Friendly staff,quite good portions. Unfortunately on this visit my chips were just about Luke warm.

Tried their special Indian kebab burger came with a massive portion of chips and a drink for £10, which for a burger and drinks is on the high end price wise but wow what a burger it was amazing worth every penny the flavour was unreal and the chips were perfect too plus the place was spotless

Chips were awful, lots of black bits in the potatoes and tasted like it was cooked in old fat. Fish tasted like it was left under the heat lamp, batter greasy. Gravy Lumpy I’m afraid I would not recommend. (Changed now under new management)

The chips were terrible, some green, black and plenty with black bits that should have been cut away before cooking. They were not what l excepted from a first visit but it will be our last.

Haddock was good, but mushy peas were very, very salty. Chips not crispy, flat & look like cardboard. This wasn't late, we bought the fish supper about 1800hrs. Disappointed

First time buying from here. Was a pop in and go on way home. Will use again

My husband got masala fish and chips and when opened it up at home the fish was all burnt which was disappointing, like why would you serve burnt fish?! But the chips and large cod fish was fine.

Order food via just eat. Waited over 2 hours for our food. Called the fish and chip bros told it’s on its way don’t worry. Told that it wouldn’t be cold. Told that just cancel the order and the food will come and you’ll get your money back. All lies cause we never got our money back or the food and funny enough they close at 8 so couldn’t get though to them to collect the food. Biggest waste of money. Don’t order from here and don’t trust a word they say

Can't complain about the food it was fine had 2 large chips and a curry sauce so can't go on that as far as a review however the experience in store and and how uncomfortable it was they way they spoke to there staff like dirt for that reason I will never use this place again I know there paid for doing there job but noone is perfect 100% of the time and no amount of money is worth being left feeling degraded publicly infront of customers in a place of public service they are lucky to have anyone willing to work for them to keep there business afloat for the way they treated there staff and the uncomfortable atmosphere was uwful

Awful chips. Thought I’d try the local chip shop, arrived at 4:30pm when they open. The chips were all hard and painful to eat, the very few semi soft ones were cardboard like, I imagine they were recooked from lunch time. Thanks for the sore throat 😂

Been tonight and the chips were so dry and hard and were only bits, very luke warm, Fish was lovely but again wasn’t hot. Mind your teeth eating the chips as so hard!! Won’t be returning!

Multiple occasions had Raw chips, called for a refund was told to speak to the manager but he wasn't in. Don't know why we return thinking they will improve. The person on the phone said it's a regular complaint. Staff arguing with each other. Part of order missing. Just poor

Took my money but despite promises the order never arrived. Can’t get through on the phone. Fell very short

Took nearly 30 minutes waiting for our food and when we got home they hadn’t put everything in the bag. We then had to go back to the shop to pick up the rest of our order, after being told they put it in the bag, they then found the items on the hot plate. The sauces are half full as well. This is our local and we will not be coming here again.

This was the first time I’d used this chip shop and I was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty, fresh food served by a polite, efficient young man who couldn’t have been more helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Crispy chips. Chunky crispy batter cod. Not greasy. It's £9 now but was excellent.

Really awful staff arguing with each other then can't get my order right pointed this out argued with me So got money back and left New owners a disgrace Don't be misled by the stars these are reviews from previous owners who were great.

I used to love the food from here but tonight I wasn't happy at all the cod was over cooked and the batter was burnt the scampi was burnt and tasted off to the point it made me sick my daughterrs cod roe was burnt and when she took the batter off the cod roe it was slimmey .The chips are awful and the only edible food was some sausage, we were all very disappointed especially as it's normally good but after wasting almost £50 today I won't be in a hurry to waste my money again .

Brilliant fish and chips tasty kebabs prices are higher than most but the food is good.

Best fish and chips we've had in a long time! Batter was crispy and chips were just right for us. We paid £20.50 for 2 large haddock, chips and mushy peas and there was more than enough for four adults. And served in a stylish, slim cardboard box - We'll definitely get our fish and chips here again.

Will not be going here again prices gone up, portions gone down. Better value else where just up the road.

Ordered food for 8 people and cost me 85 pounds I normally go to a place 25 miles away from here for my Friday meal on the way home it's less than half the price and twice as warm by the time I get home it majorly over priced who pays 12 quid for fish and chips nearly the price of a restraunt. The worst part is the donner meat was dry and border line uneatable don't waste your money here.

Took our money. Didn't get our food. Total scam. Still haven't been able to contact them

Portion sizes are now so small it's priced us out of going here. Sadly for them I think £4.60 for their large chips which left my 13 year old still hungry is where I draw the line. I appreciate everything has gone up but it's not prices that we as customers can sustain paying. Sorry fish and chip bros but we can't afford to give you our custom anymore when we can get more for less on Donnington parade.

These were the best fish and chips I had in years. Fresh and traditional just like ones that my dad used to pick up a bag when he used to work shifts when I was a child. Fish was fresh and chips were crispy but soft from inside. Thank you so much. It’s about time some one did the best fish and chips in Telford. This is our Fridays regular chippy. 😍

Food arrived late and wasn't at the standard as expected. To top off they delivered the bottle of coke to another property and then refused another bottle.

Best chips I've had in a long time pie was lovely and mushy peas they are to die for enjoyed very much definitely order again and again thank you for a good meal

Could this be the slowest service of any fish and chip shop in the country? ???? ? One star as fish and chips are ok when you do finally get them but be prepared to wait and inordinately long time.

Used to be very good but now long wait for food if they got it. I personally think this shop has gone downhill and the management don’t really care anymore.

They used to be amazing (and the food is still alright I guess) but after a couple of experiences of waiting over 2 hours for small orders (2 meals) that then arrived luke warm and missing drinks/sauces/salad, it’s beyond a joke now unfortunately. Someone seriously needs to look into what on earth has gone wrong. And for gods sake hire a new driver ‘We only have 1 driver on and we’ve been really busy’ isn’t a great excuse if customers are hearing it repeatedly, if you’re that rammed, stop taking online orders!

Scam. Ordered food, took them an hour to call us to confirm the order, an hour later food still hadn't arrived, called them and they had closed. Was refused a refund for food I had paid for but hadn't received.

I paid £3.50 Uber delivery then had to go back to the shop to retrieve my missing items,this is the second time in a week this shop has got my order wrong. By the time I got back from the shop the rest of my food was cold, the donor meat has hard bits in and the naan wasn't cooked properly. I have used this shop for a while and it's gone down hill.

Ordered my food but received only half of it . Tried to phone up but no answer . When you pay so much money you expect to receive all your food. First time ordering from here. Not happy

Food is good- service massively declined in last 6 months. Two orders, in two weeks both wrong. Yes manager/owner sorted BUT you shouldn’t have to check especially when order is in excess of £50 an order! Suggest new staff either improve or move in as the food is awesome but service gone downhill :(

Constantly getting home to find food missing. Not sure if they do it on purpose hoping people won't bother to drive back. A large kebab meat and chips minus the chips tonight!! Won't be going back to get ripped off!!

Food wasn't upto standard, I ordered a mixed Kebab there was less than 1/4 of a chicken breast in the portion. It looked throwed together and the person serving referred to everyone as mate. The server seemed new, lacked direction and not professional. I won't be visiting again.... ((ever))

Gone downhill, it was good 18 months/ 2 years ago, now serving cold chips, cold curry sauce and tasteless low quality fish. Shame, it was a goodun 😉

Well what can I say I like a kebab. But this kebab hit the spot moist chicken full of flavour and the kebab meat is banging I usually have chips. I'm glad I didn't I am stuffed. Now that's what I call a kebab.

Went to the adjoining Vets & not to this Business. Had a few bad experiences here, so i tend to avoid it, unless desparate.

Had two small cod and chips early Friday evening so should have been fresh.Fish was mushy and batter rubbery,obviously lunchtime leftovers.Expect more for £11.75

Well it's the first time in the last 14 months since all this covid stuff started that we've had fish and chips as a takeaway meal. Originally we're from Lincolnshire, near enough to the coast to know what good fish and chips taste like. Our preference is for haddock. We ordered three haddock, a large bags of chips and mushy peas to be delivered. We really enjoyed our meal. The chips and mushy peas tasted great. The fish were huge and each one was in its own box and arrived hot and unbroken. This was every bit as good as any I've had from up North. It was spot on. Costs a bit but that's the fish market and ultimately it was great value. Will definitely get them again.

This My Local Chippy, The Staff are really friendly and polite, Never had a Problem with anything so far that I've Eaten the Portion are Just Right and Everthing Tasty Yummy, Me and my Husband Shared half a Roast Chicken and Chips I think it was £5.50 but don't quote me, There's lots to choose from on there Menu so you won't get bored with the Same thing unless it's your Regular meal you like lol Helen Cooper From Muxton Telford.

Wow, wow, and wow. Amazing crispy fish with the most amazing Tartar/Garlic sauce. Prepared perfectly. Ample salt and vinegar. Chips were amazing with the best curry sauce I've had yet. Lost for words...beat fish and chips I've had in 6 years.

First time we used fish n chips bros but we had heard good reviews and were not disappointed. The service was fast and polite. They told us their meal deal was cheaper than ordering separately and the cod and chips were superb flavour and quality served in boxes. Will definitely go again.

this chippy used to be very good but its going down hill i think with the new staff.i ordered a kabab and the kabab meat was like leather so dry,they knew they shouldnt of served it but did anyway and that tells you alot about a business.i had to go back and get it replaced.

I have ordered a Cod and a Haddock. After order I was kicked out to wait for food in heavy rain. Waited 10 minutes and get a bag with food. I returend to my home just to see they gave me 2 bags of chips and not even one fish. Other takeaways have bigger than 3 people que and can give orders correctly. Stay away.

Usually a good chippy but disappointed today. I was served a cold fish which i suspect was left over from their lunch open hours and was given curry sauce instead of peas which i have an allergy to. Basically only the chips were edible.

Chips were raw& sausage uncooked . Pink& sloppy . I felt physically sick looking at the sausage. Only tried the place as it had such good reviews ! Never again 🤢

Good value for money! Great chips + if you are not really hungry, go for the kids meals; they are just £2.40. For this you get chips with sausage/ small fish/ fish cake + a kid's drink. Cans are 90p + mayo/ketchup is 25p extra.

Its a takeaway that serves fish and chips, burgers, kebabs, chicken, sausages. They also do a good vegetarian menu and gluten free option. On enquiry they confirmed they dont fry the fish with other meat. The prices are competitive. Loved the gravy sauce. Very helpful staff. They accept card payments. I would definitely recommend.

If you want your food served off the floor, then this is the place for you! They dropped one of the chicken nuggets I had ordered and used tongs to pick it up from the floor and put in my tray of food. Shame because I thought their food was quality until then.

Lovely chip shop. Came to telford from wolves for a meerkat experience and the lovely staff was telling us about a garden centre nearby that did garden meerkats etc, food was amazing and the best fish ive ever tasted! Definately recommend!

I called lunch time and had fish and chips. I must say they were very nice and I would recommend. The chippy looked very clean and service was really really good. There is also a seating area outside.
