The Frying Pan in Bexley

I had a delivery and Fish and chips were nice but should be in a box as chips as paper was soggy. Other fish shops use boxes, so much better.

The Frying Pan cooked our chapel's Good Friday fish and chips. There were 56 meals and the food was delicious and piping hot. Very friendly staff, I highly recommend the Frying Pan

Have been visiting the Frying Pan for many years, the food is always high quality, the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them! Would always highly recommend!

Started vomiting, food tasted strange but now I guess I know why

Bought fish and chips from here as well as their chicken wings and ribs over a few visits. Have to say their fish isn’t as nice as others we’ve been to, but that preference over any problems with it. They don’t do kids portions either just to note. Their ribs and chicken is always top notch though and good portion sizes. Can be a bit of a faf to park (street parking) at peak times.

Tried for the first time but was left very disappointed, cod not very crispy or golden in colour and tasteless with a funny taste. Chips and ribs just ok, Should invest in serving in a box rather then serving in paper especially if more then a few items. will not be returning especially as they don't take cash. Young lady who served me was very polite and proffesional but person cooking the fish found it hard to raise a smile and made me feel uncomfortable.

Wow since i discovered the The Frying Pan this little gem is my one & only choice for fish & chips in the area. They are the most reasonably priced which is important for my budget. They are very Generous with chips, the fish large and Medium are well cooked and delicious. Recommended 100%.

Friendly Staff and Nice food as always. Wouldn't go anywhere else. If it had 1 downfall it wld be its closing time. But that's it. Definitely a 5☆ chippie.

Best chip shop around period, the ribs and chicken is to die for, all the staff are lovely. I actually drive past two chips shops to come here,my family have been using this place for years and never had a dodgy bit of food,........oh and the curry sauce is a must try 👌

My First visit and it was a good experience. The staff were friendly, the chips were fresh and fish was ok. If I'm within the area again I would not hesitate to pop in.

Love the ribs here. Savoloys are nice too. Staff always friendly and quick service. Shame they don't have cod roe already cooked.

We asked The Frying Pan to provide us with sausage,chips and wedges for our wedding reception They couldn't of been more accommodating they took the booking in advance. They delivered on time and wow the portions where massive they went down a treat with the guests They especially loved the wedges. And as a bonus gave us extras. Would highly recommend The frying Pan if you are thinking of catering for a party.

Stopped off for fish and chips, I have cancer, and been fancying this. So big mistake 1 piece of fish there, could not stand around, so paid extra for the large piece. It was as dry as anything, and batter had absorbed the moisture. Thank goodness for the lovely chips,perfectly cooked, and Tasty!

Over rated sorry the chips were under cooked and fish soggy. I am really surprised at these reviews unless the guy didn’t like me and gave me soggy food because I don’t understand how people could rate this so highly. I’m genuinely baffled......
