Order was 30 mins late , so cold when arrived spent nearly £40 and only got £6 back . Very unhappy

Delivery driver took 47 minutes to get to us then didnt have change for the delivery. Very poor.

Had a bad experience with this restaurant. Order arrived later then the given time. No utensils were given. Extra sauce was not provided although i paid for it. Chicken swarmer is different although i was told that doner & swarmer is same.

The food turnt up cold and rung up to say it was to be told it’s cold because of the sauces and the salad. I’ve never known a wrap to be cold because of this reason. The food was way over priced for how much was there and the quality was poor. I’ll never be ordering from here again !!!!

The best kebabs in Cambridge. We regularly order the jumbo box, which includes doner, lamb chops, sheesh, salad, sauces, bread and chips. Consistently good food and service. Lamb is premium quality and so is the bread. Would highly recommend.

the food was delivered late by 30 mins and was delivered by the restaurant, not by Just Eat. I also ordered an extra portion of doner on top of a large chicken kebab. but this was all crammed into one container so I don't think I got any extra meat.

From ordering to delivery 1.5hrs took 50mins to arrive after app said food was out for delivery food arrived cold nothing fantastic no apology for being late definitely would not order for them again what a ripoff charging £5.50 for delivery

always come here once a week normally and everything's normaly great. but tonight not so 😞 late delivery. chips were cold. the lamb shish wrap wasn't what it normaly is 😞. we was gutted. well order again but this wasn't our best experience unfortunately. hopefully better next time.

Ordered food never showed up. I have cctv ring door bell which shows they never showed up, when called told me they where closed but if paid by card could have food. Sounds to me they gona scam me for the money and not deliver , waited over an hour for food to not show . Do not use waste off time., staff on phone where very rude to me when called to ask why my food hadn't been delivered. Is be more than happy to show the manger my cctv recording proving no one came fo the property

I ordered a wrap that didn't list cheese at all and when I went to eat it there was loads of shredded cheese all thoughout the wrap, I'm mildly furious for the fact that I had ordered it for the fact it didn't list cheese in it.

Sorry but please avoid - visited The Grill Brothers on the 19/07/24 and left extremely disappointed. The food was bland and completely lacked taste. The naan breads were clearly pre-made and straight out of a packet, which was a major letdown. The owner, with his thick London accent, assured us we'd enjoy the food because we were from Leicester and Leeds. It felt patronising and almost condescending, as if our origins would somehow make us appreciate subpar food. If you actually think this is good food then please come to Leicester or Leeds and you will see many places that are better than this. To add insult to injury, the prices were exorbitant for what we received. For the amount we paid, the quality and taste of the food were severely lacking. The place itself wasn't the cleanest, which only added to the overall unpleasant experience. Avoid this overpriced, dirty food place. Save your money and find somewhere else that values quality and taste. I really had my hopes up that I was going to enjoy this food! What a disappointment.

We had a late night stop at The Grill Brothers, I had a wrap and my partner had a burger. Proper quality food and very satisfying. We met with friendly staff. Service was excellent as we were in and out within ten minutes, we could even see our food being prepared nice & fresh! Keep up the good work lads. 😊
