Be careful!!! ⚠️ I ordered a vegan pizza due to allergies online. It arrived however the sause inside the box was not vegan despite the website specifically saying they had vegan sauce available. This pizza was vegan, but came with a pot of dairy sauce dairy inside the box. Thankfully I checked the ingredients before beginning otherwise I would’ve been seriously ill. I also paid for something I could not eat. This is very upsetting. This means Domino does not understand food allergies at all.

SON Placed order via app.App said order not processed.Received 2 emails.Apparently order had been placed TWICE.Phoned shop who told him that they couldn't cancel one of orders nor give refund.Asked to speak to manager no joy.Apparently shop isn't responsible for app errors.Ended up with 2 orders because usually people order exactly the same twice.Always use Dominos,won't be using anymore.Lost a loyal customer of approximately 3 years.TERRIBLE SERVICE.Avoid using app

Me and my friends came into the pizzeria for shelter since it was raining, after 2 minutes a worker decided to give us free pizza, thanks very much

Terrible! None of the staff could communicate properly, I was given a pizza dough and pineapple instead of Texas bbq pizza. Poor service, I called to complain that I wasn’t happy with the order and I was asked not to patronise again

Food is good but they send 2 deliver drivers to same street to deliver so when first one come I thought it was mine and panicked because it went over road if got 2 orders for same st you should only send 1 driver as it doesn't panack or confuse people

Disgraceful, very poor customer service, they wouldn't serve me as they wanted to close, front of house had no idea what was going on as he kept disappering to ask, what ever happened to the customer is always right, it makes me think what they would have done if they HAD served me, unfortunately nil stars, terrible

£25 for one large pizza is not right how do you expect customers if your prices are that high to buy from you .Lower them right now 😡

Came in here to order pizza for myself as the kids and was sat for less than a minute before the staff was banging on the plexiglass saying "hello you gonna order" absolutely disgraceful. Would avoid this dominoes

Ordered online for collection, was shocked that this store nolonger takes Leagl English currency anymore. My daughter wanted and ice-cream dessert, I only had cash on me, and went to pay by cash and was refused the item because I didn't have card. I questioned the store as I had legal English currency to buy the item and they refused to hand over the item as I only had cash. They're not good at custimer servas they started to ask another customer for their order as they stated they couldn't do nothing unless I pay by card. Thank goodness that Onestop is next door who are happy to take Legal English Currency. We will not be using this company again. Needless to say we would rather support the smaller pizza company's who will take cash on delivery or instore.

Often use these for my staff but never again over 1 hour for my order and missing then get phone put down on me terrible ..

I'm not asking you to speak English but please understand it. The food is okay no problems there but then again if they was to understand you the order wouldn't be wrong. Service is very long if you collect or if they deliver and there is a very long wait.

We ordered a pizza and 3 sides and the fries came undercooked and were cold, garlic dippers weren't really garlic dippers just like bread, disappointed considering the price we paid

Prices have increased plus they've taken off the 50% offer, (double whammy). And the car park is a disgrace!

AVOID THIS PLACE ORDERED!!!!!!!!! Ordered a pizza thats was delivered 30mins later with the wrong toppings, I called and was told another one was on the way (by the same lady who took my order)...... 40mins later still no pizza so called back to be told the driver had left and will be with me in a couple of mins..... I had to wait another 35mins before I finally got my pizza it was cold and had the wrong toppings AGAIN, so over 2 hours after my first call still no pizza that I can eat. The lady who took my order both times got it wrong and did not even apologise.. save the stress and go elsewhere for your food... IF I HAD SEEN ALL THE DISAPPOINTING REVIEWS BEFORE HAND I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDED IN THE FIRST PLACE..

Very slow service when arrived took 6..7 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and help. Not great service that I'd expect from domino's. Food and location great. Just sadly service was poor.

I had ordered the wrong pizza by mistake. When I looked at my pizza i realised the Hawian included mushrooms. I took it back to the shop and luckily they did me Ham and pineapple for free even though it was my mistake. I will definitely return because they look after their customers. They need not have replaced it. Staff very friendly. Food tasted excellent and hot.

Ordered 4 pizzas while as work all very dry, but peporoni pizza was black on the edges and completely overcooked dry unedable and went in the bin. Contacted store manager sent images and was told this was the norm as dough was thin, yet other 3 pizzas had same dough and we're not black 🤔 for the prices they charge I expect better than burnt pizza and to then be told it's looks fine just shows what they think of there customers will be using cheaper alternative from now on!

Ordered tonight received wrong pizza no garlic bread was delivered even though ordered when I phoned I got a guy with an attitude problem who wasn't very helpful at all and told me to write a bad review and theres nothing he can do about my pizza won't be AVOID!

Got delivery 2 hours later because they were trying to deliver somewhere else. The driver didn't have a clue and agree with others manager was rude.
