Called in here witn excited grandchildren yes they were busy no greeting or politeness ignited us and served people queuing outside who arrived after us in thd end we walked off. I wouldn't of minded if they said sorry will he with you soon but no just glares. Been b4 but it' must be different owners very sad.

Such a delight, with home cooked food, excellent breakfast, good tea and superb cakes! Lovely spot to pause on a walk. A little gem 👌

Great little narrow boat based cafe/eatery, makes the visit to the marina even more worth it. Great cakes, always have one to eat there and one to take home for ‘ron.

This is such a lovely little gem, we found it out of chance when looking for somewhere to have breakfast in the area. Such a treat to have a cooked breakfast on a barge and served by a lovely team of people. Loads of choice on the menu and generous portions, homemade cakes available too. We loved it here and would definitely go back!

Little gem right on the canal, delicious toasties and warm drinks

Great service, food and handy for boaters. The ladies brought out our food after we sat down in the garden just outside. They even brought out cushions for us to sit on.

Instant coffee for the price of barista coffee. Underwhelming full English breakfast. Would not recommend.

I had a lovely English breakfast that I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a great chat about canals and boating. Well what else is there to do for a gongoozler apart from have a rest, eat breakfast and drink coffee. I will return.

Lovely little cafe boat on the Grand Union Canal, Braunston. Inside tables for two and outside tables too, for nicer weather. Breakfast was delicious, would highly recommend the potato scallops! Really friendly staff and nice chatty atmosphere on board.

Always a great breakfast. When ever we are close we pop in, love the place.

Obviously a very popular place, serving good food from a varied menu. I had an excellent breakfast which was well cooked and generous in size.

Its ok. Not brilliant but not the worst. I would use it again.

Great place. Seating inside (pre-Covid), and in a garden next to canal. Food is very good, the breakfasts are exceptional. The Ladies running it, are very pleasant. Fairly priced fare. Pick a sunny day to visit, so you can finish with a nice canal-side, or around the marina, walk.

Food - Lovely full sandwiches. Coffee - fair to middlin. Service - good. Overall, very satisfying

Smashing boat trip on the lazy canal

As good as their reputation. I love the bacon & sausage in a bagette with their home style chips, as a narrowboater who was around before lock down on the way through and now just leaving it was great to see them open again last weekend.

We've been here a few times. Every time it's been amazing. Homemade cakes are amazing, as are the sandwiches. Highly recommended

We go here on Sunday mornings half way through our bike ride for breakfast. Very good value for money, really tasty food and welcoming staff. Definitely worth a trip!

Would have given it 5 stars if the coffee hadn't been instant. Guess it's difficult in a small space, but there are times you want proper coffee, an americano would have been fine. Going back soon to have lunch.
