It was my first time here and the service was excellant. The staff were very attentive and the food was amazing. Will definitely be returning.

First visit here, and it was an excellent experience! Staff gave amazing service, the food is of generous portions, glad we gave starters a miss, unfortunately we couldn't fit in a dessert as we were so stuffed. I can highly recommend the Godfather burger & the steak & blue cheese salad! The burger is huge, and the onion rings were delicious, I couldn't finish off the fries, which were crispy and delicious. The salad, I believe, was amazing, very flavourful steak, loads of blue cheese, which was surprising, was expecting just a few pieces crumbled up! The salad was well dressed and still srispy, no soggy leaves here! Will be making it a regular haunt

We had 2 winter warmers and Atlantic Basket and Shepherd’s Pie followed by Apple Pie. As always left with a full tum and didn’t need any tea. Paul makes you feel extremely welcome, great service. Always enjoy a visit whether it’s a family party or just the two of us.

Came for a family birthday and would like to thank all the staff and the owners for making it so special. Food was fantastic with really great portion sizes.

I went with a group of eleven. We had pre-ordered food and despite several last minute changes to our numbers, the staff could not have been more patient and helpful. We were given a lovely table where we could all sit together and the food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed what they'd chosen. We will definitely be paying another visit for our next social!

Attended the foundry without booking , This wasn’t a problem to the staff , they found us a table instantly. The manager Martin was fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us. His customer service was outstanding and made us feel very welcome . He regularly checked back on us to make sure everything was all good, Highly recommend the food , service and overall experience. Absolutely incredible food, cosy atmosphere. Great staff who literally can’t do enough for you. Genuinely one of the nicest places we’ve eaten. Lots of different rooms and seating arrangements, I’d imagine there’s something comfortable for everyone. Clean and well stocked bathrooms

Absolutely lovely pub. The menu has a great variety and the ‘famous swords’ are out of this world! Had a halloumi and a steak one. I have never seen such huge pieces of halloumi! Meal portions generous. They were happy to adapt a meal for our 2 year old daughter, making the meal much more enjoyable for all! Thank you Martin! Food and drink is very reasonably priced. Came here when it opened originally and wasn't too impressed but thought me and my partner would give it another shot! And wow what can I say, we are more than glad we gave it another go because the service, food and atmosphere was spot on! The two lads behind the bar are a credit to the business and deserve a mention. We will definitely be back and certainly recommend.

Visited for lunch and the sandwich menu included cheese bar the fish finger sandwich. All sandwiches included a portion of chips in the price of nearly £13. Some of the sandwiches were very greasy so unfortunately don't think we will visit here again.
