Avoid. Everytime very poor customer service with rude staff. Never any food available and the food they do serve is guaranteed to leave you sitting on your toilet questioning why you went back.

Always had good food from here and good service. The variety is good and they do battered chips which is always a bonus.

Food great but delivery was very late

If I could give a -5 star for this restaurant I would. We placed order at 12 noon. After 2 hours they tried to deliver after we called the restaurant to cancel with full refund who said OK as it was too late. Order says delivered but no food

Absolutely fuming, food order was wrong and for such a small portion for only 2 meals not even with drinks cost £20. When the food came the order was wrong, we contacted the company told them and did nothing about it.

Absolutely fuming, don’t do take out often and wanted to try a new place..the 2 regular meals which were practically small asf came to £20, I didn’t mind at this point as I thought well we don’t treat ourselves so why not, the food came and the order was wrong and again I didn’t mind as mistakes happen. The one order was suppose to be a mix meat and chips which states 3 of the meats and when the order came it was just chicken so I had rang the place to ask if they were able to take the item back and change it because like I said £20 for something so small I expected the order to be atleast right, they admitted to making the mistake but said they don’t have their own driver but next time we order they can sort something out but we don’t order often so if anything it’s pointless..they said to go through justeat to get the refund and they’ll confirm it so when I did justeat ended up saying they couldn’t give me the refund despite whoever it was on the phone telling us to do that and they would confirm it but it’s funny because they ended up denying it which means I couldn’t get my refund. If the food was a good standard too, I wouldn’t be as mad but it wasn’t. 0 for the portion. 0 for the taste. 0 for the service. Deffo 0 for the damn price. I should have checked the reviews first…

The driver said he was outside and messaged me i messaged him bk telling him to buzz the flat and i was stood at the flat door ... he marked the food as deleivered and now i have no food at all!! Wth

i paid £10 for a kebab in nan bread and it literally had 7 strips of meat that’s actually a joke it wasn’t even a small

Very bad place very slow service I ordered a fish and chips over the phone and it took half an hour to be ready they don't know how to work the owner should train them properly.very very slow survice

Staff so ignorant gave them one more chance after last time they a disgrace so rude AVOID Food was disgusting not fresh scabby chips not fresh neither was the kebab meats and the salad was rancid. I kept it for environmental health they collect tomorrow this place needs closing down AVOID

Usually happy with this place hardly any chips not much battery on the battered sausages and the that's not a large Cornish pastie by any standards it was also hard and very dry Not up to usual standards sorry

Food was broadly fine - mushy peas were abominably salty and fish a bit over battered. The goalposts kept shifting on time to delivery which is always frustra

food arrived stone cold with the ice cream open and all over the burger and fries. delivery kept getting delayed because the courier kept taking off somewhere else. absolutely abysmal

Ordered tonight plus 2 pizzas they called and said pizzas not available ...I said refund me the cash then..they could not do that ..then they said it would take longer to cook be about 40 minutes not a problem I said...then they cancelled my whole order Tried calling and they didnt answer the phone..so what is it don't have the ingredients or can't be bothered to cook them...if you can't uphold the menu then take the items off ...very disappointed you have lost my custom.

Food was only warm upon arrival. I put this down to the courier, not the store. However, the kids meal was very small compared to what was expected unfortunately.

I ordered a mix meat and chips on Uber eats a few months ago and got a really bad stomach not long after eating. Not thinking anything of it I ordered food again on Saturday with my mum and we both fell sick. The donnor kebab was rock hard like stone . Used to be a nice chippy years ago but it’s gone downhill and left us both with bad bellies .

Ordered food within 3 minutes to ask if it was OK that there was no battered chips or cod pieces and to swith to plain chips and a mini fish no problem at all, cut to delivey by 10.05 no food no answer on the phone no food at all why call us if there was no intention to deliver absolutely disgusting behaviour never again and its such a shame because the food is lovely

I ordered 2 fish and chips and curry sauce instead of telling me he didn’t have curry sauce the shop just put a note on the box it’s like ordering a pizza and it coming with no cheese on it the curry sauce is the things that pulls the meal together and then he still charged me for it

chips fresh and hot..hate to say but it could be down to the time I ordered. chicken was warm,but dry,hard,chewy. fish bites were OK,slightly cold and tiny.i ordered 3 peices because last time the chicken was a1 and perfect but not this time.i won't leave bad feedback because food is usually perfect so hopefully better service next time.

the delivery driver made 2 other stops including waiting at McDonald's for 10 minutes before delivering my food which after nearly 30 minutes was cold. now I'll lose out on a refund from just eat thanks to the driver.

chicken was actually very nicely seasoned and somewhat fresh..10/10 for that...large fish wasn't large in my opinion but that aside..very nice ..quality food there 9 out of 10 for fish size only downside on this order ..always larger on other orders so I'll give and take.

Food was lovely, arrived hot, would order again. Only issue was I had a meal deal that had 2 large kebabs, chips etc, 1 of the kebabs seemed half the size of the other.

I thought the cost of delivery was very high and did not have many chips...

Requested delivery for 18:00 unfortunately it was delivered for 18:15. However, food was piping hot, exactly as ordered and delivery driver was polite all in all a very good experience. will order again.
