Love this place. Lovely pub tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Friendly staff. Tasty food. Great range of drinks. What's not to love?

We had a wonderful stay at the Harrison. The rooms are clean and really well equipped - staff helped us with our bags, and the service and food were excellent, warm, and friendly throughout. Breakfast was top notch! They also have a great selection of craft beers and spirits and quiz/music nights throughout the week. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Stayed on Sunday night, only a flying visit, rooms fine, bed was really comfy. Well stocked bar. Food was really good I only had a wrap and chips. A chap at the next table to me had full Sunday roast which was still being served at 8pm. Breakfast was really nice and on time which was great for me as I had to be away early. Breakfast started at 7.30 and it was there as soon as I sat down, or I could have had it in the room. Would stay again.

Went to watch a gig in their cute venue downstairs and found a really lovely friendly pub; welcoming staff, with a great choice of beers & wines, food was amazing. This is a real jewel in the heart of London. Definitely returning soon!

Came for a Sunday roast. The roast potatoes, beef, and gravy were absolutely delicious. However some of the veg was cold, specifically the carrots and broccoli. It seemed like they'd been boiled a while ago and not kept warm or reheated. Other than that everything was great. The service was really friendly, and all the drinks were good, especially the coffees.

Went for a comedy gig but stayed for the atmosphere. I was starving so ordered the burger. Didn’t expect one of the best burgers I’ve ever had but that’s what I got. Great night, thank you.

We came for Sunday lunch. We went home hungry! A larger then average Yorkshire pudding sadly did not hide the fact that there wasn't much other food on the plate. Veg count : Sugarsnap peas: 3 ☹️ Broccoli spears: 2 ☹️ Parsnip : 2 ☹️ Potatoe count: 1 cut in half ☹️ Meat: Small serving ☹️ What food was on the plate tasted fine but we won't be going back.... unless of course I decide to go on a diet!

Terrible servicio, te dejarán esperando para siempre y todavía dan un cargo por servicio. Está claro que a las personas que trabajan allí no les importa un efecto volante. Para la comida, yo diría 6. 5 / 10 . No está mal, pero tampoco es nada de lo que escribir en casa. Dicho esto, fue mi asado de domingo menos agradable, a pesar de estar rodeado de amigos fantásticos.

The Harrison is an excellent live music venue offering a variety of meals and beers.

We had never eaten a Sunday Roast before, but the good reviews brought us to The Harrison. There everything came true! We had a fantastic evening: delicious Sunday Roast, nice and attentive staff and, as icing on the cake, compelling live music. After a pleasant evening out, we returned to our hotel completely happy.

It’s a nice pub with a good selection of drinks, and my work colleagues kindly agreed to let me buy an enormous round, which was great of them. Booking a table on a busy night is a good idea if there’s more than a couple of you. We hadn’t, but sat at Nigel’s booked table till the time of his group’s arrival, at which point the friendly staff helped us re-arrange the furniture so we could still sit together.

Loved our stay here, although it was only one night. Charming neighbourhood pub, super friendly staff, great breakfast. The rooms are on the top floor (second if you're British) so not ideal if you have mobility problems, but we loved the twisty stairs, the feature window, the extra details such as books on the way up. Don't expect luxury or heaps of space but if you want to stay somewhere with charm, immaculately clean and well-kept, with everything you need, well-organised and friendly then you won't go wrong. My husband and I both come from backgrounds with family businesses (his in the hotel trade) and do often notice all the things a business could, or should, be doing. Not here. We loved it. Almost hesitate to recommend it, as we want to be able to get in next time, but the staff deserve the praise!

Went here for a friend's acoustic gig, nice intimate venue, staff are very nice, food looked lovely, reasonably priced.

Delicious Sunday roast (had the nut roast), friendly and professional staff, and a landlady who was genuinely helpful in giving directions to get us back to our hotel. Will come again when we're back in the Big Smoke.

Genuinamente la comida más asquerosa que he tenido en un pub / restaurante. Pedí fish & chips porque seguramente no puedes equivocarte con eso - el pescado estaba frío, súper pescado y picante (como olor a sardina) y la masa estaba sin cocinar, empapada y no comestible. Las papas fritas se precalentaban frías y sabían como si hubieran sido precocidas y cocinadas hace unos días. Muy horrible.

Went there for the Sunday Roast, It was very good with generous portions! It has been a few months, and I still think about it. Staff was very friendly explaining to us the menu. I highly recommend it and we will be eating there again when we are back in London.

Great selection of beers, cosy surroundings including a fire place. Family friendly. Been on my bucket list to visit since donating to keeping them open. Worth a visit 💯, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic, simple but decorous, very kind staff, excellent beers, very familiar, in a central but quiet neighbourhood, only 4 rooms, simple but clean, 2 steps from the centre. A gem for a full immersion in very British English.

My husband and I stayed here on our last night in England. Great location if you're looking for a place that is near a few touristy attractions and the train. The staff were very friendly and offered to take our bags up to our room. I was grateful they allowed us to check-in early as we were able to drop our luggage off. They even allowed for breakfast to be served to your room! What a treat! Highly recommend

Small local pub located in the back streets near to King's Cross / St Pancreas. Very quiet when we arrived at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. Friendly staff who were happy to bring our drinks to the table. Offer hot food and we were handed a menu. We did not order food but the Guinness was good. A basic pub serving pub grub. Outside seating available.

I've only visited the Pub. The staff is so lovely. It's on a quiet street a couple of minute walks from St.Pancras station. The Banoffee is just amazing ! It's light airy, silky, perfection. And I also enjoyed their Pork Belly, was really tasty with pancetta & cabbage. It was a perfect combination.

Nice little pub around the corner from my workplace so expect to see loads of lecturers from Westminster Kingsway if you pop in Friday afternoons.

A lovely little corner pub only a short walk from St Pancras station. If you have a couple of hours to kill while waiting for a train this is a perfect spot to go. The service is very friendly, the menu is great (lots of good vegetarian options), and the food is very good. The three bean stew with rice was a perfect hearty lunch.

One of London great music venues and pub. Excellent staff and a great attitude towards supporting the arts. Highly recommended and with a long history that's become a legendary venue to meet and for musicians to perform.

The perfect place to enjoy a Sunday roast after a long day of travel. Service was very quick and the staff were lovely. Great beers on tap and the sticky toffee pudding was divine.

Decidimos probarlo ya que no está lejos de la estación de Kings Cross, que encaja perfectamente con nosotros queriendo un asado antes de nuestro viaje en tren a casa. Estamos muy contentos de haber ido allí. Desde el momento en que llegamos nos sentimos muy bienvenidos. El personal era increíble, muy amable, muy servicial y absolutamente nada era un problema. No puedo calificarlos lo suficientemente alto. . El Bloody Mary era genial y hecho a una fuerza especificada, que es un gran pulgar hacia arriba. Entonces el asado fue fabuloso. Todo en el plato era tan sabroso. Los puds de Yorkshire eran realmente buenos, y eso viene de una chica de Yorkshire. El plato no estaba rebosante, solo la cantidad perfecta de comida y una gran relación calidad-precio. Nos fuimos muy satisfechos y muy contentos y realmente esperamos volver en nuestro próximo viaje a Londres. Sería grosero no hacerlo 😊

Amazing place to have a good laugh with a good pint, Jomi Cruz is an outstanding comedian, I loved coming in.

Pub and hotel in one. Located a little further north in London, but very easy to reach by subway (Kings Cross Station). Rooms are clean and sufficient for a stay if you explore London during the day and sleep there in the evening. Service is very courteous, nice and helpful. Asking whether you need anything and conveying a feeling of security. Breakfast is between 7:30 and 10:00, freely selectable. There is a choice such as: English breakfast, cereal, bacon sandwich, yoghurt with fruit, scrambled eggs, vegetarian breakfast and boiled eggs and jam with toast. Can also be combined with each other. The pub is open until 11 p.m., by then it is definitely quiet enough. There's good beer there along with food for lunch or evening. We would come back, we can only recommend booking here.

Great food, great music, great value, & great people.

I've been here many times for their great food, fine selection of drinks and genuinely amazing music, and it's a wonderful place with lovely staff. Great location too - handy for transport but off 'the big roads' enough to appeal as a quiet corner pub. I've moved out of the area but still think of it as one of my favourite pubs and cherish the memory of many evenings spent there. I hope to visit whenever I'm back...

I used to live next doors to the Harrison - a lively local pub, one of the rare ones out there still being independently owned in London. The food is great, and I can really recommend the Sunday Brunch + Music Sessions. Such a laid back atmosphere with many (sometimes impromptu) gigs happening supporting the local music scene. The staff are like family and treat their regulars as such - amazing little gem.

We had the pleasure of performing at the Harrison back in November. There’s just something special about that room. The intimacy and connection with the audience was like nothing we had ever experienced. The neighborhood is fortunate to have a space where they can experience a truly singular musical performance.

Great hidden gem thats a stones theow from Kings Cross Station. Very friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They also have live bands play downstairs regularly, and every other Sunday people gather to play Irish music together. They have good food on offer. Also dog friendly

The Harrison is a London institution, and regardless of that, just a great place to get a beer, a good meal and experience the best of London's live acoustic music scene. A short walk from King's Cross/St. Pancras, anyone in the area should put it on their list of places to visit! The staff are lovely, prices reasonable and the atmosphere exactly what you'd want from a place like this. Easily one of the best pubs in London.

Excellent cuisine and friendly service

I had Sunday lunch, chosing the slow-roast leg of lamb. Everything about the meal was delicious. But at £25 I would have expected more vegetables. 2 small pieces of broccoli, 4 small roast potatoes, a few sugar snaps and slivers of roast parsnip and carrot left me less than sated. The meat, yorkshire pud, mint sauce and gravy were excellent.

A great find 5 mins walk from Kings Cross Station. A very friendly and warm welcome from all staff. Excellent food catered for all needs as well as local knowledge to help plan or get to the right place. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely book The Harrison again.

Ate here, had the lamb shank and it was possibly the best quality lamb shank I've ever tasted, staff were all friendly and helpful - would recommend.

Would highly recommend booking one of the rooms upstairs at The Harrison. We stayed for three nights and was delighted by the friendly staff, cozy rooms, and delicious food! The pub is located on a quiet corner near Kings across station, with easy access to transportation and all of London’s tourist attractions. We loved heading downstairs for the complimentary breakfast each morning, and we truly felt welcome like locals hanging out and enjoying a Sunday Roast.

We had the most wonderful experience and the best service at this hotel and pub. The breakfast that was included was amazing. The evening menu was definitely something to write home about. I truly recommend this place. I promise you, it is well worth it. I will definitely come back again next time I visit.

We stayed at the Harrison for two nights and enjoyed a far more authentic experience than staying in the more crowded touristy areas. The food (full English and Sunday Roast) was delicious, service was thoughtful and welcoming, and we enjoys some pints with locals who were kind and friendly. We would stay here again when in London. Quick walk to Kings Cross Station.

🚇 Kings Cross St Pancras 🍺 £5.00 Amstel A Local Independent Pub That Champions Grass Roots Musicians. Located in a quiet side street at the southern end of Kings Cross you’ll find The Harrison Pub. The nearest Tube is Kings Cross, it’s a ten minute walk to get here. The original pub on this site was built in 1832, the building you see today was built in 1934. This pub is a well renowned grassroots music venue that supports up and coming folk music talent. The decor here is the main modern with some traditional touches here and there. This is a one bar pub that feels bright and airy with a central servery at its core. The seating is low level with a mixture of traditional tables and chairs plus some comfy sofas around a fireplace. Around the walls are a number of eclectic artworks in a variety of styles and sizes. At the front of the pub are plenty of tables, chairs and benches for the warmer months. The Harrison also has four hotel rooms if you want to stay in the area. The beer line up was solid and included Cask, Craft and mainstream continental brews. I decided on an Amstel, my pint was decent and pleasingly cost a fiver. There is a traditional pub grub menu available which also offers bar snacks, sandwiches and Roasts on a Sunday, Fish & Chips costs £17. I visited just after 6pm on a Friday back in August. There was a lovely local feel to the pub with a convivial early evening atmosphere. The majority of punters were local, most of which were outside enjoying the warm early evening. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pub hosts a Pub Quiz on a Monday and Live Music in the pub on Sunday’s. As mentioned earlier, this pub supports Folk Music talent and has regular Music Gigs in the basement. Check socials for what’s on. I really enjoyed my time here, there is reasonably priced beer, welcoming staff and an environment that was easy to settle into. This is a proper pub! Hearty and really delicious food, a good selection of beers and drinks and extremely friendly staff. I asked about beer recommendations and got to try every single one they had on tab for free, then I could choose which one I wanted. Their food is also really good.

Popped in for a quick pint. Greater with a friendly welcome from the staff. Lovely feel to this pub with a traditional feel in a more modern setting. Bit of a hidden gem as it’s off the main areas of Kings Cross but well worth seeking out. Definitely one to use more often when I’m in the area 👍

Pub in the King's Cross area, we went for convenience since it was close to our accommodation. Various choices on the menu including vegetarian and vegan options. Usual prices for London pubs, around €20 per person. Friendly staff and good quality food.

What a fabulous place with fabulous food. Service was exceptional, so welcoming. This was the highlight of our long weekend trip from Scotland. Thanks guys, I would thourghroly recommend this establishment. 👌

Came with a friend for Sunday roast after seeing The Harrison mentioned on various blogs and websites. Was not disappointed at all, a very friendly warm welcome from the ladies on the door and bar, seated quickly on our pre booked table. Menus handed out and 2 roast beef Sunday roasts chosen. Asked how we wanted out beef served was nice. A extensive range of drinks, my friend wasn't drinking alcohol but was offered a couple of no alcohol beers and found one he liked I had a nice cider again no trouble to help guide and suggest. The food arrived, good size portion, tasty meat cooked exactly as asked for. Tasty gravy and just a really nice roast. Had room for a pudding as well, again menu had some lovely pub classic and ordered and a great portion of crumble arrived quickly. Really great service and quality from a lovely independent venue. Well worth the short walk from Kings Cross / Euston station and we will absolutely be back!
