The Green Dragon in Breckland

Unexpected visit. Originally going into Red Lion for food, we had our dogs with us, no dogs inside, so was going to sit outside in seating area. But no dogs allowed there either. So we went across to the Green Dragon was very pleasantly surprised, dogs welcome, atmosphere was good, all lads watching football. Lovely and clean. Had couple of drinks, then left as not serving food on Sunday evening. Not sure if they do any other times

Didn't go in the pub, but I'm sure it sells beer, etc. These people know how to behave on Remembrance Day, though. Makes me proud to be British.

This pub was very quiet when we visited. A couple of large spaces with televisions showing sport; the third stuck on ‘Samsung Hotel TV’ splash screen. A couple gaming machines. No wins. Sad. The beer was Moretti; this was acceptable. Centrally located, better than the chaotic mess that was the Wetherspoons opposite - far better option for a quiet pint.

Great place to go friendly Staff, fantastic atmosphere. Brilliant music , nice little dance floor good time everytime I've been there .

Nice enough pub. Older clientelle on a Friday, younger on a Saturday. Didnt stay long but its ok. Very busy.

Could be good but landlord no good. Change is needed soon.

Best pub in Thetford. Drinks are affordable, poker nights, sky sports, music at the weekends.

Great little pub. We was in the area for work and ended up coming back every night for a few drinks. Prices are great and they have a fair sized beer garden and a pool table. They also have plenty of TVs for sports

Very warm and welcoming bunch . I visited today due to needing to goto the toilet from the recruitment agency next door. A very warm clean and . Welcoming pub . Clean respectable and definitely a safe venue.

Proper old school pub excellent management n staff very accommodating,as for the clientele,real friends/family and fellow suppers happy days as always.

Great refurbishment, lots of lagers, seemed a bit limited on draught beers. Lots of screens, so could watch the footie and the cricket, even a screen outside. Be good if they did some food, even if only a sandwich

Dirty dirty toilets. Very drull heavy atmosphere. Bar staff are friendly. Drinks are cheap, cash only service. This place should be closed for renovation.

Need of an overhaul place is falling apart

This is from an American. Not much to this place. It has a nice lounge area, but the fire place doesn't work. The rest of the place has very poor seating. Has an 8 ball pool table, but it's seen better days. The bathrooms are a little beat up. The staff was nice, but the people in the bar were basically hooligans after 8pm.

Good place cheap beer nearly as good price as spoons across the way but has pool table and music.

The beer is pricey and it can be a bit loud.

Nice function room available to hire

A really nice friendly place, staff are happy and helpful. A good pool table and juke box and a good selection of drinks.
