best food i ever had slushies on full power icecream whiopped nicely and absolutely amazing service highly reccomended

i work over the bridge from this place and came here for lunch fitsr of all the place is very dated and the food on offer was ok nothing fancy was tired place and some a nice refurb and some friendly faces this could be a nice cafe

I remember going here when I was very young with my grandparents and today me and my brother thought it would be nice to revisit while in the town, the place was filthy, smelly and very dated. The only reason we stayed as by the time we got there my baby was screaming for a feed. We ordered 2 portions of chips which when they came pritty much immediately we're completely over done, rock hard and the potato inside almost non existent. I took pictures as I felt this place was so dirty it should be closed down! As for the staff they looked as fed up as the place itself.

We were looking for some lunch/food, whilst spending a Sunday in the area. We came across this Greggs restaurant/shop in the shopping centre. It was not very busy and we decided to buy some items to takeaway. The choice was good and the service friendly, When the products were consumed, the quality and value for money were very good. Overall an enjoyable takeaway.

Yo he utilizado esta cafetería y sus otros puntos de venta en Hartlepool y Billingham durante años pero he notado una disminución gradual. Llamado a la tienda de café de Stockton hoy y por sorpresa el mal estado es ahora. Está deteriorado por el cierre quizás? Dos cristales grandes ventanas con vistas al río al lado han sido abandonados por semanas y hacen que el interior sombrío. Parte del restaurante tenebroso ha sido cerrada por un tiempo y parece oscuro y polvoriento.Sin embargo, el área principal donde todavía están sirviendo comida me preocupaba. Las paredes están manchadas, el techo manky con pistas de tierra corriendo por las paredes. La comida era comestible, pero aburrido, aunque la Vía Láctea café sigue siendo bueno. No aventurarse por los inodoros después de leer el comentario anterior!Este sitio necesita un exhaustivo spruce up o un me temo. La comida y la selección han disminuido y me doy cuenta que sólo cuenta con un 3 estrellas de higiene de los alimentos (5) del Consejo. Habiendo visto hoy, que fueron afortunados de otorgarlas! Recuerdo que cuando este lugar empezó y estaba limpio y tenía buenas normas con apetitosa comida y aperitivos.

Overstaffed y sentamos charlando en esquina. Aparte de una chica constatly limpiando el mismo poco de piso. Absolutamente ningún servicio al cliente. La comida era repugnante. Y luego, tuve la desafortunada experiencia de tener que llevar a mi hijo de dos años a los desperdicios y los baños sucios. Ventanas de café fueron abandonados que madebthe lugar incluso peor de lo que es si es posible.Nunca jamás

In December we were shopping in Stockton, and met some friends, we were all a bit frazzled with the shopping and kids so wanted some food, there was 6 adult and 5 kids, it was 3:35 in the afternoon. We went down the stairs into the café, it was almost empty just 4 or 5 people in, we approached the counter and started to order some food, we were told "the ovens and friars are turned off!!" and they were not going to turn them back on. we were made to feel like we were asking for the impossible - food in a café at 3:35 in the afternoon. No attempt was made to offer any kind of food or drink, when we went to leave we could not go the way we came in as that door was now locked!!, so we had to go outside and to re enter the shopping centre. we ended up in Gregg's who were more than happy to serve up with food and drinks and with a smile and a chat to the kids.The staff here appear more interested in an early finish that running a business, Since then we have found the Infinity café just across the road behind the casino, its 5 star there and staff very very willing to be helpful
