An extremely welcoming pub, feels like one should feel at a local but this is BY THE SEA. Great jukebox and folks sing along - I love singing so it’s right up my strasse!

Lovely traditional Irish pub right on the seafront worth a visit. Friendly locals and contractors working at the port. Serve ice cold Madri draught beer which always is a treat if you can find it! Recommended.x

Myself & 2 colleagues were working in the area yesterday. We popped in here for a few Madrid’s. Proper old fashioned pub! Good atmosphere, the staff were friendly and they have a very good jukebox. An easy 5 stars!

Arguably the last real pub in Felixstowe. The staff and clientele are friendly and we are not local or regulars, but are still made to feel at home.

Fantastic bar. Super friendly staff and I love the little touches like my pint glass being chilled before being filled with beer. Very close to the beach could not ask for more.

They put on a great wake for my brother John Randall, I know they will miss him as well, A pub that allowed him to grow potatoes in the flower bed is a place to visit. Good sea view as well

Better in the afternoon as its a bit quieter. Some good ales but outdoor spaces dominated by smokers. Shame one area of terrace cannot be smoke free.

This is the best pub in felixstowe. Its the only proper pub in felixstowe no food just great beer and a brilliant jukebox. Staff are lovely and tge landlord and landlady are simply lovely

Great atmosphere, music and friendly staff. Good quality wine and a cracking pint of Caffreys. Good prices and excellent value for money. Dogs welcomed which is a bonus. 3 years on, just as good. A great pub.

Nearly didn't go in, looked a little ropey from the outside, pay no attention (...book by its cover..) Brilliant place, friendly, lovely atmosphere. Fantastic 👍. If you're here, go in, have a drink and chill out.

Old fashioned pub, drinks but no food, no sports on TV and reasonably priced, just don't ask for a cocktail as you won't get one here 😂 live music at the weekend

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice beer. Great location on the seafront, it’s right on the sea front. Family friendly, very cosy inside, garden outside. They have pool & darts & music box. Kids loved it. It’s very traditional. Clean toilets. Overall very friendly! Highly recommended.

Too busy, no social distancing, not alot of COVID precautions people not complying filling in track and trace. Didn't feel like a real pub has been created in lower part of houses no feeling of a traditional pub. Very dog friendly.

This is an absolutely lovely little pub. The staff were warm, welcoming and very friendly. The pub itself was really clean with a great outdoor area. Also, it's was so nice to go somewhere where the glasses don't have a 'smell' to them and we're even pre-chilled to keep your drink cold! Very highly recommended!

Popped in for a couple whilst working locally. The pub itself is quite small, but it has a large sit down area out back. The front of the pub has a seating area, which, I can imagine, can get busy in the warmer times. The staff were friendly and intentive. A very 'locals' pub.
