Taps has such a great atmosphere. Me and my friends have been local for a few years and we absolutely love it. The staff are amazing and so friendly especially Oli, Brad and Lauren!!

Visited Taps on a weekday evening and the service was amazing. It’s dog friendly which made the whole experience even better as I was able to bring my dog with me. Once I got there the staff were so warm and welcome and even said they had a doggy like menu e.g chicken and sausages off the menu for the pooch. Which ofcourse went down a treat. Really lovely evening tbh. We got served by a gentleman named Brendan and he was so lovely warm and welcoming

Only having a beer before home feet killing walking headingley found out the toilet was smelly how ever the person may have just left the establishment i went to and probably sick to stomach because of the price and quality of product. Will not be eating here sadly really will look forward to doing another time . Really just relaxing for an hour catching up on emails and enjoying a lovely cold madri exceptional. Beautiful staff asked them to deal with the toilet smell feel they would have only came a cross really nice 👍 pool table here only nobody to have a game with ! Seen a possible rough walk in he was quite nice walking in sometimes a little rough can be amusing 😄 staff all jolly and nice 👍 very polite staff 😀 kind of love the ambiance already people do these pubs to forget the rubbish in the residenc## bar / cafe restaurant around the corner I totally get this .smiling all around lol 😆 I did put 2 star it seemed it was only not witness to the character that walked in so I'll leave a 3 star rating 😉 only the staff great ambiance not bad and I'll come back in future for a food menu only upsetting finding they do breakfast 😉

had visited with my friend for some food and drinks the staff was amazing we had been there a few hours eating and drinking no issue , had popped out for a smoke come back our table had gone even tho drinks coats were left on the table I had asked the group who had taken the table were my drinks and coat had gone the group had become aggressive and argumentive (students) the manager Brandon had come along and kicked us out without listening to what had happened ovbs the students take priority!! over locals never had a issue before which is a disappointment . Brandon would not listen to reason or to what had actually happened he was intent to take there side

I have spent hours and hours in this pub over the years. It has always been a fun and entertaining atmosphere, it can be chill sometimes too. The best of both worlds. Brendan and his team run the place really well, getting big crowds down quick and providing a clean and safe atmosphere.

Taps is such a great place, spent many a night here having a pint. Taps Thursday is always absolutely mental and the quiz is really good too. Also the food is really good and a decent price

Wow what a unbelievable experience, we booked for two for a bottomless brunch and could not believe how good this im gobsmacked at what we got for £50, we got unlimited prosecco, cocktails, beer, shots the lot all for £25 pp and had a private waiter that was friendly and could not do enought for us and was also welcomed to a bottle of 2 or 3 of prosecco, i would not think twice coming here again its an absolute brilliant place and the staff make it

We had a really great time here, busy student pub. We had a really good meal (we ordered through the web, and my meal wasn't available, but a member of staff spoke to me and took a new order at no extra charge), really friendly staff. The music was turned up around 9pm which was our cue to leave 😅, but really enjoyed our time here, reminiscing on our student days!

Fuimos a cenar y beber, nos sirvió una chica encantadora en el bar, volvió al bar a pedir comida y fue groseramente servido por otra señora que era arrogante y no podría haber estado menos interesado en ayudarnos, lo que resultó en el elemento de menú equivocado seleccionado, no nos dimos cuenta de esto, ya que el pedido no nos fue leído de nuevo. La misma señora se acercó entonces a la mesa donde pidió groseramente la caja de menú, una vez que se la dio se alejó sin dar las gracias.

Under the previous management this place used to be fantastic. It now appears that the staff have since been replaced with arrogant individuals that have zero idea or respect for the locals that have supported the pub for decades whilst the students aren't about.... Shame really.. Good luck in the future Ollie....

Fantastic pub on the Otley run. Good job it has a big car park at thd front as it gets packed, lots of students, stag and hen party's and lenty of people in fancy dress. Great atmosphere.

Food was great, they went the extra mile and didn't wait ages. Service was friendly. Great spot for some food while waiting on dogs to be groomed next door. Will come back again.

Great place for people watching - we sit in the car park with a chinese and try to work out what is fancy dress and what's just young people dressed normally! 😁

All girls toilets out of order on game day???? One toilet(the disabled toilet) is all we can use. Takes over an hour to go to the toilet! Ridiculous!

Stopped my trans friend from entering as “she didn’t look like her passport” we didn’t have an issue like this ever before. They were immensely inconsiderate and didn’t even try to accept any other type of ID.They also tried taking her ID (her passport) from her! Ridiculous as the rest of the pubs we went to didn’t have a single issue after she explained to them she was trans.

I came here for an after session get together. Honestly this place was cramped up and annoying. The toilets are disgusting. The price for alcohol is actually fair to be honest.

Refused my friend because she was trans and didn't believe her passport photo and then tried to take it from her.

The place was full of energy and top service from the workers and the bouncers were very respectful. The guy Oli who served me was lovely and chatty i couldn’t have asked for more. Bea brought out my food and was so caring and considerate to us as their customers.

The bouncers at the door, Uzzy and John were lovely and very welcoming and had a great laugh with us and made us feel very safe. Would deffo recommend.
