Omg the chicken curry was terrible it's slimy boild chicken the chow main was nice the chips were horrible ill never eat there again it was a waste of money

So sad that a Chinese takeaway restaurant, that we’ve bought from many, many times, was so disappointing this evening. The chicken chow mein was dry and tasteless. I thought I’d try the salt and chilli tofu. The tofu looked and tasted like leather, as though it has been frozen for many months and had become dedicated. See photo. The chicken sweet and sour balls were to the usual good standard. But overall disappointing.

Lovely food always!! Never disappoints!

Would never give a bad review for no reason but we stood at the desk waiting to be served for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Ended up walking out without being served. Won't be returning.

Lovely curry and also the Sweet & Sour chicken balls: the batter wasn't overcooked like most Chinese takeaway's. And the egg fried rice was perfect.

I bought the most amazing Chicken Curry and Fried Rice from The Golden Wok in Llandovery today. It was one of the nicest Curries that I have ever tasted. I will definitely use this place more often and thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you again soon!

Rubbish. When you order, they’ll tell you a time that the food will be ready. But don’t be fooled. This is when they start to cook your order. No, that’s when they take your order out of the freezer and then start cooking it. They claim that certain foods will not be cooked until you arrive (irrespective of the time that they say the food will be ready). And the food that they don’t tell you that they won’t cook until you arrive, is quite fresh and hot.... It’s a shame the rest of the food isn’t (ie. while they are waiting for you to arrive). They do not tell you that they wait. They claim that everyone does it. It is news to me, and since it is news, I do wish they would share it. They wouldn’t admit that they were wrong. They claim that it is common practice. They think that, if I want my food any quicker, I should say so, in advance. I firmly believe that when I’m told when the food will be ready, and I’m not told that it is conditional on what I have ordered, I shouldn’t have ask for special service. So, if I want my food faster, then I believe I will go elsewhere.

Nice food, delicious curry in Wales even better than those Chinese restaurants in Cardiff or Swansea. Worth to try!
