The Grace Arms in Cheshire West and Chester

Had a mid-week meal here with the family. Four great meals and really friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Pleasant atmosphere and polite staff, not been in years but like how it operates 2 bars with one being only for over 18's

I've been associated with this pub for 16 years. Ever since the floors were sticky and they had a cigarette machine. To see it becoming something more modern to stay afloat warms my heart, and I hope it sticks around for another 16 years.

Food is amazing absolutely love going the grace highly recommended

Went in to watch liverpool game, ordered prosecco lad behind bar ( sorry didnt no his name) showed me choices , 👍 ordered some nachos dips on side served how I like by Gill, check back by Jennie, very efficient, only thing I asked table next to us for napkins otherwise great !

A nice clean pub, but at 1,30 on a Sunday afternoon they didn’t have enough food left. Felt like we was sat in someone else’s seat

Food just basic. One garlic bread bit too done one no where near enough. Some chicken bit too cool. Service was good though. Staff very polite

Great family pub. There was ample screens to watch football inside & out. Plus a children’s playground & a few machines for kids to go on. The food was standard Greene King menus, so lots of choice & catered for allergies (as 2 of our group are allergic to dairy). Staff were really friendly & helpful. Would recommend

The app took a bit of getting used to, but the food was great and the service was very friendly. Food was on the table in under 10 minutes, drinks in 1 minute. It was neat and clean. We'd love to come back when we're nearby. Very dog ​​friendly! Thank you

We visited from out of area looking for a dog friendly pub and I’m so glad we came across this venue. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating from start to finish, food arrived quickly and was exactly what we expected. They have a dog menu too which I thought was a great touch! If I’m back in the area again I will definitely be stopping here for food. Thanks team, keep it up :-)

Went to The Grace Arms for tea with my hubby we had a lovely meal that was hot and value for money service was quick even though the pub was very busy staff were excellent and very helpful definitely go again and recommend it

Food is pretty standard/average, theyve had an issue for around a week now though meaning they can't cook any steak, burgers or gammon which makes the choice pretty limited. Staff were great tho and its a very welcoming place

Food was cheap and very fast arriving at the table. Me and my partner both had the steak flatbread, was very tasty and filling, although on first look didnt look like there was enough contents but was very tasty none the less. All staff very friendly and pleasant. Service was quick and environment was comfortable. Overall would come again :)

Nice tasty steak and the service was great.

Okay pub for a drink. Don’t order food. Not expecting gourmet meals, but expected better than what I got. Ordered the steak flat bread and was the worst looking meal I think I have ever ordered.

More flavourful food is needed. The menu is very basic same for all flaming grill restaurants. Pitchers not filled fully mostly half the rest ice barely 3 glasses out of a pitcher. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Needs more alternative entrances not very white cane or wheelchair accessible.

Absolutely disgusting what I witnessed last night bar staff accused a lad of smoking weed.when he didn't even smoke and kicked him out no wonder the place has gone down hill with staff like that. Check your cameras and apologise would be the right thing to do. The place was dead and then to gang up on him with friends .Tut Tut disgusting behaviour from the staff

Food is always great here but the last visit, the steaks were perfectly cooked and we found out they were done by Karina, so thanks Karina for amazing food. Service was great as usual. we have been coming here for a few years and still see the same faces, which is always a good sign!!

Popped into the Grace for a few drinks and a spot of lunch. Ended up going for the slow beef rib Sunday lunch which was amazing, the meat fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. Staff were lovely and Jenny actually recommended this roast and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Will be going back again and definitely recommend

My husband, our little dog and I go to The Grace Arms Ellesmere Port often for our lunch or evening meal. We find it has a nice friendly atmosphere with very helpful and friendly staff. The food is lovely and the prices for drinks and food are very reasonable and another plus is there very dog friendly 👍🥰

Bit of a wait for food but it was nice.Beer a bit pricey but food is cheap as chips.Some good deals on.We will be back when it isn't as busy.Only criticism is they need more staff at the bar.(Not their fault as they were rushed off their feet)

The day didn't begin well. Very cold and still closed even though it was almost midday. Upon seeing a couple of others outside a rather sulky young chappie arrived to open the doors and allowed us inside. He explained to another customer he knew that it was closed due to no one being around! Anyway, going back to 'outside,' there was a lot of excess, milky water (an accident waiting to happen) which no one had bothered to sweep or mop away. Once inside, we found there was no heating, so my wife and myself both sat at our table in coats, all we needed were some tools and we could easily have built ourselves an igloo given the icy air. No attempt - even so - to put on their heating, perhaps they too were using OVO as their energy provider and couldn't afford the outlandish bills. The meals themselves were admittedly good. The waitress was also decent and helpful. More customers arrived, who also decided to continue their repast in their outside attire. Note to manager: Saving money on heating when there are polar bears and penguins sharing your floor-space does not make for sensible business operations. Please put your heating on. and open your doors when you are supposed to~!

Helpful and friendly despite being very busy. Good food on offer but I was only stopping off briefly. Dogs welcome and extensive outside seating and car parking on premises.

The staff, in particular Corrina, were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
