The Feed in Norwich

Only had a scone, which was fine. But the toys in the children’s corner, were absolutely awful, they were so dirty and were not hygienic. The toilets were also in need of a deep clean

A friend and I went to the pavilion for a sausage roll and cup of tea after a walk in the park and we were appalled by the service and cleanliness at the cafe… I ordered the teas and sausage roll and was told the teas would be brought to our table… 15 minutes later we still hadn’t had our teas brought to us yet people who came in after us were all getting their orders…I went to ask how long it would be and was told rather abruptly by a member of staff that “ we are not just standing around we are really busy”… I said ok and went and sat back down … after a while a member of staff came and cleared out table so I asked her how much longer it would be and she went straight away and got our teas …. I am absolutely disgusted with the service … how long does it take to put a tea bag and hot water in a cup?… the cafe was also very grubby.. there was food all over the floor, used napkins and even a used wipe of some kind … deffinately won’t be going back again and deffinately will not be recommending .

We like to discover new cafes and small restaurants where breakfast lunch coffee and cAAAke are served. Firstly the location and position of this Café is fabulous. This is helped by the wonderful surrounding garden beds. Well stocked colourful and really well looked after. The Cafe is located in an old classic attractive grade 2 building, ( Pavilion ) reminiscent of a stately home! Large tall windows allow lots of light inside, and brought a smile to our faces as we entered. Dog friendly too! We had mistimed our intended breakfast visit as this finishes at midday and the lunch menu then commences. Staff were most helpful and friendly & tables clean. They don’t take tips here but encourage you to donate to the charity running this cafe ( and the community supermarket in Hall road amongst many others … see their web site ) we did donate our tip … it’s easy! Will try and make breakfast next time !! Ps can you believe parking is still free !!!!

Great food, imaginative menu with an international slant. Well worth a visit, plenty of seating in and out and (I believe) on! Sausage rolls are awesome, going to try a vegan one next time. Nice choice of sandwich fillings. Perfect excuse for a walk round the park.

Tuve pocas comidas aquí. Es simple comida callejera pero sabe encantadora y está limpia, también muy buen servicio, preparado con cuidado y atención. Lo mejor de todo, muy buen precio. La ventaja aquí es que The Feed es una empresa social que brinda servicios de catering. Todas sus ganancias van a The Feed Foundation, que es una organización benéfica creada para ayudar con la pobreza y la falta de vivienda en Norwich. Si tiene un presupuesto limitado, le sugiero que lo intente. Si no es así, te sugiero que lo pruebes también. . .

We happened on this place by chance, staying at the local Travelodge. A peaceful place with a nice choice. I had porridge, a huge bowl with maple syrup, he had large bacon bap. With two hot drinks it only came to seven quid, so we gave them a tenner as it’s a social enterprise run for a homeless charity. Highly recommended and my daughter said their outside catering is also excellent.
