McDonald's in Sandwell

States 24/7 online , went at 6:53 today to be told they only serve drive through until 7 then have to wait 15 mins for a coffee absolute dickheads

Every time we oder their is things mussing and it is always cold it is disgusting

I originally put this McDonald's down as pretty decent. Though I'm changing it because I'm sick and tired of them missing things off orders, getting them all wrong, never answering their phones when they do get it wrong! Management needs to get involved there somewhere cause this is wrong, any of business behaved like this and they'd be bankrupt or shut down. If I could rate 0 I would.

Quick and easy to get to. Nice and quiet on a Sunday at 9pm but great it was open to grab a quick late bite to eat. Exactly as you'd expect with McDonald's so no surprises

Had a coffee, then a meal, then another coffee while we chatted, then ended up with a £100 parking fine.... absolutely shocking, will never return

Just ordered here again as it's our closest McDonald's and yet again as always our food came cold even though it was delivered in 5 mins, chips tasted like cardboard and had no salt on them, our mc crispys both had no lettuce on them, I normally wouldn't complain but it's everytime and sick of wasting money on crap, how hard is it to do your jobs properly.

Used the drive through for my brother (as I don't eat McDonald's). The service was very good and the staff were very friendly and pleasant.

Staff do not listen or follow instructions. Every time I put a grill order through due to allergies, they ignore it.

Every time I order something Is always wrong or missed. Rolled up to the window and the guys in there look high or stoned or somethin.

Dead food, Cold food And flat drinks 🤮.

A decent McDonald's very clean staff seem to ignore you by walking off when you're trying to place an order but apart from that very decent

Order time kept changing so was 20 minutes late and upon receiving the food it was cold and tasted rank

Order arrived no nuggets and no dips, last twice we have irdered its been delivered incorrectly

It's our first visit in a long while and I've deleted my previous review. I was looking forward to going but the place has been renovated and it's lost a lot of character, it comes across as cold and uninviting, my big mac fell apart and the fries were tepid and stodgy, my partners triple cheeseburger was on point, I have to say I was disappointed, I don't think I'll go back there and use a different one.

There’s isn’t an option for no star else i would of selected that, I don’t know how they find it so hard to make two burgers and fries and also how it takes 3 hour on delivery, and then when it gets here the orders wrong anyway, by far the worst McDonald’s in there area, had a revamp on the shop but the staff need a revamp too and all need re training clearly

Went to rotate from b site (my gaff) to a site (this maccies) and when I got there the staff were absolutely clueless! Couldn’t put their rotates in right place and couldn’t even place down rook armour! What’s the point, anyway scran was mid and the staff were meh, manager was horrid, opened up my ketchup tub and it had sweet and sour sauce in it, that might be down to me asking for sweet and sour sauce but still, they should know better, who goes to maccies and get sweet and sour over ketchup anyway, btw I’m single and ready to mingle if anyone fancies it! Thank you

Waned to take the kids for dinner and get myself a Big Mac as usual but a worker told me it was “unhealthy” to let my kids eat it every day then screamed at me when I said that it was ok because they weren’t my kids. I don’t see the problem. They seemed hungry and I wanted new friends.

the food was freezing cold by the time it got to us I had to warm it back though so we could eat it

Its been a couple of times when we order food items are missing(straws,Dips,etc)its looks like staff don’t look at the ordets properly we spend alot of money we should get all what we have paid for,it’s ridiculous not going to order from here again

Waiting for big mac meals, come on put in a parking bay for 10 mins.Better close drive through and eat in waste of time. only serve Delivery drivers .Always prioritised over everyone else. I came when it started with my kids many many years ago now just a shambles.

Food cold as always from this McDonalds. Thought it would be nice to order the kids a McDonalds whilst watching a Saturday movie, the food was so cold it was actually inedible. Terrible service. £3 back isn’t good enough.

I like mcdonalds because some food is nice and the line is too long and to wait for your food order.

Our delivery driver went above and beyond to get our food to us. Unbeknown to us our road had been blocked off by police and he walked our order down to us in this freezing cold weather. Great customer service.

I work late on weekends and use this place often. Normally it's fine but tonight the delivery time kept getting put back, and was ridiculously long anyway. When the food got here it was cold. The fries were like strips of cardboard. The app wouldn't let me cancel so I was up until 6am waiting for inedible food.

Would not go here! Ordered food and it was all cold as the workers left it on the side for ages. pretty sure it was not cooked properly as my nuggets were pink inside. Only good thing was the frappe.
