Staff very friendly first class service

I met a lovely beautiful brown tall young lady with gorg glasses that served me the BEST hot cuppa tea with her bubbly personality that really made my day :)

Cup was dirty so I took it back to be handed a second dirty cup and to be told " it's okay, it's just coffee stains" . So clean them better in a dishwasher

We just drop by after weekly food shopping to relax abit because the Asda is quite huge! We grab just hot drinks, at it almost took us 15mins. One lady is still setting up the labels for the cake display and only one is doing the service meaning till and doing coffees, lots of table are not clean some of them not even wiped. Its a good site and sadly the qualitynof service is not great.

Ordered ham toastie 2 chocolate twists, iced latte hot latte and strawberries and cream frappe. Received iced latte, hot latte and coffee frappe, no food.

delivery driver crushed all the drinks bags and they leaked and broke all onto our porch and had to pay £25 to get it cleaned, we've taken cctv to police

First time I have visited this Costa. Staff seemed pleasant enough. the service was fine. Coffee was luke warm but drinkable. No food just drinks.

Absolutely disappointing. The workers were nice to talk to however they have burned the milk while steaming and over foamed it for the cappuccino making it extremely dry when we didn't ask for the latte all I could taste was sour coffee and burnt milk. Please start checking if your coffee is the right amount of gramps and if the machine has been calibrated as you should check weekly really disappointed wasted my money was told it was pretty good and it's not at all.

I did not receive my lemon muffin but instead received a muffin with maple and hazelnuts on. I was not told about this replacement and just found the muffin in the bag. Due to nut allergies it would have been useful to have been told in advance about this. I did not receive the extra marshmallows I had ordered. My Frappe arrived with its lid off and contents spilling in the bag. Disappointed!

Staff are great, selection is great and very convenient being in an ASDA.

A bubble tea without bubble… zero was not there…. Otherwise I would have given this bubble tea a zero point.

Friendly staff. I'm near enough always in there getting a drink after shopping. The drinks are amazing. The menu's a little small to read, as my eye sight is poor , but being able to look and order through their app solves the problem. Never had any major problems.

Just love the coffee and it's always buzzing.

popped in to costa earlier for a coffee earlier after doing a shop at the asda, it was a minute past 11, i asked if i was in time for the coffee and breakfast offer, was given a very cold NO, i wont be going back there again

3 members of staff on and 9 tables have plates on cups on its lucky its not busy no attempt to clear them floor dirty.. no ques so no reason why these jobs are not done. Poor management skills who ever is duty supervisor or manager.

Well what can I say, I love costa and spend my money in these places, but I went in today and only 1 serving , and all other members of staff on there breaks, had to wait a while to be served, there was 9 tables full of empty plates and cups, staff should not have there breaks all together, and where is the staff cleaning tables. I go in many costa and this is the worst place for dirty tables and lack of staff.

Hot chocolate is watery every single time. The staff need a bit more training on this because I’m guessing it’s a big seller In winter. Shame because it’s a great spot aswell.

Always love the Coffee at this place. Morning vibes and smily staff members are so generous and helpful.. trust me you won't be disappointed...

Second time now this Costa have got my drink wrong and put cows milk instead of non dairy oat milk in my coffee ...which has caused me very bad diarrhoea and rash on my face due too my dairy allergy. They need training on the importance of taking allergies serious otherwise they are going to end up getting themselves into legal trouble ...

Come here most days one of the quieter costas and the staff are really friendly especially Barry and Vicky

Always in here! This Costa is my favourite (and I visit alot of Costa Coffee. Lol) I love how spacious it is. All the staff are lovely, but a BIG SHOUT OUT to the male staff there - Barry, Adam & Jesse. Great customer service from them. True gentlemen! Always feel welcomed - whether it's a quick visit, or, I'm there all day working. Staff quick to clean tables and be on the ball with that kind of thing. Even, if they do make a mistake, they're quick to apologise and correct. I don't know how they manage to keep the flow going during busy periods, when there is a line of people, plus delivery orders at the same time. I salute the staff! No complaints at all from me!

Not only expensive but the staff are so rude. Very bad customer service, no manners and ignorant.

Very helpful,friendly staff! My son is allergic to nuts,staff was very patient and spend lots of time answering my questions and looking for an ingredients. Well done,guys!

Excellent coffee. Great Customer service. Nice place to be. Barista Barry is very friendly.

First visit since we can sit in. I found a table, wife went for coffee, I could hear some raised voices at the counter and my wife came up and said the bloke serving says he wants me to do track and trace in front of his eyes and wanted to look a my phone himself, when I approached he was shouting a man of about 80 years old saying the same, the old man said he’s not able to do this and was told, “so your refusing?” Then the police was mentioned , then the jobs worth turned to me, I’m not 80 and all the tables had QR codes on them, I asked why it had to be done in front of him but got no reply, he picked up a laptop and started running around like someone demented. Well this was my first visit here since we can sit in, and I Guarantee it’ll be the last. Customer service don’t exist her!!! Poor bad atrocious experience.
