An enjoyable and relaxing family lunch(weekday). Food was good. Service was charming and attentive. (5 stars). Atmosphere was good.

Lovely venue, 2 meals, 1 was lovely the other a bit bland

Fantastic place, went for my mums birthday and we did an evening bottomless brunch that was so great we couldn’t fault it! Food was good and we loved the initial salsa dip and tortillas we had! Cocktails were even better and they kept coming, we loved the atmosphere and music and getting to see the salsa classes taking place at the same time made for a great evening! Thank you to all the team at revolucion for letting us have such a lovely evening!

Use this place the other revs bar across the way went so don't take this bar for granted

The atmosphere is fantastic but spoiled. Unfortunately, this is where items and jackets can get lost 2 meters behind the security guard. The only reaction is a shrug.

Ten out of ten! Millie was superb, the drinks rattle out at a pace! Much better than Turtle bay as you can actually taste the alcohol in these!!

Fantastic experience, some customers a little stupid eating decorative chilli's and then complaining about heat 🔥 then demanding milk MORONS! Apart from the few everyone are having a great time enjoying great cocktails and good service from an amazing team.

Work christmas party was held here. It was great. There is amazing food and drink, and even a dance floor! Totally recommend for a large group.

The best bottomless brunch in Norwich. We went to Cubas as a hour of six ladies for a festive brunch. It was brilliant. Looked after by the very attentive young William who was wonderful, well mannered and great fun. We will be back !!

tried to book a dinner special reservation for mine and my partners 5th anniversary, said i would receive a call back on a wednesday between 12-2, i never received a call and tried calling up a few times to check the booking… no response over the phone so just winged it and went anyway for the expected time and was told there is a 45 minute wait time and was turned away..

Table was not ready for our 6pm booking. We were told to go to the bar and get some drinks. I had to then ask the waiter if the table was ready and it was, but nobody came to tell us. Service was slow , had to ask for menus. Ordered a vegan burger. It was a breaded burger with a tablespoon of Mayo and some bits of lettuce. Was supposed to have pickles and jalapeños too. Complained and to be fair to them they did allow me to order a different meal. Meals all came out at different times. The ladies toilets were absolutely disgusting. Wee everywhere all over the floor which had leaked out and been trodden to where the sinks were. It’s also smelled vile. On a positive note , I’ve been here many times and this is the first time it’s been awful. Live music is always good. Cocktails good too.

Went this afternoon for food and drinks. Barely another soul in the place. We were not greeted when we arrived so went to bar to ask for a table. Nobody came to take our order so went to the bar to order ourselves. Bar staff didn’t seem overly keen to serve. No banana rum for cocktail so had to choose an alternative. Food was ok but not very warm, much like the restaurant itself. I wouldn’t rush back. It’s not the first time I’ve been ignored here, I think the service is poor unless you’re a young ‘influencer’.

Our bottomless brunch was cancelled without us knowing and only found out on the day we got there it was for my sisters birthday so we was really disappointed. First of all the server was rude and send our friend away when asking about why it was cancelled, was never told it was cancelled even though over the phone told the table was ready. The lady at the front desk sat on her phone the whole time, pretty unprofessional for a busy bar and not making a good impression.

Amazing experience for drinks for my dad’s 56th birthday. Staff made it extra great with a birthday shot and sparkler. Served by Rhys, who was very upbeat and personally delivered our birthday drink. Great overall experience! 🙌

The Afternoon Tea was really good and a nice change up from the traditional afternoon tea. Two for 1 on cocktails was also a bonus.

Having been a good customer for many years I was amazed to find I had been refused entry. Having then asked politely to speak to the manager I was not given an explanation as to what I was supposed to have done wrong. Nasty little games seem to being played!

the night party was a disappointment because the DJ had no taste in music, and he didn't play any Latin music. He didn't notice that no one but him enjoyed what he was doing. the drink is very expensive, I paid 30 pounds for 3 simple drinks, for that much I buy 2 bottles of my favorite. I asked for a bottle of water, the barman asked for 5 pounds and gave me a glass of water from the tap. the cup taker blatantly stole our drinks from the table and poured them out without asking. it's unbelievable what's going on here.

Didn't go for food, so I can't comment on that. We had a lovely cocktail before our salsa dance class. Brilliant atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Love the live music on a Friday. Staff were friendly as was the general atmosphere. Drinks are expensive but I guess that's the norm for a club nowadays

Popped in on the off chance of getting some Tapas on the way home. Stayed for food and few drinks whilst we listened to the band 20/7/24. Atmosphere was buzzing.

Very disappointed. Food was very slow and not great once it arrived. Spicy chicken was good though, so not all bad.

There isn't any point in communicating with any of you within how you treated me, none of you care, you'll all just take the piss. You who did what you did, and you know who I'm talking too, you need to learn from this and treat people with trauma from various backgrounds whether you might consider them "posh" with some respect. Some of you need to consider your eticate towards customers and to the "team" around you. This is your job, so act like it.

Super affordable! All the food was delicious, for vegetarians too. The waiting staff were lovely and great toilets. Fully recommend!!

Great cocktails but quite empty...

I've been quite a few times and always love the food, this time was not one of them. The prawns were damped in oils. The hallomi cheese was not chargrilled, the calamari was full of flour cooked in old oil and overdone and you could tell this was a bunch of left over legs cut from the squid. Such a bad experience

The place is good. The food was great. However we had to wait for 45mins for our food to arrive. The drinks were good too. 👍😉

Me and my sister are ordered an aperol at Norwich Cuba and was greeted by the most friendliest member of staff Brenon or Brendon (sorry can’t remember) and they invited us behind the bar to make a perfect aperol spritz and it was so much and so unexpected and really made our night. He was the most perfect bar tender, patient and friendly and fun! And it really was the most perfect aperol spritz! Thank you so so much!

We had the bottomless brunch. 1 word- awful. Terrible cocktails Terrible service Had to go to the the bar to order next cocktails even though there was 4 tables full in whole venue. And over 10 staff. Just stood around chatting Wouldn't recommend brunch to anyone left hungry after having the breakfast wrap and paying extras.

I was assaulted by a bouncer for no reason. I was sat on a table with my friends when all Of the sudden two bouncers asked me to leave I asked what the reason was and neither gave me one. He then asked me if I want to leave on my own accord to which I agreed and put my hands up to show them I was no threat and spoke to them with respect and no I’ll intention. I was then put in a head lock and walked out of the club and the whole time this was going on I had my hands up just to show everyone around I was not being threatening or violent. Once I was outside both bouncers ran back inside. I tried getting there details off the door staff and they said they refused.

Perfect place for party on weekends.

Just took a chance and popped in for lunch one Monday with my son. Unsure of what to expect as I'm a 'young oldie' and cannot eat certain foods I was blown away by the delicious food, the standard of customer care and attention to detail. I've sung your praises and intend to go back for lunch when next in the city.

My friend and I have been here twice now and had a lovely experience both times. The female manager took our order today and explained the 50% of deal that we had and sorted a misunderstanding with our order when the food came out. Really yummy food, and the setting is really aesthetic. Lovely restaurant and lovely staff!

Fantastic vibe , great music and food. It was lovely seeing so many people enjoying themselves. Unfortunately one of the dishes we ordered wasn't available but gave us free cocktails. Loved outside set up and different DJ set.

Went in during happy hour, had some great food, the soft tacos, pork belly skewers, and the quasodilla (spend wrong sorry) But the blow away point was when we asked the bartender at the time to mix us something from his head, it was a delightfully fruity and strong drink, me and my girlfriend teased it being called the K&I or the Kandi Dean was a stand up guy really great with us along with the rest of the staff. Definitely coming back when next in Norwich as I'm from Peterborough originally. You need to try this place :)
