Right. Here we go! First time trying this place. It is not awful but it is not good either if you know what I mean. Bang average kebab shop. No seasoning on the chips. Sauce was minimal and was charged for it. Bread was soft and in grilled. You eat the picture. I think a small adjustment may put this place on the list.

Got a doner kebab, felt unwell within an hour of eating it, was up throwing up throughout the night. Unfriendly, walked in there and was stared at at by everyone

Wings here are spiffing. My favourite takeaway in Tonbridge, the guys behind the counter are really nice. Every time I go the grill it is always a divine experience.

We’ve also had no issues with the grill, our go too! But won’t be ordering from there again! Chicken tasted funny & my partner has been up all night with food poisoning!!

Standard takeaway kebab shop serving the usual doners, shish plus pizza, fried chicken and other takeaway favourites. I only have either the doner or chicken shish, both are good. Chips are decent as well! Prices aren't bad and the staff are always friendly.

As always the boys are happy whether you call or just walk in, great happy atmosphere as always! Have been using this kebab house for years and I don't think I've ever been disappointed, it's been a while since I've ordered but I've managed to feed two adults two children for less than £40! No one had a complaint about any of the food, infact my daughter has said goodbye dominos hello the grill for her pizzas!! Absolutely banging as always well done guys happy new year god bless you all

Good food but poor amount for the price you pay

Not too sure how this place manages to achieve more than 3 stars - the staff are definitely friendly, but that doesn't compensate for overpriced 'average' food. We had a doner and chips meal and a lamb kofte meal. French fries as dry as I would expect (but then I'm not a fan of them anyway), typical bland doner meat and an uninteresting kofte that sadly lacked flavour. Kebabs are never my first choice when it comes to takeaways, but this was genuinely bland - even the salad in the little plastic box looked sorry for itself and was wishing it could be somewhere else. If there's no parking outside, do yourself a favour and keep driving to find somewhere else to eat - at close on £18 for these two meals, it's overpriced.

Very good and generous portions

Ordered food online for delivery, delivery was fast can’t fault that but the driver rang the door bell. By the time I got to my door the food was on the food and the driver wasn’t to be seen. This order was cash on delivery but the driver was in such a hurry she clearly didn’t need the money for my order. Then 10 minutes later I get the driver rudely saying I suggest you come and pay for your food, I said I have full intention paying for my food. When she came to the door she was continuing to being rude, but I told her she shouldn’t leave the food on the floor as someone could run off with it and that she should wait for payment before handing goods over. I won’t be ordering from here again just on this basis, I’m. It being accused of theft when their drivers can’t deliver food in the right manner. Food was okay, delivery driver awful!

Super friendly - portions are incredible. The service was 5 stars, these guys were friendly & talkative which I appreciated as a solo traveler. No frills gyro plate, and reasonably priced for how much I got!

absolutely amazing kebab take away! We have been eating here for years and it has always been the same fantastic, consistent quality. The staff are lovely and I was really grateful to them when I needed allegen advice recently and they were so helpful. I wouldnt eat anywhere else.

Ordered food around 6:30PM and never received it until 7:30PM food was really cold plus they gave our family the wrong order will not be ordering from them until they sort their employees out and can actually understand orders and delivery drivers on time

Grill offers best kebab cooked over freshly prepared charcoal, the taste of the fire and spices mixed together, topped with garlic and chilli sausage. Lets not forget their fillet burger, served with greater size and juicy chicken

Larger pices of chicken need to be cooked for longer to ensure they are correctly cooked

Bad bad bad,dried up hard chips,no lamb on the fat in my shish,pitta was swimming in grease,wife's sausage was dried up and rank. Won't use again

Best kebabs in town Clean, friendly and very good food I've been a customer for years, never been disappointed. There is a good choice of kebab and the portions are generous. All ingredients are fresh. The shish and koftes are cooked to order and they take their time to make sure it is properly done, unlike some that rush and serve the chicken 'rare'. Add in a big healthy pile of salad, whichever sauces you like, and there is a tasty meal with no washing up.

Normally it’s the only place we order from But tonight it was disappointing. Chips really hard like they had been heated back up and food didn’t taste a fresh as it normally does.

I have just ordered from the Grill in Shipbourne Road Tonbridge and I am very impressed, the food arrived in a timely fashion less than 35 minutes and the order was perfect. Thank you for making our lockdown Saturday evening!

We have been eating from here for years and its always been delicious. We order for delivery alot of the time and its always super fast and piping hot when it gets here. Their chicken shish is the best I've ever had, really tender chicken. The chips are lovely from here too. Highly recommended.

Food was excellent but portions tiny and missing a salad which made my large kebab more like a snack .Chips portions small and no salt .if you have a car there is better in town

We got the mixed kebab and donner kebab for collection, both amazing. Only thing is they didnt put the drink in the bag - rang up and they said they could deliver it or add it on to the next bill, very nice about it, and that customers can just take what they have ordered from the fridge. Called up Friday evening did a Kebab and chips, waited over 3 hours.... and it didn’t even turn up!!!! Shocking.

Best kebab around! Highly recommend. Quick and friendly delivery. Fresh salad and meat cooked to perfection. Good value for money. Portion size very good, couldn't eat it all.

Ordered through the app, paid by card, and got confirmation that order will be ready in 40minutes, but after 5 minutes got a call from driver that they are not delivering to my address ( paid 5£ for delivery) and that my order is cancelled. Apparently money I will get back within 24h...

One of the best kebab In town And the pizza.

Not a very complicated order, but managed to get this wrong. 30 to 40 minutes wait, but waited over an hour. When we rang them, the said just swap the bits around between your order. Or they would cook another meal, but really do you want to wait 2 hours? To top it off food was cold and not enjoyable. Total waste of money

Popped in at lunchtime ordered half pounder with cheese. I also ordered chips. The chips were reheated and really dry. My burger was tasteless. The chap couldn't understand english. I asked for a pot of garlic mayo and get put tons of it on top of my chips which were now saturated. Waste of £8 bit of a shame as kebabs are normally brilliant.

Just tried them for the first time. Had the lamb and chicken kebab. High quality, tasty and healthy food prepared & cooked in front of you. Will be back soon !

Kebab arrived in good time but was covered in garlic sauce & chilli sauce..Which was not requested..Meat was chewy & like pieces of rubber..Unlike any other kebab I have ever eaten..Certainly will not be going back for more:(

We use The Grill regularly for take away kebabs and burgers. The food is always very nice, the service friendly and prompt too. The choice on the menu is fairly extensive for a kebab shop.

If I could give it no stars I would!!! Charged me twice for the food I ordered when I had a confirmation of this they refused to refund me my money and were extremely rude on the phone DO NOT order from here keep ur money and go somewhere else!

So advised to order through their website and not Just Eat by the driver, have now done this a few times and delivery is always incorrect... the website asks you to pick a time each time I do which they take absolutely no notice off. Pre order in advance for 7.30pm and they take no notice deliver when they want to which is when I am not home from work. Partner sends the driver away with the delivery and then it arrives 40 mins late. They really need to employ staff that can read an order and tell the time...

Absolutely disgusted at the price increase will not be using this once excellent kebab shop again!! How can you justify £2 for a tiny bit of lettuce and cucumber!! And pretty much a pound on everything else!

As I am currently dieting, I only come to this fine establishment around 5 times a week. Every time I go I see friendly faces, receive excellent service and laugh at some awful haircuts. There's nothing quite like it. A+

As someone who has visited this kebab Mecca on a weekly basis, I assure that the food and the memories that are made he will stay with you. A personal favourite is the small meat and chips with garlic and burger sauce with lettuce. The free drink given to students was very helpful and only help strengthened the relationships I made with the staff - especially bahri. They also accommodated for my 18th (true story) of which I receieved a whole 1L and shared the grill special amongst my brethren. Thank you all.
