Great food, great service, great coffee, great atmosphere

Good food, however overpriced and we felt like we were rushed by the staff throughout our brunch. We were also reminded of the 1h20 max time per table towards the end of our meal.

It's one of my favourite locals. Great food, big portions. Top it up, value for money.

Great food but too loud and one feels pressured to finish quickly and leave asap to allow new guests.

Both me and my friend had Turkish eggs 🍳, we also swapped the beef sausages for pork sausages (they said they also have vegan options). Portion size was on point 👌🏻 would definitely go back for more Turkish eggs! Went there for brunch/lunch on a weekday, was packed but there was no waiting 🙌🏼

I had breakfast here this morning (Mediterranean option) and O.M.G......hands down the best breakfast I have had in.......I don't know how long. It was all so tasty....asked for soft scrambled eggs.....and got soft scrambled eggs.....and the eggs were the yellowest, tastiest eggs I have had since I looked after some chickens on a smallholding. I arrived at about 9 and by 9.30, there was a queue for a table. Go. Your tastebuds will love you.........

Delicious food which both my boyfriend and I love! I ordered the Shakshuka and bloody mary, while he ordered the full English and a cappuccino. Price is on the higher side but there is no additional service and tax charges. The only thing we dislike is the noisy environment, although the staffs here are all really nice and kind.

Walked in at 2:20pm and immediately told no laptops until 3pm, despite it being pretty quiet. I get the rules, but all that resulted in was everyone engrossed in their phones are staring at the clock until 3pm when about 5 opened up in unison. I asked for the table near the wall with the plug and was told it was for 4 despite being 2 tables together and they could easily be split. They were also going to be busy so couldn't give me such a large table. The next person who came in, asked the same thing for the table behind it and this staff member used logic, split it into two tables and let her sit. In the almost 3 hours I was there, the table I asked for didn't get sat on once. Really busy. No idea on the food, had a smoothie which did what it said on the tin and that's it. Wish I went to the bakery next door instead.

Superb quality for London , ambience 10, prices affordable , gluten free pancakes and bacon better than across the road AND actual customer service with a smile and warmth in west London, unheard of ! Honestly don’t bother with an alternative - you’ve found where you need to go. What a start to a birthday day off for a tired new dad!

I came today here , and i can't be more satisfied, firstly i was greeted by a waiter called maria , she seated me , then i didn't liked to set in the middle, she gave me another seat , i have asked here for a food recommendation and she recommended this beam breakfast for me , it was so delicious and tasteful , i've adjusted my order as well and she was great, helpful, such a nice cafe , tastefull food , and maria made this visit even more special found my new breakfast spot

Very good brunch place. They do not accept reservations since they have a virtual queue in which you sign up as you arrive and it works very well. Strong and tasty dishes. Good smoothies and coffees

Practically a regular at this point, very good portions for a reasonable price, the service is in good timing regardless of how busy it gets. I recommend the Mediterranean breakfast, it's got a bit of everything. The coffee is lovely also. Kind staff and a great atmosphere.

Loved BEAM for a spot of Sunday brunch! It’s walk-in only, but the fact that you can wait in a virtual queue means you can walk around exploring and they will notify you when a table is free. Flat white was lovely and we both enjoyed our brunch. Ordered Avocado toast and the Turkish eggs🤍

Shackshucka and Turkish egss were very delicious, we had never tasted such a flavor in Turkey before, it was an extremely delicious and satisfying breakfast for us, the bread was also very nice, hope to try it again next time.

A very nice restaurant with super nice employees. Unfortunately, we found the price-performance ratio to be unreasonable, as a lot was charged for slices of bread with scrambled eggs on top.

The gluten free pancakes here are out of this world! Just wish they were dairy free too. Love the atmosphere, very warm and welcoming.

The place has a great ambiance, all the brunch portions are huge. I loved the Mediterranean brunch in particular. They also have smoothies and freshly squeezed juices. Service is great and they also accommodate for people working on their laptops.

Everything you would expect of a brunch in Notting Hill. The portions, flavors, prices, and atmosphere were all perfect. I came in hangry and came out happy and satisfied. The food came out in about 5 minutes from the moment we ordered. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to spend the day in Notting Hill.

Lovely place, great service and AMAZING food! I was looking for the typical English breakfast and I found it! I was scared of getting into a fried and oily breakfast in town but this one is not for turists it’s for local people! The tastes are great, the bacon is awesome, everything was incredible! I will come back!

Pretty average experience considering the wait time for this place. The Vegetarian English Breakfast was okay. Halloumi and bread was good. The sausage was dry and tasted worse than the vegan sausage made by Quorn. The samosa was also not warm and tasted average. We also ordered a carrot cake that tasted good but was too fragile, making it a bother to eat. Coffee was nice and looked good too. In the end, considering the wait time and the price, the experience at Beam is just alright. There are other breakfast or brunch places nearby that would serve the same fare for better price and without the crazy wait time. The one thing that I commend them on is that they now use an online waiting system that you can check in on and that will notify you when your table is ready. This is a nifty feature that I wish other restaurants with insane queues would use.

The food was delicious! Also loads of vegetarian options available, and the staff took extra care to ask about allergies while I was ordering. Food was heavenly and I'm definitely gonna stop by again if I can while I'm in the city

Live this place for a nice weekend brunch. I usually go for Mediterranean one. The portions are big and very tasty with amazing bread on the side. The coffee is also great which is rare for brunch places in my experience.

Food was decent, and probably may return for brunch. What really let it down was the poor service, most of the staff don't really want to be there and it shows sadly. Atmosphere was busy and a bit chaotic if I'm being honest. Overall slightly underwhelmed. Perhaps it was a one off. May return to give another go.

Had the French Toast and I loved it. Huge portion; enough to share. Would come back again to try everything else. Also I love the fact that they made it a point to ask if I’ll be working with a laptop. Seems like they’ll seat you at tables near an outlet if you do. Thought that it was very nice of them to do so!

Nous sommes venues bruncher avec mes amies ce dimanche, et tout a été parfait ! On a tout de même dû faire la queue car cet endroit est visiblement très apprécié, mais c’était raisonnable, et ça valait le coût. Les plats sont très copieux et abordables, le lieu est très beau, les boissons de qualité (jus de poire excellent), et surtout : le service est incroyable ! C’était l’anniversaire d’une amie, et tout a été mis en œuvre pour que l’on passe un excellent moment. Rapide, efficace, attentionné… je recommande !

Absolutely delicious brunch and lovely atmosphere!!

My Friend and I met up for a Sunday brunch & we decided to visit Beam in Notting Hill (Westbourne Grove) which, I came across via socials. From the pictures the food looked good and the space very inviting - minimal simplistic vibes. I arrived a little earlier than our arranged meeting time and it was a good thing as there was a small queue forming outside. Beam only offers walk ins as an option to dine in so if you arrive during their busy hours you may be met with at an hour to an hour and half wait. We decided to walk around the area whilst we virtually queued in their system and then we were notified our table was ready so was seated around 3pm after waiting about an hour and 15mins. However, when I tell you it was worth the wait it really was. The food was great and the service superb. The waitress made us feel very relaxed, greeted us with a smile and warm welcome and didn't at all seem phased by how busy service for them had been. The only upset of the day was that we didn't get the opportunity to try their French Toast 😩 as it had sold out when it came to order around 5pm ish. Our waitress said its very popular and it was evident as everyone around us had ordered it and that was part of the reason for us wanting to add it on as it looked so good. I'll defo be heading back to give it a try but overall I enjoyed my first time experience at their establishment and would recommend them for a cute and chilled brunch spot in West London w/ great food.
