Very nice pizza and perfectly cooked.

They like to burn the cheese on the pizza, although if you request, they will cook it to your requirements.

Absolutely crap, had to call multiple times. First time I was told driver is leaving now, then again half hour later, driver is leaving now. Seems like this is their standard stock reply and obviously a lie. Delivery was over an hour later than quoted. Pizza was nice but I wouldn't bother unless you're collecting.

Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. Called the shop to be told she has just left. Cookies came in one blob and burnt

Absolutely love this place, pizza always piping hot, fresh and crispy. Unbelievable and would always recommend this place, small place but staff always friendly and always got great offers on collection

Placed order today for 3 large today messed my order up and gave me 2 large pizza's and one medium and hardly any chickn on there.

Flat base, minimal tomato sauce, hardly any toppings and way too much cheese that was not even cooked properly! Very bad service too!

We absolutely love this pizza chain. Everytime we are up in Cradley Heath we always try and factor in a stop here. The quality of ingredients and the taste of the cheese and tomato base is extremely delicious.

Order was wrong, also tried to over charge. Phone order was 30min late and had to wait in store for them to make it.

Horrible food. Ordered chicken and it was burnt then ordered a pizza and was burnt. Also a hair found in the pizza slices

Price was appealing, however the service was bad from the start with the guy obviously busy but quite rude and abrupt. Ordered 2 kids meals and after paying was told the only drinks we could have were Pepsi cans with 23g sugar. Fries were poured on top of pizza so had stuck on the cheese as it cooled by the time we got home and the pizza had not been cut. Should have stuck to Gino's Pizza a few shops down!

Waited an One Hour and Twenty Minutes for a Vegi Pizza and it was colder than the Arctic.

Undercooked pizza!, tasteless and cold!!

Ordered food at 18.00, the App said it would be delivered at 19.15. By the time 19.45 came, I started calling them to see what was happening. I called and called and called, it just kept rining out. By 20.00, I decided to go there and see what was going on. When I walked in, I wasn't even acknowledged, then when I told them I'd been waiting for a delivery, I discovered they hadn't even made a start on my order 😡 they were even going to still charge me delivery, as I had paid on my card via the App. But I insisted they reimbursed me. Food was finally ready at 20.30. I can appreciate things aren't running normally, due to current events. But, they haven't even got the courtesy to answer the phone and let people know what's going on. First time coming here, and will def be my last!! 😡😡😡😡

Very nice pizza and the service was good only used once so far but will use again as when I rang up nothing seemed to much trouble for them which is rare these days!

Great pizza within 10 minutes..

Ordered pizza from here asked for no cheese and explained about intolerance, what did I find...pieces of cheese, the quorn Swedish balls were cut into small pieces and burnt. The meat pizza meat balls were also cut into small pieces. The customer service on the phone was very poor but the delivery driver was a nice guy. Never again!

Love this place. Prices are way cheaper if you collect order. Best pizza place that we've been to in ages.

The pizza is really nice but the guy took ages to make it . So that's why I gave it 4 stars. If you have time to wait around then I guess this place would be 5 stars for you . Pizza is really delicious tho!

Always been to pizza go go and it’s been 10/10 but today, I thought I’d have a strawberry cheesecake for dessert, I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza. Went to have my cheesecake to find it was frozen? I then phoned for them to tell me to put it in the microwave? Who puts a cheesecake in the microwave? 😂

Im a regular customer and i have never been disspointed before, however this time they completey messed up our order.. forgot to give stuffed crust and my boyfriend asked for a pepperoni heart on mine as its valentines day and paid extra.. but the man 'forgot' its a shame because usually a good pizza place.. disspointed.

Smelled and tasted like old used oil, price was nothing like the menu or window stickers stated
