Had a mixed meat special for lunch, definitely yesterday’s meat. So dry that I choked. Then he put the salad on with his hands even though a pincher was right there? The same hand he took cash from a customer before me with…basic hygiene wouldn’t go amiss

The food was alright, but the customer service was appalling and incompetent , the food took forever and the server was very inpatient and rude, I got talked to like a child . The only good thing is the prices . Wouldn’t suggest this place unfortunately.

Food good portions hot not overdone would recommend any time 100% good delivery as well.

I called about 20x to ask if anything was on my burger as there was no option i was sent a plain dry chicken burger with dry chips was so disappointed

i ordered a cheeseburger and battered chips, it was just two bread with a patty inside no cheese,lettuce sauce at all.The chips were not cooked properly

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the lady who served me around 5.15pm this evening. I went in to get a bag of chips, and my card got declined. I didn't have enough money in the bank, as my hubby hadn’t transferred any over. I told her to leave it, as I hadn’t got enough. But Becuse she had already served the chips, she let me have them for free. I’m So grateful, that there are still kind people out there. And the chip butty when I got home was delicious. So thank you

Chips were lovely as usual. Curry sauce was a little more watery than the last time and the fish tasted slightly different but overall good food. Good portions too for a small fish and chips. My go to chippy!

I ordered a 500ml bottle of pepsi max, a large chips with a mix of battered and non-battered chips and a scollop through uber eats. I did not get a papsi max bottle and instead of a Coca-Cola zero. The battered chips batter was very chewy and had a weird after taste, and the regular unbattered chips were completely inedible. I think the oil needs changing or something, but they taisted burned even though they appeared fine. so overall inedible chips and the wrong drink. A complete waste of money Edit (for response from the owner) I did ring the shop today and was offered free chips If I ordered from them again through Uber Eats. I declined as I don't plan on ordering again in the future. The owner claims the oil is changed daily but considering the chips tasted burned I do doubt that. In my phone call I did say I did phone simply to raise my concerns and give proper feedback. I do hope it is changed daily but from my experiance with the chips I had, I doubt it.

argument with the delivery driver not doing his job and bringing my food to the door and telling me he was going to leave my food down stairs on the floor. why do we pay delivery if the drivers are incompetent and unwilling to do their job 🤔

Had to wait for chips, another person came in ordered and got served before me the chips were fresh but peas were water fish didn't taste nice at all won't be going back

I work in Sandwell and since I bought chicken and chips at this chip shop I tell you it was like am eating something I never eat before.the chicken so nice and crispy,and their chips taste delicious. I was not a person who loved chippy but I tell you this is the place to come.Good is great so as staff. My family tried it too and each time am in office I always get them chicken and chips they love it.Come and have your bite.

I know how uber eats works you have taken the order so are responsible for cancelling the order wants you place the order and you except the order it's down to you cancel I'm not stupid

food not labelled correctly on menu, chicken fillet burger is actually a spicy burger and contains chilli which is not mentioned anywhere on the menu

Well what can I say, I'm very impressed 👏 the chips are amazing ( battered). Beautiful fish, curry sauce and peas great, garlic bread with cheese not so great very chewy. I will definitely be ordering again...!! delivery was great too 👍

Time kept being changed, majority of order was wrong. Food was cold for what was actually able to be eaten. Salad put all over mixed meat when asked for plain & batter chips sent with meals when ordered battered chips separate. Paid for sauces which also didn’t come

chips and sausage good, kebab meat cut very thick, Naan was tough, little salad and sauce with no tomato on one, the pitta kebab had next to no salad and couldn't find any evidence of mayo

A delicious piece of Haddock with Battered Chips and a Curry Sauce. Have used this outlet on numerous occasions and so far have always been impressed by the food.

My Parents where regular users of this shop on just eat. Multiple times a week they would order from here. On there last encounter when there order arrived there was missing items from the order. Once reported to just eat the shop claimed they had sent the missing items with the delivery. You would expect them to own up to there mistake and refund the money for the items. On multiple occasions my parents had tried calling the shop but had no luck, due to being disabled they are unable to get out the house to speak to someone in person.

Food was not as warm as expected, almost stale tasting like it had been reheated instead of fresh. Never happened before with this place. Sad for this experience

Vile. Everything was cold apart from the samosas which were not indian meat samosas but chopped up chicken donner in oil soaked pastry. They called to say they had no pizza and wouldn't refund either but then said they had pizza but would be a little longer to deliver. Food was delivered very very cold. The kebab was like shredded scraps of dark greasy grizzly bits of left over chicken from the bottom and there was so much of it it was like they wanted to get rid of it. Nothing was fresh at all apart from the samosas which were hot but not meat as advertised. Before you reply and say it was fresh and I've made this up don't bother, never again. Can't believe today after all of the reviews I had read. Disgusting.

items missing off the order. When i asked for them to send the remainder of the order, they refused, and told me to claim back the missing items. All i wanted was my tea. NOT GOOD ENOUGH I WANTED MY TEA NOT A REFUND
