The Floating Grace in Liverpool

Excellent evening on the Floating Grace with Captain Peter and his crew. Interesting talk that was informative and funny and beautiful 2 course dinner. Music and sing a long was fun. Would highly recommend.

A great day out with good entertainment.

Absolutely a fabulous Sunday afternoon. The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble. The atmosphere was brill. Peter the skipper got us up dancing. Definitely would recommend the Floating Grace.

Had a fabulous Easter day afternoon tea cruise on the Floating Grace to celebrate my niece's Birthday. Captain Peter was so entertaining and his history review of the dockland area was really interesting. Definitely a bucket list option for a really entertaining afternoon. Very friendly and welcoming crew. Great atmosphere and food was very good too. Will definitely be back in the summer. 10/10. Disabled parking though was awful and had to park quite a way away.

Lovely cruise around Salthouse and Royal Albert docks and along to the Marina. Afternoon tea on board was delicious, wine was nice and chilled.

I took my Auntie for the Afternoon Tea cruise today (13/3/2024) for her birthday. Wasn't sure what to expect and she can be quite fussy. Had a really good time, food lovely, atmosphere really good and the captain kept us all entertained with the history of the docks with a few amusing stories thrown in! Had a good sing song to finish the cruise. Well worth the money and will definitely go back again.

Visited for Mothers Day Sunday Lunch Cruise, lovely unique idea, friendly staff and great value for money. We all really enjoyed the experience.

Booking this for a party of 16 for afternoon tea was made easy by staff. Service from staff faultless making about afternoon tea surprise for our friend priceless. I would definatley recommend a trip on the Floating Grace. First of all was easy to book online, well organized, staff were friendly and helpful. Went went on a Sunday afternoon before a concert we had the Sunday roast food was really nice and nice and hot too. I would definatley go again. Thank you to all staff.

What a fantastic find in the heart of The Royal Albert Dock!! Ships company is very knowledgeable and entertaining, a big shout out to Peter ( Beans ) and the rest of the crew. Food was well presented and very tasty ( lamb shank ) . Well worth a visit for a 2 hour tour and very reasonable prices for drinks.

Booked a Sunday lunch on the Floating Grace. The whole experience was first class and the food was piping hot and very tasty. The whole of the crew were so friendly, and Peter the captain provided us with excellent entertainment throughout our time on board.

We went as two couples on the evening dinner cruise. There were fewer people on the boat than we expected but we all had a great time. We had some information about the history of the Albert Docks as we left then the meal - which was good - and then a really good party afterwards. It was better then we expected and everyone was really friendly.

Great way to see the docks and learn the history. Staff were excellent.

While it was a good experience, the food was disappointing. The meat was processed, frozen roast potatoes/Yorkshire puddings and the apple pie was shop bought. Portions were quite small. Prices are not reflected in the quality. The staff were friendly and towards the end of the cruise it became a bit more lively. I think if there was a bit of a warm up before the food was served, as it was literally served the minute we set off, the atmosphere might have been a bit more relaxed and enjoyable. Matching cups for the tea would have been a nice touch or maybe even the option to have a pot of tea with matching cups. As they do afternoon tea, I assumed they have matching sets.

Booked an afternoon tea cruise for mums Xmas present, great option to have a gift voucher service so she was able to choose one of the different cruises. Found the whole process of purchasing the voucher online and then booking really straight forward Even being a local we saw parts of the Mersey and Liverpool that the public don’t generally see Skipper had a great local knowledge and spoke with passion and enthusiasm, adding to the overall experience, really beneficial for visitors to the area

Amazing afternoon tea today. Gluten free properly catered for too. Would highly recommend it. Lovely food, staff and views up and down the river mersey.

The staff appeared to enjoy the trip as much as the customers. The boat was clean and comfortable. It was warm and cosy, even though the weather was bitterly cold. There were limited choices for food but it was very tasty. The gravy with the lamb dish was about the best I've ever tasted (I said as much to the crew). There is a small bar which has very competitive prices. All in all, we had a great experience which was excellent value.

We visited the boat on January 14th. The boat was warm and welcoming, staff were very attentive and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Food was hot and flavourful, and considering the small galley, it was delivered quickly too. The Captain and the crew were interactive with all guests, and spoke to everyone individually to ensure they were having a good time. Great balance of history and then music. Had roast dinner on 3rd December. Obviously the weather was rubbish but it was warm and cosy on the boat. Had a fab time. The host/owner was so friendly and funny, he had us up dancing and singing. The staff were brilliant can't fault anyone. Compliment to the chef, the food was great. The atmosphere was superb. I will be booking again and can't wait for my sisters to join me this time. Fantastic, got to be honest we weren’t expecting much, but what a fabulous time we had. Their was 14 of us, they accommodated 3 disabled people very well. The whole atmosphere was brilliant, we had a singalong, a bit of a bop ( conga line at one point 😂) the captain was great, informative and very funny 😄. Couldn’t of wanted more. Absolutely fabulous in every category. We went for the Christmas lunch. The food was delicious, cooked freshly in such a small galley. Staff were friendly, humorous, knowledgeable and professional. Lovely harbour cruise for my partners birthday. The food is average. I had the Spinach ravioli and it was dry, no sauce and felt like it was bought from Aldi. The lamb shanks were changed to lamb steaks. The owner is very entertaining and made you feel very welcome. Nice experience, just need a bit of help with the food.
