The Garden Cafe in Carmarthenshire

Went to the garden cafe as camping locally and looking for something before we went out for the day. The staff here were absolutely lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. Real properly cooked tasty traditional breakfast with a lovely pot of tea. Highly recommend this lovely little cafe.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch here and with two of the group requiring gluten free options, we were delighted to find they catered really well for their dietary needs. Today, there was a GF beef lasagne on offer (huge portion!) as well as two types of delicious sponge cake, scones and the beautiful little touch of gf shortbread biscuits on the saucer with the tea and coffee. So refreshing for the gluten-intolerant members of the group to be included in these lovely touches. Thank you!

Now Blossoms cafe. A warm welcome. Accessible cafe. Parking outside. Accessible toilet. Food wow. Victoria sponge sensational. A must visit.

This cafe, until very recently, had fabulous food and delicious coffees. Sadly we won’t be going to this CAFE anymore. The coffee is £3.50 for a cappuccino with no chocolate on top and no little biscuit - coffee was like dishwater! We can only hope that the prices and food will improve as the staff become more experienced and they take heed of reviews.

Three of us went for afternoon tea at this excellent café. The set tea included a lovely, fresh, hand-cut selection of sandwiches, a small, hot savoury, three sorts of cake and a lovely fresh scone with jam and cream, together with a choice of tea or coffee. We were all defeated but carried away our uneaten goodies in the boxes willingly provided by the friendly staff. The cafe has a relaxed atmosphere and pleasant decor. It was altogether a lovely treat.

I was looking for a nice little cafe near to my hotel and was so happy when I found this place! The staff were super lovely and made me feel very welcome, and the food was delicious!

A little pricey for lunch but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Excellent service, very welcoming. The food very fresh, something which really stands out. An excellent menu, in fact if you are gluten free, veggie or vegan, you are spoiled for choice. It's a menu torture. So lovely to go somewhere and be spoiled for choice. So much better than a jacket potato and salad! Well done everyone involved for providing all this.

After walking our pooch we called in Llangadog garden centre and lunched in the Garden Cafe. The food was fabulous, freshly cooked, tasty and plentiful. The staff were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them, they even brought our dog a bowl of water and some roast chicken on his own plate- he'll definitely be calling there again!

We wanted to come here as soon as we saw the reviews and proximity to our holiday cottage, we were not disappointed. What a totally lovely place. This is a hidden gem, superb. Lovely menu and really lovely friendly people. We took cake home with us to share with our family - it was so good. They are also very dog friendly.

What a turn up for the books! passing through Llangadog today we came across the Garden Café, what a find. If you're like thousands of us who suffer from gluten intolerance this is the place to visit, there is a multitude of gluten free items on the menu, the staff are awesome, very knowledgeable and will run through the whole menu with you, you can sit inside or outside and it's table service, the food is outstanding and delicious, the prices are on par with all the other restaurants in the area, for my wife and I it was a real treat as normally when you ask for anything gluten free you get two choices, Jacket potato or chocolate brownie. I have already told all my friends and family and passed on the good news.

An excellent, welcoming and dog friendly cafe. We had lunch here and the food was excellent. An unexpected treat. The service is friendly, prompt and efficient. Thoroughly recommended.

We stopped in the Garden Cafe on the way to West Wales. I had already contacted the owner to ask if we could reserve a table as it was my birthday and I had admired her cakes on Instagram. Her response was so lovely, even asking if there was a cake I would like her to make for our visit. When we visited we had such a warm welcome. I had the lemon and buttermilk cake which was out of this world and they even put a birthday candle in it. My son had the victoria sponge and my husband had bara brith, both again absolutely 😋 The coffees and the tea again were lovely and beautifully served. As we were there I was admiring all the other food as it was coming out to other customers and ot looked so good and we will definitely be back to sample the rest of the menu

An amazing gem of a cafe by a fantastic garden centre, lots of choice and great for gluten free/ dairy free options to cater to Myself and little boy. A must visit as staff are fantastic and the service is always brilliant. Thank you for always making us feel welcome and even having little toys to keep my toddler entertained. Keep doing what your doing as you make us enjoy the experience every time we visit. We can’t wait to return 💚💚

Firstly you are greeted with a huge warm and friendly welcome and the service was over and above anywhere visited before. The cafe is very dog friendly and my pooch was treated to some complimentary chicken. Also the food was delicious and the gluten free options were amazing. I think there were around 6 different cake options, including gf scones. Such a rarity and a wonderful treat. I was drooling as much as my dog haha. Thank you Garden Cafe for a delightful treat and cannot recommend you enough!!

Tried out The Garden Cafe recently while browsing the garden centre next door - and WOW! For such a small establishment it packs a punch! I dont think the staff could have been friendlier, the food more satisfying and the Pimms more thirst quenching! Tucked away in quite a rural setting, this really is a little gem of a place and makes you really value local, independent places over chains.
