The Fat Pizza in North Somerset

Ordered food via just eat got an update to say it was on its way it never arrived. Called them numerous times no one answered the phone shop then closed and couldn't get a refund til the following day it reported on the app that it delivered at 1,30am. Not happy so do not recommend

Order placed and just never got delivery and no answer at all from this place avoid at all cost.

I had 2 pizza parties and both times the pizzas were incredible! Great value for money and delivered speedily!

Burger was fantastic, the jd sauce really gave it a nice flavour!! Would defo love to see in a double. Presentation marvellous. Chocolate brownie ice cream was to die for. Bravo easy 5stars

Never got my burger. Collection at 2.20 but the place was shut, called them and told they dint open till 4! No number to call to get my money back either! Fuming!

Pizza not to my taste, meat topping not very nice, cheap ingredients, base not very good, slow delivery ordered via just eat

Food was tasty, great portion sizes, delivery came earlier then originally expected and was hot when it got to us! Overall, very happy

Food arrived at 19.24. Was stone cold. Reheating onion rings and burgers will not improve the quality and so that's only two stars too.

The food was cold when it arrived and the bun on the burger was so dry it started to crumble. I spent £20 on the burger including delivery and I was not happy with the result. Would not recommend

They have changed, and I mean significantly since my poor experience I have still ordered because I know the quality that you get with these pizzas how beautiful and delicious they are and they have proved to consistently! I will continue to order and enjoy but I beg them to continue this high standard and not let us down, hands down the most scrumptious pizza I have ever had bar none no comparison, I beg for one to open in Taunton would be a dream come true!

I have seen low reviews for fat pizza and I must say I disagree. The pizza is like a kebab place pizza but that's not always so bad. U get free food and loads of point on each order. Curly fries amazing chicken strips are amazing.

Had the white choc chip cookie dough, was soooo nice.... now 2 years on and the cookie dough has shrunk to the size of a peanut but same price soo disappointed

burger looked great but tasted like frozen burgers so didn't enjoy. if paying near £15 for a burger you expect it to be fresh and tasty unfortunately this was not the case

Order was very late due to lack of Just Eat drivers. When food finally arrived, the hot items were cold.

One of the best thin crust pizzas I have ever tasted. Ten out of ten. Fully loaded, red hot and delicious.

Pricey, no chips with burgers or a drink , you have to order chips and drink separately. Bit disappointing

Open late and good for that quick pizza or waffle when feeling cheeky. The waffles are just warmed up sugar waffles but still taste good late at night.

I ordered via uber eats 2 pizza paid £23 and the taste was good I can't complain but the regular sizse pizza it's like a kids pizza received 2 baby pizza it's not by any mean a regular pizza I will not order again from this Restaurant.

You know what? There are a lot of terrible reviews for this pizza place. To be honest. I love it, if you order through their app rather than a third party you get heaps of points for free food. Not only is it cheaper in the first place, you also get points for spending your points. Delivery can be a little sketchy as I have had a squashed pizza in the past but it tastes exactly the same. So what does it matter?

We ordered the "I'm not halal' burgers which boasts 2 rashes of bacon. The bacon was in the shape of a rectangle and definitely wasn't real bacon. Even the beef patty tasted highly processed. Very disappointed given the price.

Was significantly smaller than expected . Taste was good and decent amount of toppings . Would go back however would say it’s a little pricey considering the size of the pizza .

Normally they are really nice, but the curly fries, jalapeño poppers (tasted stale) and burger were cold, the burger was missing the gherkins. Was just a bit disappointed.

I placed an order before looking at the reviews so was slightly apprehensive but I needn't have worried; our two pizzas were both excellent. I went for the vegetarian and it was lovely, one of the best I've had and certainly better than the big name competition! I wouldn't hesitate to order again and would definitely recommend.

Had the throw away the whole thing!!! There’s just no way any of us could stomach another bite!! It was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten!!! Save your money and cook

We had a small issue with our pizza being squashed and onion rings missing. I called and the gentleman was very apologetic and said they would send another out plus the onion rings. It was delivered in no time at all with an apology written on the inside of the box. Excellent customer service, thank you so much!

Wrong order sent, burnt food, cold, would not rectify, horrible place will never use again

I ordered a Mr Boring burger. Should be plain, it came with cheese, onion and ketchup. My disabled son would not eat it. The shop would not deal with me, so I contacted Just Eat, who wouldn't refund. Despite providing a photo. Expensive food too. I won't waste my money here again!

Food was not cooked well,under cooked on one side,over cooked on the other. Dip cartons melted and had exploded inside the box, so only ended up with 1 of 3 that I had paid for. Prices have gone up, 2 porions of curly fries for over 10 pounds is a bit much,especially when they arrived soggy. I would have been better off buying chicken strips and curly fries and cooking it at home. Will not be eating from here again.

Don't waste your money. Wrong burger sent. Restaurant told me to go through Just Eat and even with a photo they are refusing to refund. Overpriced gross food with terrible just eat and Restaurant customer service.

I called the restaurant after my order was 15 minutes late to be spoken to by a women on the phone who told me they were busy so not their fault and then hung up on me ! Food arrived a couple of minutes later cold !! Will never eat there again poor service and rubbish food

Don't order from these people £35 for large pizza's which are tiny and arrive like they have been thrown around. When you speak to them they don't care about service they provide. This would be no stars if I could.

I ordered a kabab pizza 23.01.23. It was overwhelmed with jalapeño peppers and very little kebab meat. I’m sorry to say I found this a terrible experience.

Waste of Money, and ordered a 24" paneer masala pizza, felt like the paneer was quite old and had a sour taste. 2 stars are for the delivery.

Ordered from here a couple of times now and food has been fantastic. A little pricier than others but definitely worth it. The cheese-filled crust is a must on your large pizza's!!

First time ordering and I still had no food 1hour & 50mins. Was Notified that the food had left the restaurant but it still hadn’t arrived an hour later. Cancelled order & awaiting a refund.

Cold pizza and the coleslaw was not delivered. I paid £6 for a tiny slice of cake. Very rude customer service. Too much money for too little. A very disappointing Sunday night.

Received food poisoning from this place. Called in and spoke to someone and they insured me they quality check the burgers to make sure they meet a standard... even though the burger was cold when I received it and was drenched in BBQ sauce and was basically a soggy mess, so I'm not sure how preparing the burger and presenting it In such a manner means that it was cooked initially in sloppy manner and not checked correctly but that seems to be what he was implying that it was a good quality burger and unfortunately it wasn't. It was thick and to my knowledge thicker burgers should be prepared with care to avoid food poisoning and it didn't seem much care went into these burgers.

Had pizzas from here quite a few times, been our fave pizza place, and always been great, however last night ordered a 24" for the family and it was awful :( everyone tried 1 piece each (3 ppl) didn't even finish a slice and it all went in the bin. Very disappointed as not had a problem before. Has put us off ordering at all now :(

£20 for a waffle, thin cookie dough tray and two half melted pots of gelato. All was cold and not very tasty. Thought we’d give it a go despite negative reviews but won’t be returning :(

My first ever online food order,and didn’t disappoint food was hot,and most importantly delicious,I shell order again.

Delivery driver/s were absolutely lovely and so polite, apologised for the drink not being cold but that doesn't bother me. So praise to the drivers as well as the restaurant, amazing food as always

Shocking. We ordered food for delivery online, but also confirmed by phone, as our card payment didn’t go through. An hour later were told our food was on its way. Another half hour and we were then told our order had been cancelled as they ‘don’t deliver to our postcode’. Customer service was awful throughout. Not even an apology was offered

Quick service and burger was amazing I was questioning it but it was worth it. Thank you for awesome burger will be back again.

Gluten free pizza!! Great pizza and a great size compared to dominos. I really enjoyed it no cross contamination and delivery was spot on. :-)

Despite never signing up for anything from these guys they've been bombarding me with SMS texts which I can't opt out of for their greasy wares. Terrible and in breach of GDPR, have been forwarding the messages to the ICO so hopefully they get fined into oblivion assuming they do this to everyone whose used them via JustEat.

Just had the phone put down on me because I asked for my original pizza I paid for to be delivered.. they could of took the other odd pizza back I received… the pizza I received had literally no cheese and no extras I paid for. Poor.

Absolutely awful and a rude experience!!! gave us the wrong pizza I ordered extra on the pizza and it Didn’t even have it on and we paid for extra. I ate 1 piece and then rang them straight away but because we ate 1 piece they wouldn’t return it unfortunately the Rest went in the bin because it wasn’t cooked properly and didn’t have the right ingredients on it. They didn’t want to listen so they put the phone down on me. Just A disappointing experience from them won’t be ordering again from them again.

The coleslaw tub was split. I had eaten a forkful before I noticed. Was also gross tasting. Garlic bread was cold and dry I could barely/chew swallow it, probably would have been alright had I been able to put the coleslaw on it but as the tub was split I didn't want to eat it. The onion rings were horrendous, I only ate one. They were evidently overcooked, freezing cold and not even proper onion rings just mashed up onion coated in bread crumbs. Only thing that was nice was the cookie dough. Won't be ordering again 😑

Possibly the best pizzas in weston, OK so once we had a pizza that had probably been delivered by Lewis Hamilton as it was almost a calzone but we've now ordered a fair few pizzas from here and I'd rank them above pizza hut, domino's and papa John's any day

Have ordered a few times and never had an issue, tonight I had to wait 1.5 hours, rang them twice and was confronted with really rude staff who advised it was on route - eventually turned up freezing cold, the box was saturated in grease which makes me think its been sat around a while. Wont be ordering from them again - WsM branch!

Ordered directly from Fat pizza £16.00 1 burger and chips with extras and 20% off, so expected excellent product. Curly fries not quite cooked. Burger Patti was nice but stacked in a totally Ordinary way, by the time I added my gherkins and Jalapenos it was OK. £7.00 would have been the proper price with the chips. Even cooked properly. Not Impressed at all.
