Mother’s Day lunch with family & it was busy but the food was spot on.

Ordered two puddings and 2 drinks on app paid by card puddings never turned up after waiting 40 mins had to go unable to wait any longer promised refund never received

The food was sooooo bad my chips were not even cooked properly inside and my mate fell over in the property and they did not even give her a plaster and we told them she is not allergic.Theres mold on the walls and the burger was burnt.They did not have most of the meals what we wanted.

Lovely friendly welcome on arrival and fantastic friendly service throughout. It was my wife and I first visit to the grace arms and it certainly will not be the last. The food is gorgeous and the ribs were absolutely incredible. The staff are fantastic as well. This pub is a proper gem and we will certainly travel back here very soon.

Thank you so much to the staff they were warm welcome and so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, we have travelled from a distance away and this is the second time we have been here and will definitely be back. Again staff were brilliant and the food was excellent please visit the little pub you will not be disappointed.

Been here for the first time today and had a mixed grill had quite a long wait but it was very busy, but when the food came it was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing will definitely be visiting again!!

Me and my wife are relatevely new in Ellesmere Port, but this is our favourite pub around. Cozy atmosphere, Delicious food and Great staff. I recommend for visitors and locals.

Good food, service and atmosphere. Was clean and staff were friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that I don't like the cutlery loose in the box on the table. Prefare it wrapped and not left out for all to touch.

We had finished work and decided to come a drink and dinner, we was served politely and promptly by the bar staff also the food come out in great time and presented nicely this is a great place to come to for some food with friends or on a date night or even just a nice cap. I would definitely recommend coming here again

Such a transformation, the food is good pub food from a chain menu. Good selection of beers, friendly helpful staff in a well presented premises. My only negative is that Greene King should have a bit of an update on the menu, just to refresh it a bit.

Everything is great the brewery just needs to sort the damp issues in the men's toilet where there is a mushroom growing and the damp on the raised seating area. All these issues are down to the pub chain not willing to spend money nothing to do with the management or staff who are professional and friendly. Food and service absolutely fantastic, myself and husband went for lunch recently....gorgeous. Definitely go again. I have been here before with my elderly mum, last summer and everyone (staff and customers) were so helpful.

Visited today, girl who took our order wad miserable, cu Couldnt get a smile off her, but didn't put us off. Service was very slow. We ordered the BOGOF burgers, excellent cooked to perfection.😀

Great food an service, good atmosphere with pool tables and dart boards, staff don't alow any trouble so it's always a safe environment for family, with two different areas of the pub for adults and one for family's its just what you want from a pub.

Lovely food, staff and facilities

The staff, atmosphere and punters at the Grace Arms are always very friendly. It's a great pub for locals and visitors alike with a wide selection of drinks and a great selection of food. Having eaten here a number of times, we've never been disappointed, especially on a quiet early week day visit. The 2 for 1 offers are amazing value for money in these difficult times. Note/ Be warned it can be busy for BIG sports events, as they have screens in the family and adult only sides of the bar. Bonus feature... It's Dog Friendly, so you will encounter 4 legged friends.

Food was good arrived hot service was great but steak was over cooked asked for rare got well done. Portions are on the small side.

It was our aqua fit Secret Santa Christmas dinner, there were 6 of us. I would like to express our delight with The Grace, it was warm welcoming, the food was fantastic, cooked to order, warm and very tasty. We had the festive menu. I have to congratulate the staff, we were mainly looked after by a young lady called Tanisha, it was excellent, she looked after all of our needs without being to pushy, but i have to say that all of the staff were excellent, they were all very helpful and very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Will be going again, have not been in there for a long time but would recommend. 5Star service all round .

Me and my boys come here all the time for tea especially when Liverpool are playing. The staff are always smiling, helpful and friendly. X

brought family to the grace for a birthday meal for my wife and the food was amazing served very fast i had the mixed grill and the steak was very juicy and gammon was perfect no fat on it the kids really enjoyed there meals too very good value for money and as for the staff at the grace arms they were brilliant very polite couldn't do enough for us will 100% come again

We came for a Christmas meal for our charity shop volunteers and at the end the manager accused us of underpaying by £45 and repeatedly said she was calling the police on us. After looking at the till with another member of staff it turned out they owed us £20. After ruining our night completely she didn't even come and let us know herself, had another member of staff inform us that they were wrong and she never apologised. We have been loyal customers who eat at the Grace every week and will never eat there again.

A meal for 12 people for my mums birthday, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. I unfortunately ask for a table at 17:00 hrs rather then 16:00 hrs . Sarah ( on duty ) was able to move our booking and took care of us without any impact to service . Thank you

We have our fishing club meetings here every month. Great staff.

Lovely environment, good parking, clean over 18's area and reasonable prices. All staff were spot on and the lady who served us and encouraged us to leave feedback was above and beyond. Table 42 at half4 on the 8th Nov 24.

We usually visit the Grace at least once a month. It’s a friendly pub, good food. We like that we can take our dogs in with us and the dogs like coming too. The dogs love the doggy menu

I’ve been coming here for good few years now, most days me and my dog, it’s been great for me been through hard times and the staff have all been great talking to me etc. The food and service is 5 Stars massive shout to Karina aswel best barmaid ever!! always takes time to say hello and says hello to Ollie my dog. Ordered a ribeye steak, it was meant to be medium rare it was well done, then order fudge cake waiting 45 mins for it to come, only reason why it came was Dave and Ava who were not on shift. They asked where it was for me. Thankyou to you both. Lovely member of staff and so helpful

Disgusting treatment after a man had a fall yesterday on their car park, refusing first aid pack, laughing at man that had fallen and arguing with public helping the man, this lady is disgusting!!! Sharing this with every one I know, no need for this behaviour, hope she never needs help in future, she needs sacking, shocking !!

Had a beautiful fish that was encased in a light crispy batter and tasted beautiful. Generous size fish too. Staff were amazing as always, courteous, polite and helpful.

ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING attitude from a so called Manager . The way she treated that poor man me who had an accident on HER PREMISES was abmissmal to say the least .Since seeing this I will not set one foot in the Grace until she has gone . Green King should be sacking her and getting somebody else with Empathy and most certainly a heart to take over the running of the pub .

Came here for a quick bite with my daughter and we ordered off the somewhat limited menu for 2 classics for £13.49. Fish and chips and hunters chicken. Both came promptly and beautifully cooked. Can't fault the visit really. Pub was clean and tidy also.

Nice food come within about 15 minutes. Made an effort with my child. Brought him some colours and a picture to draw. Would definitely recommend

I've been associated with this pub for 16 years. Ever since the floors were sticky and they had a cigarette machine. To see it becoming something more modern to stay afloat warms my heart, and I hope it sticks around for another 16 years.

Went in to watch liverpool game, ordered prosecco lad behind bar ( sorry didnt no his name) showed me choices , 👍 ordered some nachos dips on side served how I like by Gill, check back by Jennie, very efficient, only thing I asked table next to us for napkins otherwise great !

Food just basic. One garlic bread bit too done one no where near enough. Some chicken bit too cool. Service was good though. Staff very polite

Great family pub. There was ample screens to watch football inside & out. Plus a children’s playground & a few machines for kids to go on. The food was standard Greene King menus, so lots of choice & catered for allergies (as 2 of our group are allergic to dairy). Staff were really friendly & helpful. Would recommend
