McDonald's in Sandwell

I order from the McDonalds app, which makes this the place I get the food from, not by choice. I normally order for 3 people, including myself and somehow 5 individual times they have left out my burger and only my burger. If I wasn't so annoyed, I would honestly be impressed.

A Quick service considering how busy the environment was .However meal was not up to expectations as expected. Tasted good but unfortunately meal was cold. Luke warm not something you have purchased a hot meal .McDonald's should pay more attention to getting the meals out hot rather than getting the. Meal's out quickly. A satisfied customer will always return.. Highly recommended for speedy services......

IM SICK AND TIRED OF BEING ROBBED OF MY MONEY . A BLOODY MUFFIN 2 DAYS AGO WAS MISSING AND THIS TIME A SALAD . THE MUFFIN IS FRIGEN PREPARED ALREADY AND NEEDS TO BE MOVED FROM ONE BOX TO A BAG . IVE HAD ENOUGH . THEY EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO ADD THE BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND KNIFE AND FORK . Thanks love I’ll cut through the bag shall I ? . Workers have the vision of a 95 year old . And as for the EXTRA pickle Situation on my burger ????? Count your days Maccies IF YOU CAN EVEN DO THAT because your workers can’t seem to count past 4 either . And WHY has the other burger been WIPED across the surface and classed as onion ?!!?? May aswell eat the remnants out of a dirty sink with a sponge if we’re going for texture and style. Ordered food over 1hour 45 mins with uber. To be told that the uber driver is still waiting for food rubbish service by macdonalds not even answering the calls

Took my grandchildren for late lunch. Very busy inside but we managed to get a table after 5 minutes. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Just been through drive thru and asked for quite a few items, one being a plant burger but got a hamburger. This was for a vegetarian. Phoned twice but phone just rings till it cuts off

Supposed to be 24hr. I went at 4am after my night shift to be told they were closed and they close all night....despite the opening hrs online and in there window stating there 24hr.

Just received the family deal from this Mcdonalds via just eat. Inside the burger was a x 3 long blonde hairs, not just 1!!!!!!...DISGUSTING YOUR SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. I vow to never ever eat from here again. The money and custom you make, this deserves reporting to the Food Hygeine Agency!!!

Not a good experience AGAIN! Went in to order a drink and mcmuffin, standing at the counter, two members of staff one if them wearing a suit not one acknowledged me, could have said be with you in a minute but nothing, after a while i left. I won't be going back again.

Went in for a milkshake..popped to the loo and the toilet was the worst I'd ever seen in a maccys..reported them to our server and she just shrugged her shoulders..and those paper straws are ridiculous. Collapsed after a couple of sips..this maccys needs to wake up

This McDonald's is really good and very rarely have a problem with food quality, the only thing I have occasionally is mistakes and missing items with my orders, specifically using Uber eats, but it can't be helped especially during busy hours for the staff. Overall this is one of the better McDonald's and it's location is a big plus.

I ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin. Only to find when I open the packet it was a single sausage and egg McMuffin but I was still charged for a double. I called the number on the recipient but no answer and to then be told the number does no longer exist. I tried to take a survey but was redirected to a different site. Terrible customer service.

Every time I order something Is always wrong or missed. Rolled up to the window and the guys in there look high or stoned or somethin.

Worst delivery ever. Always missing items, request a refund and never get one and you try and call them and they NEVER EVER answer the phone as if they are deaf. Ordered a milkshake instead got an empty bottle. Disgraceful.

Me and my family went there last week and the food was disgusting the burgers were full of oil and under cooked the fries were nothing but salt and the milk shake was off ,the nugget were so hard my granddaughter left in tears ,will never go there again ,very disgusting as before it was 24 hours it was nice

Every single time I order through the app to this restaurant, they always miss items off. They missed off mine and my partners entire meal and my children's meals came cold. It's happened that many times that uber eats will no longer refund us due to how many times I've had to request a refund. You try calling the restaurant to explain and nobody EVER answers the phone. Really disappointed as this used to my favourite McDonald’s.

Ordered this evening through the app (which doesn’t let you provide any feedback) a Mcplant meal and paid an additional £1.10 for an extra vegan patty, only to find there was no extra patty in the burger, it even said on the label on the box ‘xtra vegan patty’ it’s not hard to read and provide especially when you’ve paid more for it. Extremely bad service and lacking in reading skills!! Absolutely appalling as it’s not the first time this has happened, every Friday we get together as a family and have babies to look after between us, we order here because this McDonald’s is local to us. Really really disappointed!!

Terrible service for delivery. Ordered through Just Eat only to find that when food had arrived, there was an entire meal missing from not only the bag, but the printed McDonald's receipt too??? Just Eat receipt listed everything I had ordered and charged me for it, however the receipt printed by McDonald's in store which was attached to the bag was missing that meal and had a different total listed. Tried phoning store several times to resolve this, but no response. Ended up having to apply for a refund on Just Eat for the food that didn't turn up then re-order it, which then took forever to be prepared again! Will not be ordering from here again!

My son told me about it and you did it on the wrong day on somebody's birthday it was a my son's birthday it was his friend's birthday forgot to give us the drinks how to drive back along way worker it was the same rude worker zero stars literally the it was a lady that was being rude my son spotted some a man which was also worker staring at the rude worker the business manager came push the worker out the way that was being rude and it was a lady being rude which was a worker the manager which was the business manager apologise the business manager' gonna speak with the rud worker

Absolutely terrible ordered 2 meals for delivery and only got 1. How hard is it. Paid £25 and it’s so hard to contact just eat for refunds. You need to take more care in double and checking orders as this isn’t fair at all

Visited yesterday after a hospital appointment, ordered our food and it was just left to go cold. The manager asked what our number was and it had gone off the system we waited for 15 mins to be served our cold food. Would not recommend service was shocking. Worst McDonalds I have been to.

One of the worst Mc Donald’s places to go to orders are never what u ask don’t even mention about ordering food online through this restaurant they can’t even get the basics right one to one or through drive thru don’t get me started if u order through just eat they will gladly send the side orders out but forget the main meals have spend over 50 pound on just eat through this place and every time they are always forgetting the main meals even though because I have ordered online I’m paying even extra for thin air shambles of a restaurant. Needs an area manager to step in /HR to see it for there self’s

Rude staff , long waiting time and would not give me my 5 sauces for my 3 meals

Ordered through app for delivery to car. Took over 10 mins watching people go in and out or quickly through drive through. Food then incorrect when received, unfortunately I feared dying of old age if I returned to get corrected so left.

About 10 staff but not one could come take cash order... took 5 minutes! Absolutely crazy

Everytime i order from here for delivery THEY always miss out on sauces and items always missing. Its not hard to just take 5 seconds to go over again to make sure everything is in the bag!!! Do your jobs properly

This is my local McDonald's. My daughter had a breakfast which she thoroughly enjoyed. Bacon roll, hash brown and orange juice. Fast efficient service and fresh food.

Every time we use this branch something is wrong or missing how on earth can you get it wrong so many times. Why do I come back where else would I go ? Ordered sausage egg muffin received bacon and egg. Disappointing when you are looking forward to breakfast.

It's a MD, what more can I say. Update: I dropped this down to 1 star from 3 stars from 4 years ago. We used the drive-in where we waited an extremely long time at the payment window because they were waiting for food to cook. Once we paid we had to wait again in the car park for our food for way too long.

This is not a fast food service. Organisation favours the delivery drivers who constantly get in the way of queuing customers. The meals I ordered were done on the self serve and it took at least 15 minutes to receive, the food was as expected but the hot chocolate we received was basically brown water without any taste. Avoid if your in a hurry go to Gregg's.

Had a mighty mcmufin and an extra hash brown and can't believe the price. Should of gone to Greg's and had a lot more food.

Unfortunately, due to the drive-in location and size of the site and car park, it is awkward . It can prove a bit stressful. But it is popular, which adds to how long it takes to get to do yr order, at particular times of the day

I ordered food and the delivery man was yelling at me and saying he wouldn’t pay us back and would not deliver the food and said that they don’t care.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE & FOOD. We were order 87. Just a simple Big Mac and Fries were ordered but they gave Big Mac without the sauce and half a box of fries. To make matters worse we have tried calling them 10 times and no answer. Some of the fries were burnt. Also the receipt is faded so can’t even do the review online. See image.

I ordered just three items for delivery through their app and they only packed two! They tried to blame Uber but the bags were sealed so clearly someone at the branch can’t count to three!

This is an honest review. I turned up with my family only to be keep waiting as we wanted to pay cash, I asked to see the manager only to be introduced to Ashley heath, he the portrayed us as a moaning family who was more of a hindrance than a customer, in the end I felt so belittled by him my wife and young children also we left without eating. I don’t complain but I feel it’s my right to out this behaviour as absolutely disgusting.

No problems. Clean, tidy, quick service, good food - all despite being a very busy location. Good job!

Always clean and well presented. do forget alot of your order a high majority of the time. And refuse to sort out if you go back as they say u have driven away.

Ordered on the drive through, they asked me to wait in the car park. I waited for 30 minutes. Had to go in and demand my food.

The place its self wasn't busy however you could see that they prioritise uber drivers and when we finally received our order was cold and I received a Big Tasty that was just a bun and meat. :/ pretty sure that wasn't it.

Everytime we order there's something missing, I mean come on how hard can it be you have a list of what should be in the order but obviously stafc cant read. This time no straws which to some may seen trivial, its ok for adults with coke but kids need straws with paper cups and those of us that had milk shakes were totally screwed. Mcincompitent.

Lovely food that's great fast food

Restaurant was cold Food was cold. Went to counter to get new food was ignored. Eventually was given more Luke warm food. Took way too long to get cold food in the first place and then the big tasty was missing ingredients. Not given enough straws which isn't the end of the world bit overall this place has gone down hill just as much as the great bridge restaurant. This is obviously due to Uber eats and just eat drivers and orders getting priority. Delivery orders should be made in a separate kitchen or at a delivery only site. This is happening to so many McDonald's it's not even funny. Sorry about that appears to be there new catchphrase, I'm NOT loving it.
