Just returned from a stay at The Hayden Pub and Rooms, and had a wonderful experience! The service was top-notch from the moment we entered the door. We were offered a cold beverage (it was hot in London this week!) to enjoy while we were checked in, and he took our bags up to our room while we relaxed and enjoyed the Pub's atmosphere. Our room was spacious but cozy, very clean, and had all of the amenities of a standard hotel (and then some!). The milk frother with the coffee maker was a nice touch! The Notting Hill location was perfect - away from the over-crowded touristy areas of London, but a quick walk to Portobello Road, and Kensington Palace. We enjoyed just roaming around the quiet streets surrounding the Pub and admiring the homes and gardens. The food in the pub was top-notch, and the menu had a bit of a mediterranean vibe. Cocktails were great. Overall just a great place! Hope to stay again on our next visit!

The Hayden Pub is a great place to stay. We were here with the family and had three bedrooms. All the rooms were wonderful. Although they are not very large, they contain all the facilities you need. The hygiene is fantastic, the beds are comfortable, and there is even an iron and ironing board available. The restaurant facilities are also very good, and the staff is exceptionally hospitable. In short, we really enjoyed our stay at The Hayden Pub and would love to come back.

The food was good as were the drinks. The standouts were the hospitality and the room comfort. We stayed for two nights and in the evenings the pub was crowded and lively but we heard no noise from our rooms. We were helped particularly by Oshi (lovely woman from Hungary) and George. The location is close to Bayswater underground and there were plenty of other places to eat in the neighborhood. The pub had a lovely tin ceiling. For eats, the Asian salad and the fish and chips were generous portions and well made.

We stayed at The Hayden our last night in the UK- what an unbelievable place! The rooms were immaculate, bed beyond comfortable, and team was attentive and super friendly. We got to hang out in the pub and the food and drink didn’t disappoint either! It’s on our list to return to on our next trip. Thanks!

The Hayden was a delight. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the bistro for lunch and dinner. Delicious! My room was ultra comfy and I slept so well. Loved the decor. The dog art was my favorite. It was a great location within walking distance from Paddington Station and Portobello Road. Beautiful neighborhood near grocery stores, laundry services, and quaint little restaurants.

We had a lovely couple of nights staying here, the room was very comfortable and everything seemed to have been thought of. Very friendly staff as well. We would recommend and stay again.

We booked a room last minute when we extended our trip. We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay!! The room was perfect and quiet and the staff were extremely welcoming. Wonderful place! My wife and I walked in and we were accommodated for dinner immediately. Tatiana was fantastic as server made us feel very welcomed was super attentive and made sure how we wanted our dishes to be served she continuously paid attention if we needed something without being intrusive. We stayed for one night with 4 other members of our family for an evening at the Royal Albert Hall. The staff were accommodating and we found our luggage waiting in our bedroom when coming back from the show. The room had all the facilities and more. We will definitely return as our stay was perfect.

We highly recommend this hotel after out stay this weekend (27th/28th Jan). The rooms were lovely, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet - no noise from the pub. Bathroom was quite small but made up by the excellent shower. Tea & Coffee machine in room, with complimentary water and snacks which is a nice touch. We arrived early around 10am and we were lucky as our rooms were ready for us, we had a lovely coffee in the bar downstairs and then we were shown to our rooms. The staff are lovely here, really look after you. The location is great, we walked to Notting Hill and Portobello Road market easily from here and walked back from The Royal Albert Hall in the evening (About 25 mins). We then had a few drinks in the bar which had a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in London. Thankyou

Cosy hotel at a nice location , a walking distance from Notting Hill & Portobello. Would give it a 5 star for the friendly staff, the pub at your doorstep and the location, but the stairs to go to our room and the size of it made that a 4. It certainly has a character though

"The 12.5% discretionary service charge...." The charge being described as discretionary means it's implementation can or can not be applied depending on the circumstances. I felt that discretion wasn't used in my case, that the charge was applied unfairly and took what was already something quite expensive into the bracket of "I definitely won't be back." I felt that I received poor customer service on this basis. It didn't help that there was poor water pressure in the toilets. To be fair, the venue was clean, is set-up well in terms of use of internal space and is in nice location. Other people seemed to be having a decent time.

We stayed in the Rooms and highly recommend the accommodation. Comfortable bed, quiet - no noise from pub, occasional noise from other guests coming and going, but not enough to disturb sleep. Spotlessly clean. Excellent shower. Good heating /cooling. Also, lovely drinks and atmosphere downstairs. Such great hospitality- we were able to check in early after a long haul flight and were given tea /coffee on arrival. Great location. Loved it and hope to be back. Thank you!

Review of hotel - it's my second time staying at Hayden pub & rooms, and I absolutely love this place. Last time I went with my husband, this time I travelled solo. I could also see my self staying here with friends. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, with all the necessities. The area is great, with walking distance to Notting hill, south kensington, Hyde park or even Oxford Street. The staff if very friendly and professional and the pub is nice as well, for food and drinks.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights on our honeymoon. The staff is wonderful and the location is great! It was a quick walk through the part to the Natural History Museum and shopping. Our room was small but really all you need! Absolutely recommend this place especially during the holidays.

The Hayden is a really lovely place to stay. The bedroom was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The food was delicious (didn’t realise they serve brunch on the weekend - one of the best we’ve had). But it was the service which will ensure we go back. Real attention to detail and all staff taking care to ensure that the customer is having the best time.

A spacious room, quiet, very small window near door not a problem, no traditional larger window. Bathroom cold. Main issue the bed, very uncomfortable, needs replacing, then my review would be very good level.
