Amazing atmosphere with live music and dancers. The drinks are very nice and the staff are friendly. The food wasn’t bad but wasn’t anything special either.

What a fantastic night. Big shout out to tabby who was working in the outside bar, she kept our drinks flowing with a smile !!

Olivier had great service and very friendly. Very knowledgeable of the menu as well. Helped us figure out where to go after this venue.

This was a lovely restaurant for dinner, with a bright and vibrant design! The Cuban decorations are cool and counter carries an interesting feel with its lighting, toilets were kept clean themselves. Staff still allowed a Tastecard discount to go through when it had expired and they helped refund when my friend paid for the wrong order by accident, allowing me to pay for the correct one and him to have a refund before his meal purchase thankfully! I had a tasty beef burrito packed with rice, red beans, peppers, onions and a hot sauce with nacho's at the side, seating is comfortable too and much is available.

Didn’t even go in the place (I’m not even from Norwich) but whilst passing by, saw a bouncer chuck a clearly drunken man on the street. 3 “bouncers” were present (2 male and 1 female). The man didn’t even get up off the ground before one power hungry bouncer put him in a choke hold until the man tapped out scared. If the man had come back for more trouble, I’d understand detaining him - but not to choke him until he was red in the face? Funny training they’ve had. Then, I was given so called context after intervening saying he tried to fight a member of staff in the club. But they’d chucked him out, he hit the floor, there was no reason to choke him. The bouncer who did it went quiet and relied on his other colleagues for support as I think he knew he’d taken it too far. Looking at past reviews, it’s clear they’ve done this before. Didn’t get details but made notes of their descriptions if someone wants to get back to me about it. Horrendous experience and attitude from them.

We had dinner here around 5.30 It was very busy and loud. Lots of people and music playing so hard to socialise. Food, however, was out of this world. We ordered lots and shared between three. We had margaritas, which were on a deal due to it being a special day for this. Absolutely amazing drinks. Waitress struggled to take our drinks order but managed to get there in there end as it was very busy.

An enjoyable and relaxing family lunch(weekday). Food was good. Service was charming and attentive. (5 stars). Atmosphere was good.

Fantastic place, went for my mums birthday and we did an evening bottomless brunch that was so great we couldn’t fault it! Food was good and we loved the initial salsa dip and tortillas we had! Cocktails were even better and they kept coming, we loved the atmosphere and music and getting to see the salsa classes taking place at the same time made for a great evening! Thank you to all the team at revolucion for letting us have such a lovely evening!

I’ve often been in Cuba Revs since moving to Norwich 10 years ago. It’s one of my favourite places. There have been a few changes, such as no longer having the music played in the garden which I used to enjoy. However ultimately the cocktails, the feel of the place and the type of food served mostly remain the same. The thing or should I say person that has prompted me to leave a review now is staff member Katie. She greets myself and daughters like old friends. We have a lovely chat and she is knowledgeable of the cocktails and menu. Katie makes our visit all the more pleasurable. I would recommend signing up to emails as you will be informed of special events and offers. Additionally a free cocktail on your birthday.

Use this place the other revs bar across the way went so don't take this bar for granted

The atmosphere is fantastic but spoiled. Unfortunately, this is where items and jackets can get lost 2 meters behind the security guard. The only reaction is a shrug.

Superb bar and restaurant. The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful and kept us in the loop with all special offers that were available to us. They truly went above and beyond. Cocktails were delicious, tapas was top notch. The ambience was so comfortable, fun and edgy. No problem with recommending this fab place.

Truly memorable for all the wrong reasons! Once seated had to wait 30 minutes for our first drinks to arrive, and then gave up waiting for our second drink and food after an hour. The staff seemed more interested in watching the dancers in the leotards than serving. Had a great time there last year but seems more like a free night club now. Paid in advance for the food and drink, manager eventually agreed to a full refund given we’d only had 1 drink and no food in over an hour. Manger said he’d drop us an apology email but similar to our food and drink nothing has arrived ……. At least they’re consistent! Real shame as was a great place for tapas , drinks dancing etc but seems to have lost its way recently

Wonderful place for lunch, dinner, music and drinks. very tasty and more beautifully presented drinks, food is worth every penny. the environment is suitable for every age and young and old person. I recommend 100%

Fantastic experience, some customers a little stupid eating decorative chilli's and then complaining about heat 🔥 then demanding milk MORONS! Apart from the few everyone are having a great time enjoying great cocktails and good service from an amazing team.

Work christmas party was held here. It was great. There is amazing food and drink, and even a dance floor! Totally recommend for a large group.

The best bottomless brunch in Norwich. We went to Cubas as a hour of six ladies for a festive brunch. It was brilliant. Looked after by the very attentive young William who was wonderful, well mannered and great fun. We will be back !!

tried to book a dinner special reservation for mine and my partners 5th anniversary, said i would receive a call back on a wednesday between 12-2, i never received a call and tried calling up a few times to check the booking… no response over the phone so just winged it and went anyway for the expected time and was told there is a 45 minute wait time and was turned away..

Went this afternoon for food and drinks. Barely another soul in the place. We were not greeted when we arrived so went to bar to ask for a table. Nobody came to take our order so went to the bar to order ourselves. Bar staff didn’t seem overly keen to serve. No banana rum for cocktail so had to choose an alternative. Food was ok but not very warm, much like the restaurant itself. I wouldn’t rush back. It’s not the first time I’ve been ignored here, I think the service is poor unless you’re a young ‘influencer’.

Table was not ready for our 6pm booking. We were told to go to the bar and get some drinks. I had to then ask the waiter if the table was ready and it was, but nobody came to tell us. Service was slow , had to ask for menus. Ordered a vegan burger. It was a breaded burger with a tablespoon of Mayo and some bits of lettuce. Was supposed to have pickles and jalapeños too. Complained and to be fair to them they did allow me to order a different meal. Meals all came out at different times. The ladies toilets were absolutely disgusting. Wee everywhere all over the floor which had leaked out and been trodden to where the sinks were. It’s also smelled vile. On a positive note , I’ve been here many times and this is the first time it’s been awful. Live music is always good. Cocktails good too.

Our bottomless brunch was cancelled without us knowing and only found out on the day we got there it was for my sisters birthday so we was really disappointed. First of all the server was rude and send our friend away when asking about why it was cancelled, was never told it was cancelled even though over the phone told the table was ready. The lady at the front desk sat on her phone the whole time, pretty unprofessional for a busy bar and not making a good impression.

Amazing experience for drinks for my dad’s 56th birthday. Staff made it extra great with a birthday shot and sparkler. Served by Rhys, who was very upbeat and personally delivered our birthday drink. Great overall experience! 🙌

Having been a good customer for many years I was amazed to find I had been refused entry. Having then asked politely to speak to the manager I was not given an explanation as to what I was supposed to have done wrong. Nasty little games seem to being played!

the night party was a disappointment because the DJ had no taste in music, and he didn't play any Latin music. He didn't notice that no one but him enjoyed what he was doing. the drink is very expensive, I paid 30 pounds for 3 simple drinks, for that much I buy 2 bottles of my favorite. I asked for a bottle of water, the barman asked for 5 pounds and gave me a glass of water from the tap. the cup taker blatantly stole our drinks from the table and poured them out without asking. it's unbelievable what's going on here.

Didn't go for food, so I can't comment on that. We had a lovely cocktail before our salsa dance class. Brilliant atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Popped in on the off chance of getting some Tapas on the way home. Stayed for food and few drinks whilst we listened to the band 20/7/24. Atmosphere was buzzing.

Very disappointed. Food was very slow and not great once it arrived. Spicy chicken was good though, so not all bad.

There isn't any point in communicating with any of you within how you treated me, none of you care, you'll all just take the piss. You who did what you did, and you know who I'm talking too, you need to learn from this and treat people with trauma from various backgrounds whether you might consider them "posh" with some respect. Some of you need to consider your eticate towards customers and to the "team" around you. This is your job, so act like it.

Super affordable! All the food was delicious, for vegetarians too. The waiting staff were lovely and great toilets. Fully recommend!!

Great cocktails but quite empty...

I've been quite a few times and always love the food, this time was not one of them. The prawns were damped in oils. The hallomi cheese was not chargrilled, the calamari was full of flour cooked in old oil and overdone and you could tell this was a bunch of left over legs cut from the squid. Such a bad experience

The place is good. The food was great. However we had to wait for 45mins for our food to arrive. The drinks were good too. 👍😉
