Food wasn’t the warmest but it came in the alloted time

I.messaged the driver several times to get no reply the map clearly shows my property now my food is cold

Order time kept changing so was 20 minutes late and upon receiving the food it was cold and tasted rank

Order arrived no nuggets and no dips, last twice we have irdered its been delivered incorrectly

half of my order was wrong and sauces were missing.

Freezing cold, chips horrible, burger yuk

went to the wrong house, YET AGAIN!!!!! Leaving the food cold, AGAIN!!!!!

Went to rotate from b site (my gaff) to a site (this maccies) and when I got there the staff were absolutely clueless! Couldn’t put their rotates in right place and couldn’t even place down rook armour! What’s the point, anyway scran was mid and the staff were meh, manager was horrid, opened up my ketchup tub and it had sweet and sour sauce in it, that might be down to me asking for sweet and sour sauce but still, they should know better, who goes to maccies and get sweet and sour over ketchup anyway, btw I’m single and ready to mingle if anyone fancies it! Thank you

Waned to take the kids for dinner and get myself a Big Mac as usual but a worker told me it was “unhealthy” to let my kids eat it every day then screamed at me when I said that it was ok because they weren’t my kids. I don’t see the problem. They seemed hungry and I wanted new friends.

Its been a couple of times when we order food items are missing(straws,Dips,etc)its looks like staff don’t look at the ordets properly we spend alot of money we should get all what we have paid for,it’s ridiculous not going to order from here again

Waiting for big mac meals, come on put in a parking bay for 10 mins.Better close drive through and eat in waste of time. only serve Delivery drivers .Always prioritised over everyone else. I came when it started with my kids many many years ago now just a shambles.

Food cold as always from this McDonalds. Thought it would be nice to order the kids a McDonalds whilst watching a Saturday movie, the food was so cold it was actually inedible. Terrible service. £3 back isn’t good enough.

I like mcdonalds because some food is nice and the line is too long and to wait for your food order.

Our delivery driver went above and beyond to get our food to us. Unbeknown to us our road had been blocked off by police and he walked our order down to us in this freezing cold weather. Great customer service.

I work late on weekends and use this place often. Normally it's fine but tonight the delivery time kept getting put back, and was ridiculously long anyway. When the food got here it was cold. The fries were like strips of cardboard. The app wouldn't let me cancel so I was up until 6am waiting for inedible food.

Have completely given up on this McDonald's. ALWAYS items missing; Wish I kept a list because I'm sure they owe me in excess of £30 through unfulfilled orders. Can't remember the last time I had a burger that wasn't like chewing a disc of leather mixed with charcoal. I also feel that McDonald's overall is now expensive for what it is, and as the prices have gone up, the quality has absolutely tanked. Frankly put; my money is much, much better spent elsewhere, and out of self respect, it's a NO from me.

the whole order was wrong. i ordered 20 nuggets, a cheeseburger, medium and large fries and a mango smoothie. i was given a quarter pounder, fries, an apple pie and an oasis. i was angry and upset about this! i’d like a refund !
