Anna and Prince were very friendly, kind and accommodating to us during our meal. We came for our anniversary and the service was lovely throughout, the restaurant had a very nice atmosphere and the food was amazing! This was a lovely restaurant to eat at on our first trip to Cambridge and we would definitely come back! Thank you!!

WOW! Thank you to all of the amazing staff for making our dining experience so special! Prince is an absolute credit to you. I reserved a table for 11 to celebrate my daughters 14th & my birthday! (I just happened to come across this restaurant online whilst we were visiting Cambridge) The food was delicious with a Asian fusion twist. Everyone really enjoyed their meals, the decor, ambience & atmosphere were welcoming. They made us birthday girls feel extra happy! I had the lamb shank very flavoursome & cooked beautifully. The Gold leaf burger, double trouble burger, steaks, dynamic prawns, calamari, fiery wings plus more were delicious & hot when served-(We had starters & mains come out all together). The hot serviettes were a nice touch after the main meal. For dessert would recommend the Matilda chocolate cake! (It's a big portion several of us shared. The hazelnut chocolate cigars were served in treasure chests, tirimusu was really tasty. There are some lovely mocktails; recommend coconut, bubblegum daiquiris, passionfruit martini *remember to BYOB if you want alcohol with your meal. We all also parked opposite the restaurant on double yellow lines. Thankfully I called them prior to visiting and enquire about parking. (fyi Other parking is 5-10 mins walk. Thank you!

I would not recommend it We booked on the basis of the reviews, thinking that this would be a good opportunity to eat a good piece of meat. First of all, there is a lot of waiting, our dish was served more than thirty minutes after our order. When we received our meat, it was overcooked and did not correspond to what we had asked for. The waiter was kind enough to ask the kitchen to re-cook our dish. Despite this, we have to admit that the quality of the meat was not up to scratch (tasteless and dry). It would seem that this is more of an Instagram story factory than a good meat restaurant.

I visited Mina steakhouse with my family the food was sooo bad quality we order 4 ribeye was overcooked that even we couldnt chew it definently bad cooked dry and tasteless and too small portion and fries that were overfried. Definentely bad experience and waste of money!

They served my 13 year old son and his friends alcoholic cocktails, they came home and were sick everywhere. The one time i went there, without asking permission first, a waiter poured smoke all over the table and winked at me. Will not return, waste of money.

worst steak i have ever eaten in my life. Sooo dry, I couldn't chew it and swallow it, and the size was so small that after that we went and ate at another restaurant to fill up. we paid a lot of money for a terrible meal which was really not worth it at all. the cola was like sugar and water and the orange juice the same it really was very cheap quality in a glass not bottled and the mocktail were not worth your money in any case! also I had a newborn baby with me and at some point the lights turned off they turned up the volume of the music so much that my baby got scared and cried so much,(somebody's birthday)they could have alerted me so i would had taken care not to scare my baby.

Was here on Saturday for my sisters hen party. There was 13 of us and can honestly say the service was top notch. The food was amazing and the mocktails are up there too. Really lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere too. Would highly recomend and will be back again.

Really good service, our waiter Prince was friendly and went out of his way to make my husband's birthday dinner special. The mocktails were interesting; the Dragon Fruit one well received - it was delightful! Sharer starter, all items tasted great, particularly the chicken wings and ribs. My son had the Wagyu Ribeye steak which was really succulent and soft. The cheesecake dessert was also a hit. Overall a great experience.

Staff was kind and professional, however, we had to ask many times some same simple questions again and again without taking an actual answer on them. Dishes were very small and the rib eye steaks were too dry, tasteless and chewy, fried potatoes were like mc donald’s, and the salad was for half person. Finally prices were very high for the amount and quality of the food. Wasted money overall. Sorry.

Best place to eat in Cambridge! Having been to Mina many times and always having the best experience it was an easy choice for my birthday meal. Not only is the food great but the staff put so much effort into recognising the special occasion. The food tasted amazing with all guests receiving their orders quickly and the drinks were absolutely beautiful too. The staff are all so friendly and love children- they entertained my little one the whole time. You can't beat the atmosphere and food here. Thank you!

My husband booked it for my birthday lunch celebration and we were so happy. The portion was generous, I was impressed how well the steak was cooked especially when it was THAT big. The servers were really attentive but not overly so that interrupts your meal and give you that extra personal touch. We all enjoyed our meals including the kids. So full (only on mains) that we had to skip dinner. I would have liked my tomahawk steak to be a bit more flavoursome but all things considered we still really enjoyed our experience and would recommend.

Our waiter, Prince, was absolutely amazing and ensured my partners birthday was extra special! His attentiveness, hospitality and his general personality were all amazing and made for a memorable evening. Food was delicious and better than expected. We even received a free biscoff cheesecake and a birthday celebration from Prince! Massive thank you to him for a wonderful dinning experience!

Service was wonderful. Prince truly took care of us. Responsive without standing over us. We had the Lamb chops. I would have preferred them to have been grilled without the marinade however they were very tasty.

I was here on Saturday (10/08) night as was visiting Cambridge as a birthday celebration and I can’t compliment them enough. The food was amazing, service was first class and staff were friendly, courteous, and rare for this day and age, able to join in on a joke or two! Me and my husband went here for our 10 year anniversary. It was our first time and we genuinely were so glad we picked this restaurant! It is so pretty inside, the food is amazing and the prices are so affordable for what you get! We were served for the most part by two young ladies, and they were so wonderful at making us feel comfortable and taken care of! Thank you for having us, I can't wait to come back again soon!

Chose this restaurent for its steak. After ordering we were told that non of our steak options are available. This place should not be called a steakhouse, they only had fillet and ribeye options. the rest of the menue is fried chicken and wings. We ordered a starter that had ribs. Ribs were replaced with crispy chicken since they were out of ribs as well. In general was very disappointed. Food and ambiance very average

Very disappointing. The place was not very clean, the ambiance has nothing to do with a steakhouse. They didn’t have any soft drinks to order. They were out of steak and ribs although we weren’t told that from the outset and we ended up eating crispy chicken,shrimps dynamite, wings and a burger which were all average and overpriced and can be eaten anywhere else. The waiters were polite and the food came quickly which were the only 2 good things about the place. If you’re craving steak, head somewhere else.

First visit to Mina Steakhouse for my wife's birthday and they made it an amazing experience for us. The steaks and recommended Dragonfruit mocktail were absolutely top notch and the service was great from the team. Definitely will be back for more steak!

We want to support small businesses but this (current) 4.6 rating is criminally overrated. There was not one dish in the menu worth recommending. Not one. If your steak & fries place smells like an Indian curry house, RUN!

My experience wasnt the best and heres why.... I ordered a steak which i asked for medium rare however was not soft as it should be and ended up being very chewy, the fries that came felt undercooked and the dynamite prawns are basically your icelands tempura prawns with a waterty dynamite sauce. Its London prices in the small town of Cambridge so was a waste of a journey and experience. Big let down thou many of my family and friends said not go i thought why not give them a chance. Dear Mina Steakhouse, I am unable to reply to you, i am not degrading your business but simply giving you my experience of your establishment, if you read your most recent reviews theyre have been poor experiences from other customers as well as myself. As the public we have the right to express our concerns for the amount of money we have paid. I would love to come back if the food improves but from what ive read from more recent reviews it hasnt changed. I personally wouldnt return but you have plent of other customers. good luck sir!

Disappointed. Came here for my birthday and was seriously disappointed with the quality of food. The worst part of this however was the time it took to be fed! From walking in to getting served our mains took more than 1hr 30mins - absolutely ridiculous. When asking waiters/waitresses we were fobbed off and told the food will be done ‘shortly’. It wasn’t until we were physically about to walk out, that our mains ( 2 burgers) eventually came out. For starters we ordered the dynamite shrimp which the sauce was decent, but shrimp were so overcooked and very crunchy. Also got the tacos which were okay once I added some salt to them. As for the burgers and fries we ordered, very overcooked almost burnt. The staff were very welcoming and friendly however, as soon as we started to question why our food was taking so long their body language and vibe changed. The staff became very cold towards us although we were very understanding; repeatedly telling staff it “wasn’t their fault” but the situation was frustrating waiting over an hour for mains. We would’ve much appreciated someone telling the honest truth to explain the delays. One thing I will say is we were given some money taken off the bill. However, we would’ve much rather a faster service & better food. It was a bit of a downer and ruined my mood after what was a good birthday for me. It’s unfortunate I’ve had to write this review but I hope this feedback will be taken on board.
