Nice local Wetherspoons just a short walk from the station and Chadwell Heath High Street, It's a cut above the usual spoons. The food, drinks and atmosphere are good

Comfortable cosy pub interior with numerous nooks and crannies to enjoy a meal or drink. Friendly staff. It would be more convenient if the upstairs coffee machine was switched on instead of having to go downstairs to topup but not a deal breaker. Lovely historic photos relating to Eva Hart and Chadwell Heath itself. The garden is nice too but because the pub is on a busy junction it is always noisy. Sir Tim Martin actually visited The Eva Hart on a day we were there

Spacious and light interior with the typical carpet adoring the floor. quiet at time of visit , good selection of cask beers. friendly staff. definitely one of the better wetherspoons I've visited. no complaints

Midday at lunch time with only 1 person on the till. Further lack of investment in staff by this organisation. It's a disgrace

Great place for dinner and drinks

One of a very few pubs in this part of Greater East London. Enjoyed a nice quiet early evening drink and a portion of spicy chicken wings with blue cheese and hot chilli sauces. Definitely did the trick after a long day! Update 27/07/2024:- My review above still stands. Went today to meet a friend. Lots of people there with the same idea! It created a good vibe on a sunny Saturday afternoon. I understand why many pubs have closed in this area over the years but this pub was busy - so why aren't there more? 🤔 Someone's missing a trick.

Bit of nostalgia for me as I remember it as a old police station. Food excellent nice variety. Order from app.at table pay with card Food delivered your table number .Hay presto Food on way. Staff well dressed and ready to help.disabled toilets downstairs also first floor toilets.

Don't order table service here just go and get it bc they literally wont bring it for 30 mins but the actual building itself is an old police station which is very cool and amazingly comfy inside, good outdoor seats too and good parking but yeah service ain't it

Perfect place to drink one beer or more

Food is ok, furniture needs replacing and has a bad smell. Staff are slow and lazy.

Very big (size wise) pub, friendly staff, decent place to spend some time with friends enjoying your drinks. Large outside area (wanna come back there summertime to try it) and some upstairs seating too, large selection of beers/ales as well as other drinks.

Again another WS pub . Old police station , great selection of beer and cider. Very poor visit this time staff ignorant and borderline rude. Food good as always but order incorrect and mt the additional item for the main did not turn up . I had to chase it up . Response was poor . Will followup with head office All cool .... Staff were spot on . Food to standard. They did a great job serving ten all at the same. Upped a star 🌟 Curries are quality here

I am very disappointed, this pub has been a jolly for the last times i have visited, but this evening was a disaster!! I checked the menus on the website to see if they have any sides to munch on (nachos,chips) which then it said we have no chips or nachos available while sitting at the the table, i proceeded to ask the staff if they have any chips or nachos then they said they are not available on the till. To my surprise a couple minutes later many many portions of chips passed my eye. The smell of the chips made me quite jealous as other people are enjoying and feasting on these sides. I am over the moon with disappointment from this pub. NEVER COMING BACK THIS PLACE IS A ROBBERY!!!!!

Regularly come here for breakfast, it's standard wetherspoons food, so luke warm rather than hot - but that's the only negative... staff are always friendly, there's a good choice of tables and it's super good value for money.

Turned up for a pre football pint and breakfast only trouble is they had no food at all, been coming here before a game for years, go elsewhere kids :-(

A rare gem and find in town, roasted jackfruit vegan pizza with drink included is wonderful bonus! Vegan should come and try!

There was a particular waiter/worker called Oscar. He was quick and very polite. I feel me and my friends would not have had such a great outing if it was not for him. I just feel he deserves a shoutout and some merit for this. The food was quick and the drinks even quicker on this occasion.

Oscar is possibly one of the friendliest, nicest staff members I have ever met. He helped explained the beers on tap to me and really took his time and care while I ordered. The food wasn’t very good but I was willing to look past that due to the great atmosphere Oscar helped create.

Visited this week have not in Wetherspoons for some time very disappointed with food they have shrunk their burgers by 30% !!!!!! thank heavens the beer was ok, will not be eating there again.

Not good, order wrong food kept hot too long fish overcooked, fish then wrong peas, garden peas instead of mushy and then chips kept warm for too long served on a cold plate.. Very disapioting . My apple crumble was awful overcooked with cold custard thrown on top. I asked for hot custard in a jug. Instead it was reheated by microwave so food was sizzling but custard blob in the middle still cold. I was told by the waiter"it should be OK now. " itwasent I left it for the. To throw away a waste of my time and money.

Great space, incredibly rapid table service and nice staff. Visited about 4PM on a Saturday, we ordered from the app and roughly 15 minutes later we were eating. Well done.

This place never fails to be a good place to socialising, drinking, eating, having a good chat, even chilling out. Location is great. Its food is fantastic and drinks are amazingly priced as most spoons are anyway especially alcohol. Friday nights get really busy. I highly recommend this place to anyone for a bar or a sit in restaurant.

Awful. Ordered classic meal with a drink. Food came. We laughed when it arrived at the table. The waitress laughed too and apologised. Syeak pudding mash and peas. There were about 12 peas on the plate. The gravy was congealed and cold. Mash potato was crusty on the outside. It was awful. Asked for a refund they did not give full money deducted for the drinks we had started and that we now had to keave to go elsewhere to eat. The refund did not go into bank it takes 3 to 5 days. Would never go there again

You can't go wrong at their prices and the service is great. It's open all day so you can always get something to eat and drink.

This is a spacious family friendly pub with lots of room for bigger groups, a pub lunch or Sunday roast. It even has quiet corners of you just want some time to contemplate. Parking is a bit limited unfortunately.

Came in for drinks yesterday as it was so hot! I experienced very poor customer service at this pub, the man taking my order got it wrong and even though he can't process a simple order he charged me for the incorrect drinks anyway. It was too hot to argue on a hot day with someone ignorant so after I mentioned what I ordered he said no you didn't and I didn't take it further. His stomach was knocking over drinks in the bar and he was sweating and I just wanted to remove myself from the situation. He later came back to me to say the payment didn't go through. I got charged a different amount to what I was charged 5 seconds ago. I don't know whats going on here the pub is clearly not being operated right. I have two pending payments on my card. I experienced poor customer service and my order was incorrect. Clearly the customer is always right doesn't operate here. If you can't get a simple lemonade and lemonade with orange juice right you need to give up your day job!

Very good place to eat, drink and enjoy time. Affordable prices. Favourite meal is Chicken tikka masala curries

Toilet facilities needed improvements

Really friendly members of staff. Good atmosphere and environment. Was good learning about the history of the Eva Hart pub and teaching my children about it. Food was delicious and well priced and there was a variety of different options available on the menu. Pub has thousands of different drinks to choose from which was a treat as kist pubs don't do many different kinds. Toilets were of good size and very clean and building looked well looked after. Will come again thank you

My god the food the fooood was so good I orderd a pizza and it was hand made and that was amazing I'm so sorry I did not give you all a picture of that wonderful thing but it was to good to let get cold if your passing Chadwell Heath order the pizzas at the Eva Hart I'm shore you will agree.

Yes, we all know ‘spoons can be pretty dreadful, but in The Eva Hart we had a very pleasant experience. Drinks and food were ordered from the app and were served very promptly by friendly staff. The chicken wraps were very tasty & excellent value. We sat outside as it was a warm, sunny evening. Upstairs looked really good.

Exactly what you would expect from a Wetherspoon. Not the best quality food, drink, or atmosphere but you know that before walking in. It's cheap and perfectly acceptable considering the price.

One of the very few pubs in the area. Would be a better pub if they sorted out the disabled toilet. For the last few months, the door locks have been "broken" which means any one can go in and, usually, makes the floor wet - not good if you are disabled as it makes it dangerous because of slipping

Stinks. Chavtastic. Loads of people sniffing gear in the thunder box. If you need a key for the disabled toilet give me a shout. Urine drops from the ceiling over the bar area.... tasty. Pretty easy to steal the condiments, you should see my kitchen cupboards which are heaving with sauce sachets. Jacket potatoe was potoatey enough and the jacket part could've been more jackety. Pot boy had a Mullet

horrid customer service. A worker screamed in my face and tried to physically attack me too. The other colleagues had to hold her back. Disgusting place and will be reporting this to HR. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Horrible customer service! Absolutely appalled by a lady serving us, having the worst attitude, gaslighting and screaming in our faces and threatening to PHYSICALLY attack us! Horrible reaction from other employees as they did nothing in return, except completely ruin our time spent here. Certainly not coming again and wasting my time!

Nice, well run pub. The wooden theme gives a warm cosy feel. They have all the menu items for wetherspoon. They also have a limited number of cocktails.

Bar overall is great!, but one person called VAIVA who works here is very very rude and disrespectful who calls workers all sorts of names, and makes them public for no reason, i hope you guys dont get intouch with her because honestly shes made so many problems for many people

Great night out . Prices very good

What a beautiful pub. Lots of lighter wood than normal in a spoons but looks great. The pub occupies two floors and displays wonderful character throughout. The usual array of seating available but definitely leans more towards booths and low tables than anything else. There is even a rack of old walking sticks on the wall. There is a small car park in the rear and seating out the front and down the side. The Guinness was excellent as was the London Pride.

Nachos and pasta are one of my favourites. Rest everything is delicious too. Love the ambience.
