection, potatoes crispy but soft, most of all there was plenty of it!! Chef even popped out to make sure everyone was happy!

Usual pub type menu that includes Fish and Chips, Burgers, Chilli etc, etc. The bar/restaurant area has recently had new flooring and looks much better.

We have visited twice recently and both times were very good! Once on Mothers Day with a large group of 12, also for a last minute family Sunday lunch with children. Both were great with delicious hot food, lots of good well priced options with something for everyone. The service was excellent along with a warm atmosphere and welcoming bar too. Highly recommend a visit - Brilliant proper roast dinner and the pie was amazing!!

I have now eaten everything on the menu, after having stayed at the Inn over a number of weeks while repairs were carried out to our house.

Booked a meal for 7. Pre-ordered our food as we were eating later in the day. Arrived staff very friendly, lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious we all had roasts and the portion size was great. Would definitely recommend

I arrived with my Mum, without having bookef, on a Friday lunch time & it was very quiet. It was great because we were served very quickly. Simple menu with pub food. Cooked really well. We ate in the bar area. Friendly & efficient service too. Made a refreshing change from chain pubs. Would happily eat here again & recommend it to couples & families alike.

We had dinner here before doing the quiz. The food is absolutely delicious, with great service. We have eaten here before and always amazing good quality everytime. The quiz is brilliant too.

Amazing food! Stay in the hotel on a regular basis and cannot fault the food in anyway! Simple but amazing!
