The Flour Pot Bakery in Brighton and Hove

Decided to stop be here on our way to Brighton Open Air Theatre (BOAT) to pick up some sandwiches, sweet treats and some soft drinks, for a picnic. Sandwiches were fresh and so tasty (I’d recommend the smoked applewood and red onion jam baguette). Soft drinks were wonderfully chilled - much needed on the hot day we were experiencing. Take away service really quick. Staff friendly.

Come here for breakfast, coffee is always good, the brioche breakfast buns are a must try. Peferct for me as its just 5 minutes from home

Have been here many many times. We used to enjoy sitting in and enjoying tea. We moved away so recently we just get a take away, i love their vegan psin au chocolats and crossoints. Staff always friendly ans polite, in all their locations.

Sandwiches are way too expansive for what you have inside. 1 slice of cheese 1 slice of ham and a tiny bit of mustard, for more than 5 pounds is just insane.

Their banana and blue berry muffins were moist and moreish, and the cinnamon and orange buns were worth the walk on crutches.

It’s a big statement but the special grilled sandwich is honestly the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten!!!! Absolutely delicious made up fresh, followed by banana cake. Couldn’t be better!?

They do great coffee here, and really good sandwiches too. Love their fresh bread selection, and the staff are very friendly. It's not very big but always buzzing.

Just popped in for a sandwich drink and treated myself to one of their famous biscuits. Everything is very good pleasant staff and freshly baked food. Lots of different options.

I've gotten a few loaves of bread from here before and the quality is fantastic. Really tasty. But it wasn't until I sat in yesterday and had a coffee and pastry that I fell in love with the place. I can't recommend the maple pecan twist enough. Make sure you get it warmed up.

Good quality coffee and appealing looking range of savouries and sweets (massive cake portions served!). The space is very limited. Staff is friendly and efficient. Resonable prices.

This is a nice spot for a coffee at The Seven Dials, the tea and cakes were delicious and I really enjoyed catching up with my friend here. I would also highly recommend their sourdough bread.

Oooh they do lovely vegan pain au chocolats and croissants here and they taste so good! But you have to be quick as they sell out fast.

They serve the best black Americano in Brighton and the pastries are yummie too! Staff is always super friendly. Absolute must-visit :)

The chai lattes at Flour Pot are lovely and they’ve just started doing more vegan pastries (croissants). Yay! Keep it coming, more vegan options please :)

The longer we stayed, the more they changed our wonderful scenery.....filled with pastries, cakes, breakfast buns and sandwiches. Every half and hour this then progressed to cupcakes, sliced loaves and other delightful delicacies. It is safe to say, that you could easily forget about your chores, and indulge in good coffee and cake, accompanied with. A good matter to old friends and family. Highly recommend when visiting Seven Dials.

Very cramped and uncomfortable. Service slow. Terrible - undrinkable -pot of tea. Bakery items looked nice but rather expensive.

The Flour Pot is an excellent littlecplace to stop off for tea and cake. Staff are always friendly and service is good. A nice relaxing place to sit. Their sour dough is really good too.

Lack of training & prioritisation skills is evident amongst the staff. 20' average waiting time on multiple occasions to be served a coffee.

A small place, but definitely my preferred option at Seven Dials. Lovely coffee, amazing choice of cakes etc, and of course a vast range of breads to buy and take home. Friendly service at all times.
