Είχαμε επισκεφθεί το υπέροχο αυτό εστιατόριο πριν λίγες ημέρες όταν επισκέφθηκαμε το Μάντσεστερ και μας εξυπηρετήσε ο πολύ αγαπητός Κώστας που ήταν πολύ φιλικός ευγενικός και με άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. Είναι η ψυχή του συγκεκριμένου εστιατόριου και ελπίζω σύντομα να έχουμε την ευκαιρία να ξανά επισκεφθούμε το εστιατόριο να απολαύσουμε το φαγητό το ποτό και να συνομιλήσουμε με τον αγαπητό Κώστα τον καλύτερο στο σέρβις!!!

Ordered from menu the curry but no pickle and no explanation even though I asked. The draught drinks were flat, avoid this place at all costs.

Souless. Have to order at your table only and they don't take cash. Food was cold too and the knife and fork so small like a child's

Excellent service with a smile from kosta very professional and helpful definitely we are coming back breakfast very tasty special the breakfast roll.

I have severe alergies so couldnt delete the foods i cant eat on the app, i went to the tills at the bar to order to ask there and then was asked to go to the till in the middle where i was ignored for 20mins i went back to my collegues at the table and said lets go i cant get served, a member of staff heard and said to go back to the till so i did and the same happened again in the end i left and went to the giraffe restaurant opposite where they where much better. The grain loft staff are bone idle and just dont care. So Rude and arrogant its unbelievable i fly here weekly and will never use this eatery again.

Currently here waiting for our flight, food and drinks been great, and fabulous service from Kostas and Sam, both a credit to the bar

Another fabulous pre flight experience thanks to Kostas and the Grain Loft Gang! Always smiling even during the busiest of times. My breakfast was delicious as always and with me in no time after I explained that I was on a short timeframe before my flight to Palma. Thanks once again for always going above and beyond!

Food quality rubbish for the cost, came quick enough the drinks took 45 minutes people left without even getting them. Also asked a staff member for help and he went to the manager for him to say can’t you see that I’m busy? Completely unacceptable

Jude was great, so helpful and made our experience so much better, a credit to the Grain Loft. He found us a table and made sure we everything we wanted.

Not good food cold and anemic looking a good vet would have got the meat up again nothing on plate was warm , staff not interested will never use again rather go hungry my advice find some where else

Nice food, price is as expected for an airport so reasonable. Host, Jude was helpful and welcoming. Charging for phones was very useful having teenager's travelling with me.

The Grain Loft lives up to the poor standards we've become used to again. Twenty minutes after faffing around trying to order by phone rather than simple face to face interaction, our food arrived. Just a sausage barm and a breakfast barm, cutlery and serviette for one. Still waiting for drinks, one cappuccino and one americano, had to go and ask for them. When they arrived there was only sugar with them, no sweeteners. As a diabetic I find this annoying, okay that much sugar won't kill me but that's not the point, the attitude was hard luck we don't have any. I went to the bar to see if any sweetener was available but basically given the brush off by two members of staff. When I suggested I was being discriminated against unlike people with disabilities or religious preferences I was told in no uncertain terms not to use that word! The young lady then said she would try to find some, which she did and brought to me table a short time later so well done her. Why make something so simple, complicated Grain Loft?

A fantastic start to our holiday to corfu. Arrived at Grain Loft at Manchester air port. To be met by staff who showed us to our table and who took there time to explain the way orders were to be taken. The system of ordering food and drink was fast and efficient. I had the chance to meet the manager Kostas as in placing my order i made a mistake. Kostas and his team soon rectified my mistake in ordering. It was delt with professional and with out any embarrassment 😳. We will definitely be back in August not just for the food but for the fantastic team and friends we have made. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Lovely food. Beer was ok too. Would come again before our flight. Plenty of space to accommodate large groups. Make sure you ask for no ice in the Pepsi!

Natalya was very nice and polite to us and drinks are very nice here aswell as the bar. We enjoyed relaxing as we waited for the aeroplane.

Brilliant service from a very friendly and welcoming gentleman waiter named Kostas in the terminal 1 Grain Loft Bar Manchester Airport, we had a brief chat about Greece where we was travelling too Kostas is from Greece and recommended places to see, his friendly approach and superstar quality was a lovely start to our travels.

This is the first place I stop for food and drinks, give me the holiday vibes. Kosta always helpful whenever I travel. Great atmosphere

Shockingly slow and nonchalant service. Breakfast eggs had butter wrapping concealed underneath. Had to retrieve this from my mouth. Absolutely disgusting. .

I fly out most weeks from Manchester and often visit this food option. The team and manager Megan are so friendly. Service is always fast, food always hot. Even today the place was busy but the team were effective and efficient. Kosta always a great...

Food was delivered quickly, piping hot and good quality. It’s a little pricey but all airports are and to be honest it’s not much more than you’d pay in a hotel.

Kris was great! Great service, chatty, and quick! Was lovely just before our holiday. Was sat in the bar as our flight was delayed so was great to have someone willing to make that experience a lot better!

On a family holiday and called into the grain loft at manchester airport, great service and selection of drinks, the hostess nataliya was fantastic and looked after us all, defo come back here if flying from manchester again

Nataliya was the perfect host! Service and food was excellent , I had the peri peri chicken with rice which was light enough for our flight but still very filling!

Came for breakfast at T1. Kris was lovely and made me feel very welcome. I’m a solo traveller so was nice to have a chat with him. Lovely, friendly guy!
