The Glass House ~ Bistro in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Clean & great atmosphere, lovely staff. We ordered a full English breakfast each as we'd heard good things about the food here. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to it. Brekkie was let down with - no black pudding, so we had an extra hash brown instead, which were so overcooked (deep fried) that they were inedible. Toast was well overdone too. Shame because the produce was good quality. Coffee was weak as well. Might of been a bad day in the kitchen, but for the prices charged, we will not be returning.

Went here with my partner for lunch recently and it was a lovely experience. Food was delicious, the staff were super friendly and the decor was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and we will be back again for sure.

Small bistro. Nice and clean. Nice decor inside. Staff took a while to take order. Staff kept bumping into the table i was sitting at to serve other guests which didn't help matters as the table was already unstable. Staff apologised after I mentioned my frustration. Ordered the american pancakes with maple syrup. 3x small pancakes. Dry even with the syrup. Very pale. However the coffee was good. Overall a little Disappointed.

First glance lovely place decorated in a beautiful modern setting, nice and clean. There was only one member of staff working, Altho it wasn’t crazy busy more people came in and could see it be came allot to handle. The main part is the food, me and the other half had breakfast she had pancakes I had full English. I had asked for no beans and got beans, the bacon was tough perhaps from sitting under a heater but wasn’t good, and my toast was over toasted by allot. The other half has pancakes and there just wasn’t enough syrup. I wouldn’t recommend for breakfast. Other than that all was fine.

The Glass House is beautiful, with really clean and modern decoration, great pricing and an extensive menu. We only had breakfast but it's cheaper than some other places we've gone to before, really great quality and quick service. It was very quiet being a weekday, but we'd recommend visiting any day of the week. Just book on Fridays or weekends as it fills up! We both had a cooked breakfast; such good quality and delicious food, we'd thoroughly recommend it. 10/10 and the lady who served us was great 👍 Menu photo is just the first page (I wanted to show my partner the choices ahead of time) but they do breakfasts, light bites, full lunchtime meals and dinners as well as a variety of wines and liquors. All very reasonably priced!

Very clean. Impressive decor. Friendly staff. Pancakes were lovely! Cakes looked wonderful but avoided temptation!!

I found myself solo and hungry for a good English Breakfast this morning and have been meaning to visit the Glasshouse since it opened. Great breakfast and coffee, friendly staff and good value. AND the poached egg and sourdough toast were perfect 👍🏻

Beautifully presented place, great and affordable food, friendly staff! We went for lunch for a friend’s birthday and it was perfect. Staff were so friendly and welcoming :) our waitress Gabby couldn’t do enough for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. Food was so tasty and came to us quickly after ordering, presented beautifully. Decor is very cozy and will definitely be returning!

Breakfast very poor , think bacon had been cooked at the crem , hash browns were very sloppy . Not worth £9.95 . We won't be going back £28.60 for a greasy spoon breakfast . Menu says breakfast comes with sausages but you only get one ..

Lovely Bistro. Wonderfully clean and inviting surroundings with parking outside. The staff are attentive, polite and friendly despite being busy. Coffee (cappuccino) was excellent, hot and a lovely frothy top. Chefs soup of the day ( tomato and spring onion) was hearty and delicious as was the bacon panini and very good value for money too. I will definitely be returning and telling friends and family to give it a go. I far prefer these small artisan bistros to the large chains who miss some of those smaller personal touches and the ability to showcase their own menus. Well done👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Staff were friendly. Service was slow. I was really gutted when my meal came out. I ordered what was meant to be a chicken salad. But it was a very small portion, it was served in a small bowl and the only salad it had was rocket. And a small amount of Cucumber and tomatoes as in one cherry tomatoes cut up. It really wasn't worth nearly 8 pound!!!!! I feel like if you're going to charge 8 pound for a salad, it should be more than a tiny bowls worth of rocket. I can go into town and have a beautiful salad full of different leaves, lots of onions, tomoatos and peppers. Very dissapointed, wouldn't return for lunch due to the high pricing, small portions and slow service.

My new favourite place with delicious food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I only went in for a coffee but the food looked so good I had to try it and it didn’t disappoint. Would highly recommend The Glass House as a must try 👌🏻

Myself and my husband visited here yesterday for the first time - we won’t be returning. Staff friendly , slow service . My husband had the full English - the hash brown had been deep fried that much it was unrecognisable. My eggs Benedict was barely warm and both egg were hard boiled- when I told the staff member she appeared uninterested and replied “ that’s not right I will have to tell the kitchen about it “.Definitely not worth the £25 we paid

First time I have been. Only opened 2 days ago. Lovely cooked breakfast with tea. Reasonably priced.
