As it was pretty much out of season everything was closed so no breakfast available or bar, room nice n clean comfortable beds, reasonably priced.

It's for the homeless and mental health under the council you can stay here.it has security on 24/7 .some of the rooms are abit small ok

You get what you pay for! We booked a one night stay for out family of 5. We have stayed at another surf lodge in Newquay so knew what to expect. We got there early and when checking in we was warned about it being a busy weekend and there being lots of noise throughout the night. Younger guests were also asked to be mindful of families staying too. The bar area was good and the pool table kept the kids happy for awhile. With all the warnings I was expecting to be woken up a bit throughout the night but I was surprised how little noise I heard. My only gripes were the room could have been cleaner and there wasn't much room to move about for 5 people in the room.

Pros: good customer service, Jeremy was very helpful and friendly. Comfy pillow and bed. Fairly clean too. Jeremy also found us a hair dryer and helped carry bags. It still looks like prison though. If you're on a budget this is the place for you Cons: looks like prison. Note to self : don't ever commit a crime. Very noisy clientele, shower was not great.
